⋆ History :: (Peter lived a normal boy's life in District 7. His family was close. A little too close. They did everything together. They would go out into the forest and just sit around the forest like nothing bad would ever happen. Him, his mother, his father and sweet little Polly.. Polly was always naturally more close to their father and Peter was more close to their mother. The years went by. Nothing really changed. Peter and his father went off to chop lumber to make profit. Polly went to school and his mom went to her job in town. All was well.
Until one day when Peter and his father were out chopping trees for lumber ALL ALONE. Not a person with in sight. There was a strong breeze but nothing compared to 7's normal conditions. His father was chopping up a very large tree and it was a about to fall. Peter had dropped his compass (hopefully they existed in this time period and something more epic and technological didn't replace them yet. ) at the base of tree as he walked. Peter ran towards the tree to retrieve it and then the winds made the tree being to fall. His father yelled a desperate "watch out!" and raced over to Peter. He pushed his son far out of the way and the tree collapsed on his father instead.
There his father lay...bleeding and dead on the forest floor. Peter was mortified. He knew that he couldn't bear the shame. He had KILLED his father. Not directly...but...in a way his father died for him. He couldn't let his mother or his sister see him dead. He had to dispose of the body. This was what his father would have wanted..well not the dying but the other part. The part where he didn't want his family to suffer with the loss. He took what was in his father's pockets and stuffed it in his own. He had quite a bit of money, which Peter would need to survive on his own. He ran as fast as could to the edge of the forest and dumped his father's body in a ditch. The one PollyVon almost fell in as a child. He covered it up with dirt and said his goodbyes wiping the silent tears from his eyes.
He made his get away. He ran through the forest to the outside of 7 and walked to District 1. District 1. From there he went under the name of Aiden Conrad. He took a wide array of jobs there...had quite a few girlfriends. His family probably thought he was a dead man by now. He realized at one point it was time to face the music...he had to go home. He waved goodbye to his friends and family in District 1 (saying that he needed to "take care of some business" as his reason to leave) and headed back to 7, to make things right with his family.)
