I am in heart with castforms! Now this is not much of a guide but some tips on how you can use a castform in your teams for double or triple battles! Now what I do is I have three seperate castforms. One for hail, one for rain dance, n one for sunny day. Now here are the move sets I have for each one... Rain: Weather ball, Rain dance, Thunder, and Ice beam Sun: Sunny day, Solarbeam, Weather ball, Flamethrower Hail: Ice beam, Hail, Scald, Blizzard
Now in my opinion, id ev train its special attack stat. Now, create a compatible team with the forecast condition of your choice. What I like to do is get my sun castform and pair it up with a cherrim for a nice flower gift team biggrin Theres endless possiblities in what you could do and its up to you to find out! Enjoy~ blaugh

I would forgo Ice Beam in favor of Weatherball for your Hail set. I mean, with Hail up, Blizzard has 100% accuracy anyway. But then again, I don't remember if Weatherball changes with hail.
But then again, another coverage move, say some kind of Hidden Power would work.
But then again, why waste a move and item slot with the weather moves when you can get pokemon with the appropriate abilities to begin with, so you can then change out those movies with again, something for more coverage, or a set up move?

Yeah, I like Cast Form. For a little while, I used it in my Ice Gym, as an occasional substitution. It's main job was to change the weather to Rain Dance when a Fire Pokemon appeared. Then once the fire types were disposed of, Abomasnow could change the weather back... if it hadn't already fallen.
It runs: Damp Rock
Rain Dance Thunder Blizzard Weatherball Blizzard is for taking advantage of the already eternal Hail. Rain Dance is for Fire emergencies. Weatherball becomes a Water move in the rain, doubles in power, plus a Rain Boost. It'll hit any Fire type pretty well. Plus, if anyone changes the weather on us, Castform can take advantage of it with this move. Thunder, of course, gets 100 accuracy in Rain. And is perfect for those Water types that wanna switch in on Water Weatherball.

Lol I'm referring to back before Politoed rocked drizzle. Now I have Politoed so Castform doesn't get much face time. But having a back up weather move isn't a bad idea. Since many trainers carry Ninetales, Politoed, Abomasnow, Tyranitar or Hippowdon. Chances are someones gonna change the weather on you. So instead of having to switch out, you just have Castform use whatever weather you need to put the battle back in your favor.

Of course, now that I think about it, Weatherball doesn't change type or power in Hail...and neither does Castform...
And of course, you forgot to add a Sandstorm variant to the mix.
Lest you forget that rock types gain a 1.5% SpD boost in sand...

Heh i haven't been on in gaia for a long time and when i saw this i kinda smiled yet got ashamed for not posting anything Xp
Honestly castform (imo) is a pretty decent weather changer. I think they should add a sandstorm change for it since its considered a "weather changer". Also, I thought for hail castform, adding reuniclus for overcoat
