Hellooo there everyone~! I hope you’re all having a good time, whatever it is you‘re celebrating? heart Anyways! It’s come to our attention that a lot of the people in this guild either don’t really know each other or are too shy to talk--- that we could all really be much closer than we already are! So we decided, why not take a new approach to introductions instead of having a post-and-run sticky? Why not try conversing in this thread right here? I’m certain that we’ve all things in common, even if outside of the realm of Tales of Symphonia. So holding a convo should be super easy~! emotion_dowant ...But before any of that’s possible I guess introductions are in order, huh? Here's mine: My real name’s Andrea but you can call me whatever you want-- I don’t mind!-- and I am new here, haha. I am also a talking cow. :3c Umm~ I love Tales of Symphonia (obviously!) even if I have no time to play it; Tales of the Abyss is really high up on my favorite’s game list along with Harvest Moon, Golden Sun and Animal Crossing games. Durarara!!, Ao no Exorcist and Yu Yu Hakusho are fandoms I like to fan girl over too, and I have a passion for Roleplaying. I also like ‘girly things’ like dresses, small cute puppies and teacups (don‘t judge me, shh). And in case you couldn’t tell already, I’m a chatterbox and also suuuper annoying a gigantic derp. I also regret nothing about being this way. B) So! What about you guys? Oh, and yeah, don’t worry-- you WILL be replied to. Even if I have to ignore homework and stuff for it. SO I be Wiz Combatir (guess why that last name emotion_awesome ) my real name is Armineh, but I can be called Wiz. I don't mind anything just so long as it isn't rude.
OF COURSE I love Tales of Symphonia. And, elysian, your awesome meter went up when I read you like Harvest Moon >:3 I heart cute things. Especially kitties cat_3nodding especially my own precious kitten cat_whee And I'm a crashed gaia addict. I haven't gotten to get on as much as I used to (would change avi every day at least), but I'm still an addict. I love playing around with my avatar's outfit, even if I haven't changed it much recently. And I'm a total bookworm (got my own mini library emotion_awesome ).

Hello there!
My real name is Sarah, and I've recently started college in the U.S.
I freaking LURVE ToS, and have become a fan of the Tales Series as a whole, but that doesn't mean I don't obsess over others... In fact, I am also a Final Fantasy nerd to the point that I have Dissidia AND Dissidia Duo Decim (though, by a freak accident, all that data was deleted, forcing me to start ALL OVER AGAIN! scream ). I'm also a Disgaea fan, although I lack the PS3 to play either Disgaea 3 or 4, and can't get Axel's theme out of my head once it starts. gonk I also follow the .Hack// series, and am trying to get all the games on my PS2, but have only obtained Infection, Mutation, and G.U. Vol. 3. As in the list of shooters, I've played a good amount of Halo, some Modern Warfare, CounterStrike, and Left 4 Dead (1 and 2). Also, aside from most of the Final Mix stuffs and the 3DS game coming out, I have about every Kingdom Hearts game MADE. That, and Poke'mon are my drugs. Can't leave out the good ol' arcade games of Donkey Kong, Dig Dug, Space Invaders, House of the Dead III, Street Fighter (1, 2, and 3), Mortal Kombat (almost you name it I've played it), and more. The list of possible games to talk to me about goes ON and ON and ON, etc..., but I DO have my bit of outside life, too...
I'm a science nerd at heart, especially with chemistry. I love art, but really haven't had any real inspiration for almost a year, making my first drawing attempt since then (last month) a stab in the dark (and surprising that it was as good as it was, in my opinion). I wish I could submit my art and such, maybe gain some criteria, but no working scanner. crying I'm a tomboy, but have long hair, and am very responsible, especially on here (but, for some reason, can't seem to hold onto hardly any gold... Dunno why... sweatdrop ).
I can fangirl over different mangas such as Yu Yu Hakusho, Ruroni Kenshin, (used to over) Inuyasha, Kingdom Hearts (yes, I like the manga, too. Don't care what you say.), Disgaea (...refer to what I just said about KH manga), Tales of Symphonia, and Tales of the Abyss (for the last two, SO SUE ME!). MegaTokyo is another good one, as well as Yu-Gi-Oh! (what?!? Don't look at me like that!) I have read Negimagi!, Tsubasa, XXXHolic, Cardcaptor Sakura, Naruto, Bleach, D. Gray Man, Vampire Knight Dragon Knight and a whole host of others, too.
It doesn't matter which side of them you refer to, I like comic books. Marvel OR DC. I could almost chat all day long about them.
For anime, I like Sonic somewhat (I like the games better, but the humor has it's moments), bleach, yu yu hakusho, Bobobo, and ... well, it's a few more than what I like for manga. We'll try to put it that way.
I'd like to RP, and I'm dang good at it, if I do say so myself, but I just haven't had the time.

Greetings all, I don't really like my real name, so Phaet it is XD Pronounced 'fate' for those it has confused with the spelling... I'm fairly new to gaia, I joined cause one of my friends forcibly created an account.. and when I found out I could look like a fox person, well... Tales of Symphonia has always been one of my favourite games despite the blocky animation, kinda childish beginning, but I can't really think of anything I honestly dislike about it. I am ashamed to say it's the only Tales game I've played >__> I play a lot of videogames (mostly RPGs biggrin ), I love art, mostly digital art, and I've just started working in 3D art too... Please, if you want freebie art/comissions, pm me mebby? (Please check out my work) Anyways, it's great to see people who like the same as me biggrin I am a Zelos fangirl XD

Hm, making an effort to be more sociable in this guild sounds like a good idea. Especially since I'm supposed to be a crew member and such, so I should be...less of a wall flower? I'm so useless /shot
I actually go by Aya in real life. I joined Gaia back before the idea of a username and what I go by IRL being...different had really occurred to me. Ayaji was a nickname given to me by my sister xD
It's pretty much a given that everyone who posts here likes ToS, since we're in this guild. But I'll go ahead and post that I'm a fan too xD Zelos is my favorite<3 (high five Phaet!) As far as the Tales series goes, Symphonia is the only one I have actually -finished- playing. I've played part of Abyss (but I watched the anime) and I've played part of Vesperia (but I've read all kinds of spoilers on the wiki page). I've also seen the anime for Eternia and Phantasia, as well as watched someone else play parts of Destiny. I regularly force my love for Tales of Symphonia on my friends when I discover they never played. I've got three play through files at the moment, each with a different friend I'm making play with me XD
As far as my life outside ToS, lately I've been pretty busy with school and work. In my free time I tend to read, draw, and play League of Legends (summoner name Seikkun for anyone who wants to play with me sometime, but I'm mostly a co-op vs AI player). I try to play at least one match a day, and my favorite character is Lux (DEMACIA!!!!! (I want that on a t-shirt))
I'd love to do an art trade with some of you other artists sometime, but I'm usually a really slow (read: lazy) artist^^; I also have a bad habit of not finishing things. I won't say no to a freebie though! XD
On occasion, I roleplay. But I'm really a slow partner. Just ask Rydia. (I swear I'll respond to Fates again someday! Hopefully before Christmas)
I feel kind of like I'm rambling, so I'll shut up now>>

I guess I’ll be calling you Wiz, then~ For me Presea is magic XD I has a gaia cosplay outfit of her o3o I changed my username after I got teh cosplay :3 The first one I played was Tree of Tranquility for the wii, then I got Animal Parade and Island of Happiness and DS Cute. I want to get the gameboy and gamecube games because my friend showed me hers and I wanted to play sooo bad, but I want my own so I must get money to buy them!! biggrin I actually haven't gotten around to playing any of them much because 1) my bro usually plays Zombies (Black Ops) or Caestle Crasher (which I sometimes join him) and 2) I'm busy. I don't even have time to play TOS recently ;-; I miss both actual free time and my nerd time (I'm a total anime lover on top of the bookworm XD) I actually didn't know there WAS a series sweatdrop I recently have gotten the habit of buying cute plushes at anime expo >.< My mom says they are a waste.. but I luv them heart Awww it's okay, now your furniture isn't in danger of being damaged! and you don't need to clean a litter box xp Thank you! I am trying to somehow get it all done by the end of December of January XD School is somehow making a comeback to all those people who felt they had no time, but maybe it's just most people are high school age (I'm a Senior and totally stressing over what to do next). I probably shall get back to my addiction fulltime after all the art is done! x3 And during break,no hw I hope, so I'll end up hogging the comp for gaia and my arts XD (I wrote much o3o)

Well I don't quite like my real name either...I only let my closest friends call me that. Sorry to sound like a prude.  So yeah, as you may have already guessed, you can call me by my screenname, Azura. I'm 26 years old and still in college, though I'm currently on a break.
Speaking of art. Aya, you're not alone on the lazy slow artist thing. I'm one too.  And Phaet, I think your art is real good too. 3nodding I'm reminded that I am so out of practice. Jesus, I am too lazy to detail like that and I just flat-color everything. I have a dA account myself but I haven't touched it for like the entire year because I've kind of hit a slump lately, but I'm trying to pull myself out of it.
I obviously love Tales of Symphonia and everything to do with it (manga and OVA), or else I wouldn't even be the captain of this guild. ;P I was egged on by a friend to try it in 2005, and I'm still a fan since then. People who've been around me long enough know I'm a Kratos fangirl. 8D I still have yet to finish Dawn of the New World, though. As for other Tales, the only other one I've ever played is the GBA port of Phantasia. I've read up things about Abyss and Vesperia here and there, though.
Sadly, I haven't gotten into a lot of other games like the rest of you seem to have. I'm too poor to keep up. ;u; All I've ever really gotten into are the Golden Sun, Pokémon, Sonic the Hedgehog, and Legend of Zelda series. I mostly like RPGs, but I'm willing to try everything once if I can.
When it comes to anime...okay, I'll be frank. I get too lazy to to check out anything that goes beyond 100 episodes. The ones I tend to check out immediately are the ones that have under 30. That said, the current anime I'm following and obsessing over is Mawaru Penguindrum, although it's coming to an end shortly. I also like Ao no Exorcist (*coughAndreagotmeintoitcough* eue) and Rozen Maiden. But I would say my all-time favorite series is Revolutionary Girl Utena. My favorite anime movie is Paprika.
As for manga, I currently follow Ao no Exorcist, Rozen Maiden, Saint Young Men, Afterschool Charisma, and Black Rock Shooter: Innocent Soul. I've read all the chapters of the Revolutionary Girl Utena manga. Pfft....I know I mentioned some pretty obscure titles. But I'd be happy to explain them if asked.
Hmm...what else, what else...oh yeah, some miscellaneous interests. Thanks to Rydia (one of the other mods) I am also currently obsessing over Criminal Minds and in the process of catching up. I also, without shame, watch My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. And I read Homestuck. 8D
Oh yeah! I also love to roleplay, though I wouldn't exactly call myself that good at it and I tend to be on the slow side as well. sweatdrop

Ah, I did forget to mention that I liked your art Phaet. You may say it's nothing, but I think it's pretty good! You've got a very good foundation, and I look forward to seeing what else you produce in the future^^ Hopefully you don't fall into the 'never finish anything' trap that I seem to occupy.
For the curious, this is my most recent artwork. I started it last night, but who knows if/when it will be finished. It's a gift for a friend, of his NERO character.
Wiz, you said you collect anime plushies? I've got one or two floating around myself. Some of them were just...abandoned at conventions, so I adopted them. that's where the tiny Kyo came from anyway. I also have a squirrel-fox from Laputa/Nausicaa, which I bought for my Nausicaa cosplay.
Azura, high five for liking Paprika! I love that movie~ That director has a few other good movies too, but Paprika is the best<3
I watch MLP:FiM too. It's...amazingly good for a girly kid's show. My friends got me hooked on it. In theory, some of us will cosplay humanized versions of the ponies in their gala gowns. We'll see. Mostly I'm concentrating on the Vaporeon Gijinka and the Caitlyn costume for now, as well as the Chinese version of Dryad Soraka (League of Legends for those last two).
Also, you're not alone in never finishing Dawn of the New World. I usually pretend it doesn't exist>> The little bit I did play, Marta and Emil both drove me up the wall, especially Emil. I also didn't care for the 'monster catching' aspect.

Hi everybody. I'm Avabo, real name Eduardo. My little baby sister misspronounces my name as avabo, so I adopted that as my internet name. Cute huh?
My avi does not resemble anything (not that I'm aware of at least) it's rather my own invention biggrin Except for that Undine-like spirit fella on my shoulder, that's my collaboration to the series razz and personal favorite smile
I've always been a big fan of the tales series (ESPECIALLY the symphonia part).
I actually only own the symphonia duo of games, but I've played (and finished) almost every other game in the series, though mostly by pc emulation i'm afraid.
My favorite characters series-wide will always be Genis, Emil, Kratos and Klarth F. Lester ( from tales of phantasia). Why? Cuz they're the coolest of cool >=3
I enjoy anime and manga a lot. Currently I'm only following Bleach, Naruto, Fairy Tail and One Piece, but thats just because there's nothing new that I have liked so far.
As for other games, my top listed are Golden Sun, the "of Mana" series, Castlevania, The Legend of Zelda, Sonic, Pokémon, DMC, and maybe more but I'm not very good at remembering :p I don't actually own half of those games, but I have at least one or two from each and I've played them enough to love em.
I'm not really into roleplaying, but i could give it a try if someone comes up with something good.
I'm a comical and lazy b*****d, but I'm friendly as Barney the dinosaur so don't be afraid to talk to me any time biggrin

I noticed that a lot of people were posting in this thread, so... OI DWELL IN THE ABOUUNDING LIGHT OF HEVUN! THOU ART AT THE GATES OF THE UNDERWORLD! What the heck is that? THIS ENDS HEYAH! IN-DIG-NAY-SHUN! I am a Kratos fan who also likes Zelos! Take that! I am an insane RPG nerd. I see it as an art form! They're pretty darn good! Especially the Tales series! I also like Star Ocean, Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, DragonFable, etc.! I also like even more RPGs, like Dungeons and Dragons, World of Darkness, FU (a great system if you want to be in a certain setting), etc.! Hey, careful not to judge me by the exclamation points here! I'm actually quite the stoic at times! I'm not an artist, but you guys do have good stuff. Anyway, I do have some knowledge of HTML and CSS! I mean I actually know how to do some of this stuff, I don't go around falsely claiming to be a webmaster! Anyway, just saying, that's more my skill than art is. I would have gone into game design, but everyone else does that! I mean, half of the people here want to do that, and my IT class is composed of 95% game design students. I'm one of two web design students, and there are fewer than five animation ones, I think. Man. Hey, we have an Eduardo? I'll have to be careful with my primary RP character there... He's also named Eduardo. ... EVIL OUT!

Hi, guys! (or gals, if you prefer that feminine gender-specific term) I'm Crazy-Franky101! My real name is Frances, and I have no problems with you calling me whatever ya want- except for Franny. I hate that nickname. Fran, Franky, Franciago, Frank, Francois- I don't care XD I, like many(hopefully all) of you here, greatly enjoy Tales of Symphonia. I've been playing for three years now- ever since my sister abandoned it when she went out to a school in Pittsburgh. I am totally addicted to it. I've also played the "sequel", which thoroughly irks me. I start feeling homicidal after about half an hour of non-stop listening to Marta's voice. I've yet to finish it- for the reason I previously mentioned. xd Some other games I play are Phantasy Star, Pokemon(Black, Diamond, SoulSilver, Colosseum), Chibi Robo, Mario Kart, World of Warcraft(not religiously), Minecraft(. . . I LOVE IT.), The Sims, and not really much else, much to my extreme dismay. Anime-wise, I greatly enjoy Hetalia, Fullmetal Alchemist, The Wallflower, Vision of Escaflowne, Sands of Destruction(... Kuma), Pokemon, and Junjou Romantica pretty much all yaoi. (Stupid shounen-ai...) I, too, am an artist who is also addicted enraptured by quite a few webcomics(... Teahouse, Flaky Pasty, Manly Guys Doing Manly Things, Artifice, Head Trip, etc., etc.). I mostly anime style with pencils(colored and normal), but I have done a few two chalk pastel pictures. Eventually they'll be up on my dA. Key word: eventually. whee Roleplaying is also a favorite past time of mine: though I get bored easily and if the person I'm working with gets dull with their posts or I don't know how to respond I'll just fade out of existence. . . . I'm going to shut up now XD

My anime list is kind of small, but Fullmetal Alchemist, Rideback, Bleach, Pokémon, Claymore, ect.
I love my RPs and video games. Such as, of course, Tales of Symphonia. Most of the ones on Xbox, such as Oblivion, Hunted, Mass Effect 1 and 2, ect. I love killing time in online RPs as well as table tops with my friends. (ily Azura) Especially Aftershocks in this guild.
I try to be an artist. XD I'm working at it off and on. I hardly get in the mood to draw often though. I'll usually find a lot of influence from my best friend's sister as well as Azura, Franky, Ayaji ((Apparently Lady Phaet as well. XP))and a lot of web comics. Examples: Dominic Deegan, Lackadaisy, Looking for Group, and Dr. McNinja.
I don't know what else to say. I'm not good at this thing. Talk to me and I'll talk back though. Unless you don't want me to. Then I'll listen. And watch you. Not from the bushes. (Totally from the bushes.)
