Where the remains of the old Hokage building use to be, now lays the pit of Zin's creation. Always having hated large and tall buildings, Zin has his office burrowed under ground. A bit gaping hole composed of 6 tiers, with Zin's office upon the upper one. Each tier below it, is composed of either trusted ( or brain washed ) employees and ANBU officers. Although the lowest tier, is the torture room of Zin. A place where he kills his enemies before everyone in the village that chooses ( or is forced ) to watch him train and make his civilians obedient. Lastly, there are Naga Clan snakes of various sizes slithering freely throughout the entire area. Not an infestation of them, but enough that you can't turn your head without seeing five or so hissing to each other in a corner, or looking at you as a potential meal. Ah! Such luxuries of the Hokage office yes?

Naga Clan - Jounin - Gate Keeper - Weapon Master - Shuntensatsu

With Azriel keeping those behind his master and himself, should the people from the gate actually followed them, he would make sure they stayed strictly behind the two as they paraded through the 'new' Konoha. The streets were still busy as they had always been, but there was a sense of 'hurry' in the atmosphere; even more so when the citizen's saw Jin walking through the streets with his ever so hungry serpent slithering by his side. The shinobi, or at least some of them, stood proudly on the sides of the streets watching the crowds. Sure the warmth of Konoha was nor longer like the warmth of the spring season sun that gleamed above, but for the first time they felt power within their village. Sure people are tortured publicly, and sure the upbringing of the shinobi is tremendously harsher, but the strength they gain once they survive ordeals have made them infinitely stronger. Less people want to go rogue, due to the fear of Zin's tortures should he find them. The Genin are becoming stronger at a faster rate due to Zin forcing them to train as if they are Chuunin. For he believed, if they can't survive being Chuunin now, then they will be just dead legs in the event that they do become Chuunin. What better, economy and production has risen more if not doubled! For even having failure in the business end makes owners of establishments wary of what Zin might do should he hear they are not being productive with the space he allows them to have in Konoha. If they are struggling, then they are wasting space for those that could utilize that area to become productive, and they receive a 'visit' from Jin to 'discuss' their financial situation.

But all in all, at least to Zin and his followers, he believes he created a better place for Konoha. He ended homelessness by pushing those children, men, or woman into Konoha's army. Forcing them to learn at least one trade to earn themselves money and better the society, or face consequences until they decide they wish to be productive. Seeing as people are lazy, he believed stabbing them a couple of times with a cow-iron, brings forth such marvelous results in terms of production. Making everybody hold some form of currency, which will in-turn provide Konoha as a whole, currency when taxes occur. Taxes that go back to the people's welfare, the army, and Zin's... experimentation. For if he returns money to where the people see their taxes visually going to something needed, using a little for his own gain isn't too much of a bad thing. At least to him it isn't.

When they came to the ruins of the old tower, the group would be greeted with a giant gaping hole that leads straight down, and separated by multiple tiers. Jin took to the pathway that led down to the first Tier as he and Azriel hissed to some of the Naga Clan snakes that slithered about the tower. Holding parcels and other messages between those staffed in the office of the Hokage, in which the serpents either carried their parcels their mouth's or attached to their heads, some of which Jin would remove and read to see what is being passed about his nephew's tower before re-attaching it to the serpent.

Soon after a little bit of walking around the ring of the first tier, they would come to the first and only door on the first tier. A large red cherry oak wooded door would be standing between them and the office, as Jin appeared behind a teen that stood between him and Zin's office. Jin already knew Zin wasn't in the office yet, seeing as he is currently 'busy' giving a tour, which made him wonder if he had the time to have a little more fun. Maybe give Azriel another meal but with some fresher and more youthful blood trickling down his throat. Ah the very idea made him have a moment of euphoria before he looked over his shoulder to the group. Aged, in terms of experience, slitted eyes looked to them as they slowly locked onto the woman superior officer of the first group, "How are the things Kirigakure? Outside of this event, of course." Jin questioned, as it has been years since he has been in Kiri. Seeking for the fabled blades they hold under their possession, but despite his old life he still has not been able to wrap his fingers around one. What glory it would be like to shed the blood of another whilst having the legendary blades of the seven? If Zin only would break from his foolish resistance towards not attacking Kiri due to a relationship that was done by a man who was kind to him. 'Matsuya, I believe his name was... Brother.... Your son no matter how twisted he is, still has so much to learn. '

xxxxYamatano followed in silenced at their impromptu tour of the new Konoha while they were led to the Hokage's tower. Everywhere Yamatano looked, he saw fear and desolation in the eyes of the few people that were actually outdoors, all of which turned and ran when they saw Jin coming. None of them even paused to look at the white-haired visitors from another land, intent only on escape. It shook Yamatano to his very core to see people living in such fear, but what shook him even more was the fact that he could do nothing about it. At the present moment, that is. Yamatano intended to speak to Lord Mizukage regarding this issue.

Rather than a tower, Jin stopped at a massive hole, crawling with dozens of slithering snakes. While this was certainly a different style of office, Yamatano now had a hard time being surprised. With all they had seen, he now knew to expect the unexpected in this new Konoha, and a hole full of snakes as an office wasn't much of a surprise, given Konoha's newfound affiliation with snakes. Yamatano briefly wondered if he should reside in Konoha with all the snakes around, but very quickly dismissed the thought.

Before the ice-haired girl could answer, Yamatano stepped in with an answer of his own. "Kirigakure is as it has always been: Strong." He said, simply yet firmly. Now that Yamatano wore the guise of his father, a powerful shinobi, he could not let someone else answer for the group and assume Yamatano as a lower rank, lest he be found out as a fraud. Before the man could retort, Yamatano made his own comment: "I've never seen so many snakes in one place, let alone tame ones. I'm sure my son would love to see this for himself one day," He said, making small glances all around the cavern at the omnipresent serpents.

Masaki followed the monster through the village of snakes, and smiled when he saw the villager's faces. Most of them were simply fearful, but Masaki could see that there were several, mostly the young, who were hiding an incredible hatred towards the man who was leading the guiding the team through the snakepit. Masaki had immense respect for emotions, and knew that those kids, if the demon allowed them life, would grow damned powerful in following their hatred. The snake-guy would eventually face death, and it would probably be at the hands of his own village. Perhaps it was too noble a death for such a man, Masaki knew he could only dream of such a death against someone once defeated. He smiled because he foresaw the man's death, and because his death would make someone else much stronger. Perhaps Masaki would one day get to fight the man who killed Jin? The hatred towards Jin remained unabated, but Masaki found holding his tongue easier the more he saw. This man should be murdered by his own, and it was not Masaki's place to prevent it in a moment of anger. His tongue remained still, even when they entered the office and discussion resumed.

As Aoi followed Jin, she found most of the citizens of Konoha to be utterly afraid to approach the group on the whole. Yes the village was busy everywhere she looked, but it moved with the hurry of a sweat shop and not the hustle and bustle of a proudly prosperous country. There was fear in the air that much was clear, and even the snakes themselves could taste it as they flicked their tongues this way and that. In the eyes of mother's she saw despair, in those of father's motive hidden by pain, and by children she saw hope behind anger. It would not be now, but one day these people would have their way of life returned to them. Knowing Luo personally however, she doubted he would act on what they witnessed today, and in a sense Aoi understood why. When the mist had a darker reputation, there was no calvary from another village sent to stop what was happening. The fact was no other village had the political power to do so in a village they did not control. In this instance, the situation would prove to be similar if not almost exact. Unless the village did something to directly influence conditions in Kirigakure or its allies, Luo's hands would be tied. She admitted though, she wouldn't mind acting against his orders on this one if things got any worse.

As they entered the pit where the Hokage's office used to be, she looked around at all the snakes slithering about. Her attention was elsewhere as she took in her surroundings carefully when Jin posed a question to her. Before she could answer, Himura spoke on her behalf which she had no problem with. Instead she added to what he said by stating rather plainly, "Yes Kiri has had no reason to alter its way of life, our methods are working as well as they always have." She stood with her hands behind her back, patient in waiting for the Hokage to arrive and greet them. There was little more in this village that could surprise Aoi, but she was interested to peer at the face behind this 'new' Konoha.

Following a few paces being his squad leader Manny kept a eye on the roof tops, and alleys, trying to catch any signs of a ambush, or see if there were any groups tailing them. There were movments in the shadows as him, and his team moved through Konaha, but Manny was unsure if he was seeing things, or if there were ninja following suit. Either way he would not be letting down his guard in this situation.

Manny had been to Konaha once, when he was very young, and he spent little time here, one of the few memory's he had was the large, looming Hokage office, so when they reached what seemed to be a underground fortress Manny was surprised, and uneasy. Walking trough the corridors Manny made sure to keep track of each turn the took, and how many feet each corridor was encase they needed to make a escape. As he examined the area, looking for booby traps, or hidden seals, he noticed a alarming amount of snakes. Keeping his hands ready to make a fast grab for a weapon Manny followed and kept his mouth shut, making sure to absorb as much information from his environment as he could.

The answer that Jin received wasn't the one that he wanted. They answered his question yet they didn't. It showed in the distasteful slit of his narrowed eyes but he held his tongue in speaking out on it. They had no obligation to speak to him nor open up. Maybe it is due to them witnessing the wondrous atmosphere Zin has re-created for Konoha. People being as obedient as trained mutts, ANBU as ruthless as wolves, and Academy Students being trained as if they are Chuunin, economy skyrocketing due to the increased epectation for them to work, which meant more weapons to be manufactured and given to the army. Ah the good life! What better, Kiri shinobi were here to see it! Jin in fact, was waiting for them to comment on it. Anticipating it as if he were slowly putting fine wine to his lips, Jin was waiting on them to try to critique the running of the village, so that he could return with their own history. One that, though he hasn't lived through it personally, has definitely seen the workings of their shinobi. During that time, they produced killing machines. Ones that definitely put fear into many nations when it came to attacking them. Ah, the battles he had with fighting them! But now they have softened in their ways. Still producing rather 'interesting' shinobi, but nothing to the blood thirsty vermin like before. "I see.... Well it is good you are in good tides." Jin responded with a fake smile. One that held something of the apitimy of darkness behind it. 'Hurry up Zin... I tire of these individuals. I never was a good host.... I rather feed them to Azriel.' He thought as those slitted eyes held something of hidden murderous intent, lusting to put more into this infinite lust for blood until both he and Azriel lifted their heads. Sniffing the air lightly as he let a sigh, "It is about time..." Speaking more so to Azriel who responded with a hiss. In fact, nearly ever snake upon the upper tier raised their various sized snouts in the air and sniffed before, in unison, turned to face the door of the Hokage.

Zin Naga
User Image

Naga 'Demi-Prince' - 'Nin' - Naga Clan Head - Taijutsu Master - Legend of Shuntensatsu

From the very earth itself, within the office of Zin, appeared it's owner and his serpents, Naiten, and Hiniko. The child Naga was garbed in clothing that like usual, seemingly didn't fit him. Or at very least, the Hokage cloak and hat, which covered the youthful pale face, but illuminated those slitted eyes like burning coals in the darkness, covered those small hands, and rather anything he may have underneath the cloak. The office of Zin, was rather beautiful yet strategically created for one reason known only to him and those that have suffered within it. As he lit the torches of his office, which laid upon the four corners of the room, his office would look something like the inside of a jade. The entire room, which was was sort of shaped like a tortoise's shell, would be sectioned off into small emerald mirrors. These mirrors would all be, in some way or fashion, reflect the upper most portion of his face, particularly his eyes. Or for the most part, the face of the person sitting in the Kage char. Along the walls, like most Kage's, laid knowledge but not just scrolls of jutsu. Things like universal Clan or Bloodline history that has been documented, various medical books, geographical scrolls of the Fire Country, which are only the tip of the iceberg, of the documents that Zin had acquired; even things such as economics where placed in the many articles that this little prince seemed to enjoy having. The perfect 'playground' for a person such as Zin, who loved to simply study anything that was paper back and had useable knowledge within.

In the center of this office, laid a rather large desk. Something that made Zin look even smaller as he sat in the high black executive looking chair. The desk, just like the room, seemed to have more to just it's thick oak look than it just being pretty. One the two sides, laid large, venomous looking snake sculptures that seemed to jut out just a inch from the desk. They would be pointed straight towards the two chairs positioned directly in front of them. The mouth's of the sculptures, would seem to have a sinister grin. As if a snake could smile, yet these sculptures grinned quite happily... as if they 'know' something you don't by sitting before them.

With a curt hiss, Nagi slithered to the door, opening his large snout around the knob and slowly worked the door open. Admitting those waiting for him to come in, and further announcing it by speaking up, "If you have business with the Kage, I am here. If you don't directly need me, you can speak to Jin." Zin said from his little make-shift throne room, as Nagi slithered back to his side, paralleling Hitan who stuck his thick boa sized head over the edge of the desk to see who was to be the visitors today.
PostPosted: Mon Apr 09, 2012 10:53 am

Naiten, upon being brought to the room by Zin's jutsu, would step back to the wall, taking her usual spot in the back where she had the least presence. This time, the girl chose to the portion of the wall right behind the high chair Zin sat in. The girl's eyes were cast downwards, and her head was also tilted downwards. Hands were clasped neatly in the front. With her prim posture and her small size, Naiten looked much like a doll version of the perfect attendant. She would be a bit difficult to see with the position she took, but if she was seen, Naiten was going to make sure that she did not disappoint Zin or be an embarrassment for him despite how young she was.

Murasaki walked over to where she last remembered the Hokage's office was....Where was it? She stared for a moment slightly confused, only seeing rubble and a hole to a cavern where only weeks ago, a giant red building was standing.
Uhh... How long was she in that dojo, anyways?
Murasaki looked curiously, as she walked in anyways. Well, her prayers were answered, since the military monster of a kage was gone now, but who in the heck had enough guts to replace the guy? Surely whomever it was, was scarier than all the demons the world had, put together.
She looked around inside the hole. It seemed they rebuilt the office within the ground, though it seemed alot more confusing than the last office. Murasaki walked down the hall, and looked to her right, and jumped in fright.
When did the snakes get in the halls?!
Murasaki took in a deep breath, and relaxed, chuckling nervously to herself.
"Raiden would of fainted if he went in here..." Murasaki frowned, as she continued on, seeing Sypher in the hallway. "So.. That's where he disappeared to.. I figured he went off to the hotsprings, or that yummy ramen bar..." Murasaki thought quietly to herself for the moment. As Murasaki was about to greet Sypher, a rather large anaconda slithered down the hall, as she became wide-eyed, and blinked. Murasaki took a double take to make sure she wasn't just seeing things. unfortunately, she was seeing correctly. Murasaki shuttered, and walked just alittle bit faster towards Sypher.
Yep. There was definitely a change of power in Kohonagakure. Whomever it was, She certainly didn't want to get on his (or her) bad side. For now, Murasaki decided to stay simply outside the Hokage's office (or at least, she thought was the Hokage's office) until she was capable to speak to them. After all, her background made her alittle... Unwelcome to the village. It was better off if the Hokage knew more about her, since he/she had the right to know about it. Or did they already know? Well, She planned to find out; after she recovered from the reaction she had over the amount of snakes that was in the current area.

xxxxAt last, Yamatano was able to confirm it with his own eyes: Zin Naga sat upon the Hokage's seat, and was responsible for the atrocities he saw around him. Yamatano walked through the door first, stopping halfway to the desk, and gave a small but polite bow. "Hokage at such a young age. I can see why my son lost to you." Yamatano, still disguised as Himura, said to Zin. Before the others could approach, Yamatano closed the distance to the edge of the desk, dropping a picture of Zdura in front of the Hokage. "Lord Mizukage asked that I come directly to you, to find out more about this man. He has recently been seen in Kirigakure trying to gain citizenship, and won't reveal much. By chance, do you know this man?" He finished as he waited for Zin's response, backing up to give the man his space, but not so much as to allow those behind him to see the picture.

As the door opened, it was revealed to Aoi just the nature of the office of the kage who changed Konoha, and exactly who he was. In earnest he was....well short in her opinion, as she remembered the boy from the exams she was forced to guard given the fact that it was hosted by the Land of Water. Casually, Aoi walked in with her hands behind her back stopping two feet behind the chairs. Once Himura spoke, she waited patiently behind the man with her genin in tow. She wondered why Luo found it so important to check up on this shinobi, that he went so far as to send Himura for the task. If she knew the man's methods correctly, Himura would be traveling for quite some time until he collected information on the man from all the open villages. Now that was the mission Aoi wish she had. "No genin, no time constraint, and a paid tour of the villages? Lucky!" she thought to herself.
