I need work out sneakers i can use to walk all i have are my black shoes i use for work or those workout shoes that tone your legs which they are unsteady they even have a warning not to run in them or use workout equipment XD cause you can lose your balance easily.
Ive been using them for the last year .___. so much pain while on the elliptical cause thats already toning your calfs now i have the weird balance shoes to do it even more XD so maybe plain sneakers will make it easier to use so i can use it longer then wearing my legs out in an hour D:
