Shinigami Rebellion
In the Shinigami Rebllion, a number of high ranking officers can overthrow the traditional ruling of the Squads, Royal Houses, and Central 46, due to something. You all can talk amongst yourselves to decide what and where and everything, but it'll divide the Soul Society in half, and you can even get the aide of Espada or Oni if you want.
Soul Society's Destruction
Okay. We all know that some humans can effectively see humans. Well. Here is what do with that information combined into an effective RP story. The humans that have been able to see the soul reapers, hollows, arrancar, and the others that are combined amongst themselves to develop a tech that allows people who normally cant see them to suddenly be able to see them. Even if its just faint images. And to make matters worse, this device (if built in a much larger scale like a radio tower) can emit waves to allow people over a large area to see them.
Now. After they discover all this, humans begin to believe that the reasons the hollows are here is because of the soul reapers. So they begin construction of yet another device, one that . . . well. Should never exist. The device basically does one thing. It destroys both Hueco Mundo and the Sereitei.
Upon discovering this device, all forces want to remove it from human hands upon its completion or even mid progress. However, there is no alliance drawn, because both sides still know the device can be used to kill the other side . . . for good (if the device even works mind you).
