Bio: Gray's not a normal teenager like everyone else, he's the middle child of triplets in a divorce caused by his father. About a month prior to their 16th birthday, Gray began questioning Sanae Hanekoma and Yoshiya "Joshua" Kiryu about the disappearance of Neku Sakuraba. Gray had learned much, like the identity of the Composer, and had to be eliminated, so Joshua had Black and White targeted. The two were almost ran over, but Gray's friend Azure pushed them out of the way, sacrificing himself in the process. Gray charged Joshua, only to be met with a bullet to the brain. Gray woke up in the Dead God's Pad. After a brief discussion with a man Gray could only identify as the "Conductor", the man left, leading to Gray chasing him. Encountering Joshua once again, Gray's tale almost ended. The Conductor asked Gray why he wanted to play the Reaper's Games. Gray answered with the truth: He wanted to save his childhood friend, Scarlet Eta, who had died at age seven. Joshua and the Conductor, possibly out of sadness over Gray's shocking truth, allowed him to play.
