Tsukinoki considering tourguide is gonna be 1 out of 220 cards and not 1 out of 100 its gonna be even more difficult to pull, don't think just because its a reprint that its gonna be easier to get agreed, although it will be a rare according to Yu-Gi-Oh! Wikia. also, gem-knight pearl will be playable before or soon after it's duel terminal release. i am happy about that.

@OP- for those of us who got tourguides before hand, it just means we've been playing beating people for longer.
Anyway, as for the way things will change. you actually have 1 1:10 chance of getting any card from the pack since the 5th card can be any of the 220 in "special shiny forme" zomg *sarcasm* but yeah it's still similar chances of pulling tourguide. As far as the packs go, I don't think they'll be released to retail, though I could be wrong, but it looks like they'll be sold to stores that are registered for hosting tournaments so that they can do sealed pack tournaments like draft tournaments in MTG. They probably won't come in blister pack for stores like walmart and target, but like I said, I could be wrong. I just wouldn't be surprised if it was like turbo packs have been in the past.
@Fresh Porn- "why no maxx c?" probably because they'll be limiting it at some point.
EDIT: Also, after looking at the list on the wiki. Witch of the Black Forest? Raigeki? DMOC? Could this be a sign of cards to return to meta play? Consider Gold series reprinting BLS-EOB before his triumphant return to every deck. Not to mention the cards from this pack will supposedly be tournament legal once released, so I think we may be able to assume that the march banlist will be returning some old favorites to us. Just some food for thought.

I think his point is that some broken cards could back. personally, i don't think so, as this set is designed for Sealed Pack play. The cards in it will probally not be any indicator of the cards on the banlist changing. hell, konami may even trick us all and not reveal untill the official release date that all cards in the set have the "This card cannot be used in a duel" limitation text on it, preventing tournament play with them.

Only reason I bring up this point is that the meta has changed to the point where anyone who's anyone is running gachi gachi and zenmaines, or Tiras, or whatever that can all stay on the field and withstand Raigeki. However, I did only offer it as something to think about. Of course they'd have to take away dark hole because 2 field clearers is ridiculous, Witch of the Black Forest , being able to grab just about ANY monster in the deck would be a little too over powered, but it's all up to change.

Only morons are pissed about Tour Guide being reprinted. I bought them at $50 a pop. Even if I did buy them at $450, I am intelligent enough to know that reprints will occur.
Raigeki, Witch, and DMoC are likely not coming back. The pack set is actually meant to be used for tournaments. Julia has come out and said this much.
Maxx "C" will not be limited.
And, finally, the Battle Pack WILL be available en masse.
