When I was at my apartment, I cooked everything in butter. cool Unfortunately, that's apparently horrendously bad for you.

Indeed it does. I like Paula Dean's cookies and she adds a ton of butter to everything (which I also love).

We actually cook a lot of things in butter as well, including the steaks. Not a ton jut enough to cover the bottom of the pan. We also use garlic salt with parsley a lot as well. s**t is good.
