So, today I decided to measure my bra size. It's always really hard for me to find ones that fit, because I'm a 42B. I went online and checked several different websites and carefully measured myself. It turns out I'm a 42DD/E!! I just cannot picture myself in that size of a bra, I think it would we way too big, espcially since my righty is a cup or two sizes smaller than my lefty. Next time I go bra shopping I'm going to test out some bigger bras, and hopefully I find something that fits, and is cute.
Discuss: Have you ever had a bra size epiphany? Did it turn out to be correct? What is your current size, and what size were you wearing before?

Bra stores will measure your bra size for you, because many bras have slight differences in sizing.
I was at a 34DD before getting pregnant, so it was hard for me to find a bra anywhere you'd normally go, and I have to pay an arm and a leg for something decent.

I got measured at Victoria's Secret when I was 14. They said I was a 34DD. That was a kind of difficult to find size. I could only find it in a couple of stores, and then the bras were always at least $30. That was 14 years ago, but I don't think my breasts have really changed since then. But I don't wear a bra anymore, so I haven't bothered to remeasure. I stopped wearing a bra about four years ago when I read about a small study that found that women who went braless had perkier breasts and less sensitivity before their period. It took some getting used to, but now I love it don't think I could go back to wearing bras! Not sure about the perkiness, but I definitely notice less PMS sensitivity. I hated bra shopping anyway!

Next time I'm in town I'm going to go and get professionally re-measured. I hope I can find bra's now, because 42DD sounds easier to find that a 42B!! Oh, I also want something cute, I haven't have a pretty bra in YEARS.
I could never go without a bra, my boobs aren't super perky and the size difference is super noticeable when I have no bra on. I have absolutely no breast sensitivity whatsoever at any time in my cycle, so that isn't an issue for me.

Try bra shopping when you're lactating. lol
I hated bra shopping before I got pregnant, when I was pregnant, and while nursing. Its a pain in the a**. Before I was a 'barely A cup' (a guy friend offered to make a small Dixie cup bra as a joke), then I became a 36D, then down to a 34B and now I'm somewhere between a 34B and a 34C. My band size is the same, but my boobs can't decide a cup size. Which is why I wear nursing tanks and avoid bras. lol

I think all woman woman should do this. IT's healthier to be braless.Heard it helps reduce breast cancer, because the breasts were never meant to be put and held in a position like that for so long. By the way, I'm not sure if you do a lot of running, but going braless I heard while running can be a pain?

Valgex I'm not sure if you do a lot of running, but going braless I heard while running can be a pain? I don't run, but yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if running braless was uncomfortable! If I was a runner, I might wear a bra or a tank top with built in support just for my runs. I walk, and bike, and do everything else without any discomfort though.

I've always been around a 38DD, when I was taking Pilates my breasts were getting smaller. Now in the past month or two they've gotten soo big, I'm currently wearing a 38DDD and I think they are still getting bigger because now I'm poking out on top with that bra..

omg bra shopping while pregnant has been hell. I actually can not find a maternity bra that fits me AT ALL. It is ridiculous and my boobies are so uncomfortable right now crying
Well, I'm sure if I checked a specialty place I could find a bra that fits, but so far they have been either too small in the boobs or too big in the waist.
