Jynxs danced over the rocks to get across the narrow stream, at the edge of the Etikai forest. From the its depths the sounds of night creatures , going about their natural routines .

There was the sound of a grunting howl , from behind the deep brush .
Jynx dropped low grabbing the knife froom her boot and pulled Jenn from behind a tree . "Do you have Night Eaters where your from?" She asked keeping her voice low . "Probably should have waited till dawn with you...." She said making a face..
A ghoul turned threw the bush , and looked down at them both , already raising on blackened talon claw with long tenuiy fingers to slash at them................................. it gave a Grunting Howl

Jynx rolled out of the way of the Ghouls claws , and flicked her wrist, planting the knife in the ground at Jenns feet , and came out of the roll drawing her sword .
"Well yu gonna get a crash course poppet" Jynx said, falling back to her Gutter slang accent.
She looked around, the creature moving apelike as it moved on all 4's , alternating between taking a clawed swing at jynx, to dodging back clumbsily.

Where ever jynx managed to cet a blow or cut in, a oozing pus like slime oozed out of the wound, that spelled like putrified meat.
