Here is what I have typed up so far for the story line.
Please post any suggestions/ideas you may have. We're happy to hear them!
In an abnormally wonderful dream, a kingdom sat happily amongst the beautiful landscape. There lived a young princess, ever so beautiful. She lived a happy and fortunate life. One of the reasons she felt so fortunate was because of her best friend. She and he were close friends, even though they were boy and girl. She had met him when they were little. She wandered around the village that lay just below the castle when a boy around her age stumbled in front of her. He was dirty and starving. A small group of bullies pointed and laughed as he fell in front of the royal. The little princess shooed them away, telling them that they should be ashamed. After that, the two children became friends, playing together and hanging out together. The boy began feeling something a little more towards his friend but thought it was nothing.
Months went by before he would admit to himself he was in love with her. Many more months went by and his feelings hadn't changed. Except now it was almost time for the princess to choose her spouse. The two walked through the princesses beautiful garden when the boy had finally worked up his courage to admit his true feelings towards her. They stopped walking and he looked her in the eyes. His lips escaped different words than he had practiced, however. Instead, he asked her something important. “Will you marry me?” Not feeling mutual, the princess kindly refused the offer and a few months later, got married to another man. The duke envied this other man. After all, he stole the dukes true love from him. If he couldn't have her, nobody could. He wanted revenge.

If he couldn't have her, nobody could. He wanted revenge. At his friends wedding, he was introduced to a girl who would apparently be the new duchess. The duke and duchess had become very close. So close, that the duke even admitted his love for the queen when offering the duchess power in exchange for loyalty. The duchess felt a little sad about that information, though. As it turned out, the duchess secretly admired her partner, but would wait for his love for their queen to die down before even considering saying anything.
An entire year of planning came and went for a royal ball. However, that isn't the only planning that went on. The duke and his new, trustworthy friend, the duchess, were plotting something big. Something diabolical. Something... Evil. In the garden, the royal ball would be held and everyone was invited. In the garden lies golden instruments; the pieces for evils success- and failure. However in the garden, death was slowly beginning to take its toll. It all started with one bush beginning to shrivel and went on from there. Only a few plants were dead- for now. And the golden instruments were the only way to save everything from destruction, for the instruments were how to get the real key to it all. Lucky for the duchess and duke, the king would stay behind at the castle while the queen attended the ball. The last thing they needed was for the king to get in their way. It was bad enough the queen would be there.

And the golden instruments were the only way to save everything from destruction, for the instruments were how to get the real key to it all. Day 1: A few instruments are found and guests decide who to help in the search.
Day 2: The rest of the instruments are found. The duke gets the key and then destroys it
Day 3: A new key appears

I think it's a great rough draft! I would clean it up just a little bit so that it is short, sweet, and to the point for our younger ball-goers, though it's almost there now. I'd also like to see an outline for each day's activity, since this is an interactive plot! If you need an example of what I mean by an outline for each day, you're welcome to visit our room's plot here. ♥

I like it so far, but the land is dying from the lack of energy that normally would be fueled by Gaian dreams. It's an important to mention that. Other then that the garden itself has not experienced the death toll yet, but by day three it will reach there.^^ other then that we can try and work on a few touch ups to get the info with the right amount of bulk as angelisha said. It's going well. glad we chose you to write it~
