❧Personal Info
❖Transcripts:
Alignment: Lawful Good
Criminal Record: Depends on your opinions on Zombie, Demon, and Fire-Slug-Alien rights. If you're pro, then on his record you might want to put 'genocide' and 'war crimes' and many, MANY counts of murder. If you're against, he's never really committed any official crimes.
Level of Education: Despite having never gone to a traditional school, Alex is quite knowledgeable of the world and the events that transpire within it. Having a genius best friend his entire life certainly helped.
Current Occupation: Protector of Earth
Past Occupations: Lab Rat
Family: All the ones he would have considered family died long ago in a distant universe.
Lovers, Friends, and Others:
Syria- the object of his affections
Feranes- a friend and ally from the previous universe
Serawyn- another friend from the previous universe
❖Personal:
Personality: Depending on the mood you catch him in and the current events happening around him, he can be affable and charming, sullen and angry, incredibly intimidating, or ferociously protective. Or any combination of all those. While not in danger, he tends to be thoughtful and considerate of others, sometimes slipping into reveries of his previous endeavors; but when in danger, he truly shines as someone who cares more for others than himself. He'll gladly throw himself into danger to protect the ones he cares about, and has no problems with ending a life if the owner of that life threatens his friends. He's playful at times, and has a soft spot for children.
People Skills: He's pretty decent with people, having led the entire human race back from the brink of extinction- twice- and owning up to it pretty much the entire way. He's a fantastic leader when the times come, and knows how to get results. He can make those tough decisions that need to be made in times of crisis, but retains compassion towards those he leads.
Goals:
- Keep Earth safe. Especially the ones he loves.
- Become better at the whole 'emotions' thing.
Fears:
Not being able to save everyone
Favorites:
Food: Spaghetti Alfredo
Drink: Cream Soda
Color: Black, dark green
Place: Any beach, anywhere
Role Model:
He's not really sure who to model himself after.
Catch Phrase/Motto:
"The fearless man is a fool. Bravery is knowing your fear, accepting it... And willingly confronting it."
❧Skills,Abilities, and Powers
Skills:
Alex gets results. Whether it's through convincing people to do or tell him something, or doing it himself, he'll get whatever needs to be done, done.
He knows strategy. Whether it be on the battlefield, or a much more personal level, he knows how to use his surroundings to his advantage much more so than most.
Abilities:
Due to the extent of genetic alteration performed on him in his earlier years, Alex has been granted a reaction time that far exceeds human levels- he could stop a bullet with his mind, by slapping it out of the air.
Powers:
Very powerful Telekinesis. Alex can lift an excess of 100+ tons with his mind alone; the actual number of objects he can manipulate has theoretically no limits, as long as the total weight of it all doesn't exceed his own limits. He can apply this force to his muscles as well, giving the appearance of 'super strength' for a time. He is also able to lift himself and others with this power, granting the capability of flight.
Weaknesses:
Due to years of muscular neglect (thanks to constant use of telekinesis), Alex's muscles have atrophied to the point that he nearly looks like a polio patient. Without his telekinetic powers, his ability to function normally would possibly cease simply because he hasn't the strength left to keep it up.
While he can use telekinesis on the cellular level to heal himself, if the wound is severe enough he may not have time to do so.
Technology/Weapons/Pharpenilia:
His mind is the only weapon he needs.
History
Alex has survived the end of the world- twice- and has emerged the equivalent of a god. He was born as part of a military experiment in the first world, which ended in disaster when the experiments went wrong and released a zombie apocalypse on the world. After clearing the world of zombies, with help of course, Alex aided and oversaw the continuation of the second world. Which was brought to an end by nuclear war. After the radiation cleared, Alex and his friends from the first world emerged, and were once again forced to clear the world of deformed, horridly mutated creatures. It had been about an unknown amount of time since the first world ended, leaving Alex at a loss for his true age. However, he for some reason hasn't aged past a day of a very young looking 50. However, at the dawn of the third world, the sun began erupting- causing severe temporal rifts, and sending Alex hurtling into another dimension.
This new dimension, known to the inhabitants as Blood Rush Grounds, was in the midst of a serious crisis; the ancient beings residing there known as Old Ones had reawakened, and were opposed by a weak force of a very few; the resistance force was lead by a man known as an Elder, a man whom Alex did not meet until the actual battle. They didn't exactly get along at the time, but seeing as they were on the same side, no confrontation was to be had. The following battle was to decide the fate of this dimension, and Alex's childhood friends managed to find their way to him as it all began. Alex fought, not particularly alongside Feranes the Elder Champion but with some friends of his own, and aided in claiming victory that day. Well, victory of a sort; the Old Ones agreed to leave humanity alone as long as Feranes and his ilk left the realm. Alex was unaffected by this; he stayed behind in Blood Rush Grounds, although he was given the choice to return to his own universe. His friends, after a heart-felt and tearful goodbye, departed to their own realm... He, however, felt he could do more good in his current position... And he had no idea how right he was.
An extraterrestrial by the name of Xanth had arrived on the plane of Blood Rush Grounds not entirely too long before Alex himself had, and he had been stirring up trouble from the beginning. He had a large part in starting the war between the Old Ones and humanity, even going so far as to openly declare war on the human military and all but annihilating them so the Old Ones could invade. After the Old Ones were defeated, Xanth remained out of the picture until everything had been settled and the Champion had left; then he made his move. With the world's military still in shambles and the entire society about to collapse, Xanth made his move for power... With none but Alex to oppose him. And so the second epic battle in less than a month of Alex's arrival began.
The battle itself lasted nearly a year. Not constant, but the two parties found themselves in a stalemate day after day for nearly an entire year before Alex gained the upper hand. He managed to kill Xanth by detonating a nuclear bomb inside of him, an act that should have been suicidal because of their such close vicinity.
This was not, however, the case. For whatever reason, Alex was once more cast through time and space into another dimension... This time, he was sent here. And he can only assume that he was sent here for the same reason as the last; he was needed here.
Indeed, in time it was revealed that Alex was needed in this universe, for a cataclysmic event that decided the fate of the universe was about to unfold. He fought against hordes of demons alongside the other heroes of this realm in a nearly-hopeless attempt to save the world. Alas, in the midst of battle Alex was once more transported to another universe.
In this realm he was the sole decider of an endless interplanetary war between a relatively humanoid species and an advanced but aggressive slug-like species of organic lava-like material. The war took 80 years to end, the victors being the humanoids; and finally, after the struggle, Alex was sent back to this realm only to find that it'd been about three months here.
After attending Rastinith's and Shaniqua's wedding, he aided in the halting of the chaos that ensued; after that, he was once more transported to a different universe in need.
This time he found himself, and his 'brother' Ian, given new bodies- but faint or nearly nonexistent memories of their previous lives. They were taken in by a nearby family, and raised in the slums of a supercity being oppressed by an evil tyrant king. When the king became aware of their powers, they were deemed as threats and hunted down; their adoptive family was killed, despite their efforts, and they were forced to flee the city. They finally came across a school for... 'unusual' students, such as themselves, and found themselves trapped in an army of children with supernatural powers. Outnumbered and outgunned, the army of super-children stood up to the king... And were all but slaughtered. But during that terrible battle, Alex, Ian, and a few of the other students were able to sneak away from the fight and into the king's fortress. There, they forced their way into the throne room and killed the king- only to realize that they hadn't killed the king, but his son. The true king was ill on his deathbed, but still giving orders- and they were ordered into prison to await execution.
What they didn't count on was Alex and Ian being the destructive forces of nature they really were. Finally remembering who they were and what they could do, they easily freed themselves and the other prisoners, stormed the castle walls, and tore the king limb from limb, only to incinerate him a moment later. Finally freed from the oppressive grip of the tyrant, the city elected that Alex and Ian should rule; the two refused, putting the surviving students on ruling status instead, and opting to return home; Alex to this world, and Ian to whatever world he'd come from.
And so, Alex has once again returned just in time to be needed.
