Secondly: It isn't returned to you, the card was never played so I never had it.

Firstly: Hmm... I suppose that could be seen... I am just PMing Liger. He normally does the rulings and such.
Though personally I say the last card you used was Youkomon, Digi-Hazard is just an effect when switched.

Yes that's true, but like i said technically the last card that "activated" was Digi-Hazard which I had to play in order to have its activation.

This makes Digi-Hazard the last card that was played by me which means its effect should be negated not Youkomon, but let's leave it to Liger since he should know more about this

As white cards are not played to be activated, Epic Fail cannot target a white card. This Epic Fail would negate the effects of Yokoumon rather than Digi Hazard whose effects were caused by Yokoumon as opposed to by Shadow of Miracles.
