Ask Raide and Company Anything! (Unless something comes up, but that probably won't be a problem) XXXXXHi, I'm Raide. I'm from Vermillion City and I've lived there for all of my fifteen years of life. I think I wrote this down somewhere before... Umm... What else? I'm a trainer for the most part and I like to think that I know what I'm doing. Sort of. Most- Part of the time. Cyndaquil, Scyther and Nell do most of the fighting. Egg here can't really do much. Neither can I... We... do our best. Yes. We'll eventually do something worth noting. Proba- ...Possibly. I don't think any of us mind questions, so as long as someone translates, anything should be Ok. I might even be able to contact Sam the Fisherman, Sally, or any member of my family. Which consists of Mom, Dad, Anne and Ike.XXXXXDon't listen to this trainer here. I'm the one that does most of the good fighting and anything that I do is worth noting. There should be a book on how much I'm worth noting. I'm Cyndaquil, which you should already know, and I'm the youngest and most amazing of my family. Species, even. I'm expecting questions because everyone wants to know about me. Right?XXXXX... ... ...You didn't even give anyone a chance to respond... ...Isn't this a little much, even for you?XXXXXHuh? What was that?XXXXXWhat was what? I didn't hear anything. I'm Scyther. That's Cyndaquil and that's Chin-... Nell. XXXXXYes~! I'm Nell! I'm a Chinchou! I like thunderstorms but not hurricanes. Flowers are pretty but I don't like being around plants very much. Walking is very difficult for me, but it's worth it if I get to play a game! Like tag! Being carried around is much more comfortable, though. I think this is like truth or dare! But only truth! And everyone's going to play! This should be so fun! Don't leave egg out, either! He's a part of the team, too!XXXXXUmm... Yes, I'm sure they all agreed with me if anyone could understand that so... Ask us anything and we'll probably answer one way or another. Most likely.

Scyther, I wanted to ask you: what is it like being friends with the best cyndaquil there ever was? Love from Coni Oddish, aged three days.

Friends. Sure.Come on, Scyther. You know I'm the best. I like this Coni. . . She seems very smart for a grass-type....It's not a quiet experience. When he's awake he hardly ever stops strutting around or going on about himself, if he's not talking he's sleeping (Probably having dreams of grandeur) and sometimes he does both at the same time. Conversations, if you could call them that, are one-sided most (all) of the time. It's not calm, either, so it's interesting if I had to say so. You never know what he's going to get into next because he's just too arrogant or ignorant to know better. Cyndaquil- -The AMAZING and very NOT Ignorant-... .... Cyndaquil gets into trouble even when Trainer isn't paying attention. It's unpredictable at the best of times and downright chaotic on the bad days. The runt and his flamethrower don't know when to back down.I don't need to back down for anything.Being friends with Cyndaquil is interesting, annoying, and keeps everyone on their toes. I get very little peace with him around, but it's just slightly better than being bored out of my mind.I'm so touched that you worry about me! But you know you don't have to..........???...Why aren't you dignifying my statement with a reply?...I don't know why I even bother...(From ScytherEdited by Cyndaquil the Great)

So Raide, I was wondering what your favourite legendary group is (legendary birds, legendary beasts, weather trio, etc.) and if you could meet just one of them which one would it be and what would you do to try to befriend it?

Hi Jetta,
My favorite Legendary Group is the Tower Duo because they seem like very intelligent and relatively peaceful Pokemon. I-I mean, both of them are incredibly powerful, but they spend their time on noble pursuits. They're also have power over the birds and beasts, which I'm also fond of. Suicune and Zapdos, especially.
If I had to choose one to meet, I'd pick Lugia. He's the Guardian of the Seas and I think that's pretty important to me. I'm not sure how to even go about making friends with a legendary Pokemon, but I'd make sure to not threaten him in any way, and I'd go to wherever he was comfortable. Maybe meet somewhere out in the middle of the ocean where Lugia wouldn't worry about hurting anyone? Except me... I guess I'd just try to talk to he. He's sure to be pretty lonely out there so deep under the water, but I have no idea what he spends his time doing. I guess it'd be an honor to meet Ho-oh as well, considering his search for the pure-hearted trainer, but Lugia would be my first choice.

--- ((Look. How is it possible to give a young Oddish identity problems like you just did? Me? Coni seems like she's bright enough to make her own decisions. It was a good one! She was thanking you, didn't you hear? ... You know I'm right. Being a Cyndaquil is a good life decision, but I'm going to be even better when I'm a Typhlosion! I'll be bigger than you! ... Scyther? Are you ignoring me again? ... I'll keep talking you know. ...I feel as if I've cursed that Oddish. She'd better not turn out like you. It would be an honor for her to turn out like me. ...))

Sam River Sam approaches the microphone, "I don't have anything but my good friend Chuck has something to ask your scyther." Sam steps back and lets the hitmonlee take the microphone and he spews a very long and rushed statement in his unique dialect that only Sam really understands completely. Sam takes the microphone and translates for the sake of everyone else, "He wants to know if you'll forgive him for knocking you out accidentally."

I was wondering how you all feel about an inanimate object having the most votes in the cool poll so far? Must be pretty proud, huh? Especially your trainer.

Umm.... Well, I'm... I'm not... I'm not really cool, I don't think, right? I'm more... Umm... Wait. I am proud. I'm glad that everyone likes these Pokemon and are willing to give Egg(?) a chance. They're the ones that are doing the battling!... ...And I'm... Just kind of... Issuing orders... That are obeyed... Only about... Half the time? Yeah, I think that they deserve the votes...
Ha! What are you talking about? This is just a handicap! We can't have a real cool-voting-free-for-all until we meet at least two more Pokemon. We're just trying to even the playing field for the Newbs so that they have a fighting chance against me.
I was wondering about that! I think that it's totally, completely, and awesomely cool that all of you are!... ... Umm... ... What's the word?.... Oh! Physics! Psychics. Oh yeah! Psychics! And that you know what Eggy is going to be like when he... Or she! I want another girl on the team! What Eggy is going to be like when she hatches! It seems like she's going to be a really cool Pokemon, so now I'm even more excited now! But what about other future friends? Why haven't they gotten any votes yet?
... ... The egg has the lowest body temperature. I have no idea who chose Cyndaquil in this poll.
That's because I'm cool in the modern sense of the world, Sir Renaissance.
That term is illogical.
That's from the movie the other day!
...Are we going to pass a bookstore on the way to Saffron, do you think?
Great, now she's going to be looking for self-help booklets.
... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ...

Sam River & Co. Sam glares at the Cyndaquil, "Are you going to take that pokemon to a psychiatrist, because if his ego gets any bigger its going to be the problem of physicists everywhere."

Umm... Sorry... I don't think that there's a therapist that could help with that. Besides, my wallet just... Couldn't afford those sessions, let alone the insurance claims when the doctor ends up going insane. ... ... But if you would like to help maintain the norms in our planet's gravity, then I'd be glad to accept your financial assistance! What do you think?
Hmph! I think that everyone else needs to see a psychiatrist! There's no reason for meaningless humility! (+3 ego!)
We could always send him into space to be an extra moon.
