As a receptionist, Leila is responsible for greeting guests, and providing and assisting with information and forms for them to fill out and medical queries they may have before they are called from the waiting room by a nurse or doctor.
After more medical training, she can become a nurse responsible for recording patients' vitals, performing routine initial check up procedures, and providing patients further with information and assistance to their medical concerns before a doctor proceeds further with their check up.
BRIEF HISTORY :
Hope and heartbreak have been fighting within Leila her whole life. Her parents passed away shortly after she was born in a car accident and so she was raised mainly by her aunt who became widowed a few years later when her husband had a heart attack. Leila's aunt was a secondary school teacher and always encouraged Leila to be a good girl. Leila grew up with her aunt as her role model and mentor, teaching her how to study, behave properly, and think positively and determinedly. Leila was treated and felt like one of her aunt's own children. Leila felt she got along alright with her entire extended family. She enjoyed the simple family dinners and birthday and holiday festivities together despite noticing that aside from the family's German Shepherd Sweetie and her aunt, other relatives still seemed uncomfortable around her. However, her dear aunt passed away due to diabetes almost a year before her graduation and she quickly received frequent queries from her relatives about if she's considered moving out and being independent. She was able to live in an apartment until she graduated with the assistance of the money her aunt left her in the will and working odd jobs. In addition to garnering her diploma, Leila learned first aid and completed a summer program on the very basics of nursing that she got accepted to do. After graduation, Leila moved to Sunny Haven.

PERSONALITY: THE VIRTUES :
Professional Minded | Leila strives to act with acceptable accordance to etiquette of the circumstances she finds herself in. For instance, she is inclined to proceed by distinguishing between being in the middle of work or not and aims to be aware of appropriate and inappropriate behavior, such as using a calmer and not overly casual tone when working. However, though her she aims at targets, she does miss from time to time and thus learns from experience.
Expressive | When she speaks, Leila can wield her bearing to convey her thoughts along with her words. The more expressive she is coincides with the largeness of her degree of openness to share what she thinks regarding what she's in the middle of chatting or discussing about. Leila has encountered every now and then that individuals around her for sometime such as schoolmates and teachers over the years have mentioned to her that she is most affable when she is animated when spoken to. She understands the words of encouragement she's given not to be so distant and thus she puts forth effort not to hesitate to express herself for as much as she feels comfortable doing so.
Polite | Minding her manners is important to Leila and so she is quick to apologize and consciously work to improve the area of her error when she makes the mistake of acting rudely. She waits before taking a turn to speak so as not to interrupt what's being said by another, she looks around as she's getting in line to check that she's not cutting in front of anyone, and so on.
PERSONALITY: THE FLAW :
Gullible | If for example, she overhears a serious conversation about a treasure hunt that she didn't realize was a joke being played, she will believe this to be true until she encounters evidence of or convinced otherwise. And so, Leila can end up spending time on and going by false information, such as by trying her hand at finding the treasure according to what she picked up from the overheard conversation. She may also unwittingly pull others into the joke by explaining what she's up to when queried should the inquiring party unfortunately happen to take interest in participating in such a search.
Engrossed | Leila is inclined to getting absorbed in tasks or activities she's in the middle of. When this occurs, she has a tendency of not hearing when she's being addressed and several attempts are usually taken to get her attention. Her aunt has reprimanded her for this on a number of occasions such as in the middle of reading when Leila was thought to have ignored her name being called so that she may be tasked with an errand.
Distant | If something is troubling her, such as a painful memory or work-related worry, more often than not, Leila will keep such things to herself and politely insist that she's fine if asked about why she seems down should her attempt to hide it from notice completely not succeed. This is one of the main ways she offhandedly isolates herself from others.
YOUR FEARS AND WEAKNESS :
Leila has a fear of romance. Thus, she avoids romance by taking care not to cross the line of friendship. This fear stems from the heartbreak of losing her parents, witnessing her aunt's sorrow when her husband passed away, losing another family member when her dear aunt passed away, and the memory of happily living with her extended family but then being frequently told by her relatives that she shouldn't live with them anymore right after her aunt's passing and her subsequently moving out and living on her own until she graduated. With the memories of these experiences, Leila feels convinced that she really doesn't want to face the possibilities of romance.
She also has a picky metabolism. For instance, soy milk and salads agree with her metabolism more. And she has a tendency to have tummy aches with certain diets like some regular milk and some egg dishes despite having inclinations to select such dishes and hope luck is on her side so that her metabolism is fine with them.
LIKES :
Singing is Leila's favorite hobby. Her aunt's family was musical so from a young age, Leila grew fond of music both sung and instrumental, but since she thought she couldn't afford to buy an instrument for herself, she would sing and hum often to make her own music. Leila also enjoys eating. Pasta was a dish made frequently in her aunt's home and so she found herself deeming pasta her favorite food whenever queried. Learning from classes that balanced meals are important, Leila then began varying her meal choices further and found that when she was not choosing pasta from a menu as frequently as in previous years, her fondness of other food grew. Other food and drinks she really likes include dark chocolate, grilled or roasted chicken salad, water, soy milk, and orange juice. She also likes white pasta, white chocolate, and lemonade.
DISLIKES :
Admittedly, Leila really dislikes smoking because it makes her feel like coughing but consistently attempts to refrain from going about this in an offending manner. Her dislike of smoking grew more when she learned of its effects on health. Spicy food is also among the things she dislikes most because she would tear up more often than not when eating spicy food and finds the spiciness overpowering the flavor of food to her. From learning lessons in school, she limits how much fried food she eats like fried chicken and french fries. She also doesn't drink alcohol because she wants to avoid things that might contribute to her losing control of herself as much as possible.

Critique!
Make sure to fill out the appearance to not say 'look at image!' We want to know with words how they look in your eyes, the way that they seem special since that more important to me than just look at image! describe, describe, describe!
history
Okay, maybe work on making it a little easier to read. For the heart break, it seems like it was just bad after bad after bad! Maybe add on how she was happy living with her aunt or something, showing that she didn't have a horrible childhood. First off, I'm a nursing student so it's rare for there to be classes in high school based on it! You would need at least college, and it wasn't until my 2nd year that my classes even started relating to nursing. So, you might want to change it to she got accepted to do a summer nursing program that shows the very basics instead, since that makes more since than high school nursing!
For likes and dislikes, think of it as the game! Most of the spouses have things ranging from their top super like to things they like just a little!
Favorite animal: What types of canine? Wolfs, dogs, any certain breed best?

Ooo, a summer nursing program on very basics, roger that. :'D I'll also add first aid. I've only heard a little about preparatory nursing programs of the two high schools I attended and went on that. x'D

Hey! I was retracing your profile and I think it's about ready to be approved. The only thing I have an issue with is the expressive trait. I think you should explain more about how it's a virtue than what she does to show she's expressive.
Also, the profile was slightly changed on the likes dislikes to make them small paragraphs explaining why she likes dislikes the certain item, hobby, etc. Just to make it more expressive of their personalities.
With those two things, I think she would be ready to approve. :3
