It always goes the same way; I start to develop feelings, we flirt, get closer, it seems like something's about to happen and then suddenly they get a girlfriend or seem creeped out by me or something or just drift away. But really fast.
That's it. I'm done. I can't handle any more rejection. I'm just not cut out for this whole "feelings" thing.
I hate this holiday. I hate being so bitter about this. I hate being stomped on every time I'm about to let myself have feelings for someone. I quit.
Maybe I should just buy some birds and live in an abandoned house so when kids walk by they think it's haunted and filled with the screams of tortured souls that crazy voodoo witch Harley devoured. You're next, children. WALK FASTER.
Okay I feel a little better now. I still quit, though.

Dude, I didn't even lose my virginity or have a "real" relationship with a guy until I was your age. xd
Don't count out the rest of your life, you're only 19 (at least that's what your profile says).
And even if it takes until you're like 30+ to find the perfect guy or gal who also thinks you're perfect for them, it'll be worth it. Just remember that your life is far from over. xd

I've only ever been asked on one date and, being the only time someone had ever given me that sort of attention, I went for it. Of course the guy turned out to be a creepmeister... Anyway, I'm feeling a lot better about the world today. Even if I'm not dating yet I still have really awesome friends and family. I'm sorry I only come to you guys when I'm at my most insecure... xD

I used to be so down on myself cause no guys liked me and I got shot down by the ones I liked... it was then when I sort of gave up on boys that only then, things started to look up.

I was hoping the body of your post would be "BECAUSE KATIE AND I ARE GOING TO ELOPE" and I'm kind of sad it's not. :C
But yeah I tried to have relationships in high school but I basically just ended up fixating on one guy for like two years and after he broke up with me, I basically threw myself at the first guy who expressed interest (which was a mistake but it took me over a year to realize it lol). In college I kind of did the same thing, and I was a mess. It wasn't until I said that I was going to get over those losers and focus on myself (AND MEANT IT) that things got better.

LeRaven I used to be so down on myself cause no guys liked me and I got shot down by the ones I liked... it was then when I sort of gave up on boys that only then, things started to look up did truckloads of douchebags and assholes booty call me every day.
