But I replaced butter with applesauce because it's a replacement and the muffins already have apple bits so I figured applesauce would taste better anyways.
The consistency is a little odd, but they are good.

Well I baked the other batch longer and the consistency was better so I figure the first didn't cook long enough so I put em in longer and they were fine.
But I wish I could feed you guys over the internet lol.
