You know, like I have a serious cough. I have to drink this nasty stuff with ginger and some other stuff like I-don't-know-how-to-say-in-English drink. I always gulp down two cups of water after I chug down that. ^^ sweatdrop It has to be like, Chinese though. I think mine is Chinese...idk.

I don't drink stuff with ginger in, but my mum makes me this hot, squeezed lemon juice mixed with honey and it is just rank! mad
And when I have a cough I'm supposed to avoid chicken because it causes 'yeet hay' or something. Us chinese, eh? What are we like? xd

lol. when i was little and had a cold or something my mom bought home this chinese medicine that was syrupy. It tasted it really good. It was both sweet and sort of minty at once. I use to wish I was sick more often just so I could have some of that stuff lol. Then one day she brought home the grape children's tylenol cough stuff. I haven't been sick in a while. But since my grandmother came I was sick for a while and they made me eat a lot of oranges. yeet hay... hmm... chicken? My mother didn't really let my have any meat at all when i was sick. jus soup... intresting looking soup it was with some questionable ingredients. lol

My grandparents gave me lots of interesting medicines when I was sick. I was also given the same sweet and sticky medicine as you did Yalie but also I was forced to drink this really digusting, absolutely bitter medicine that left an awful aftertast in my mouth.
Finally, because I suffer from a mild form of Ulcerative Colitics, I also had to drink this strange looking liquid that totally dehydrated me body and forced me to s**t until my insides were empty. sweatdrop

Once i was prescribed all these little pills by this doctor and they were really hard to get down... my parents keep bitching about the cost and stuff and told me not to get sick... like i did it on purpose. anyways i think chinese medicines taste better but western medicine works faster. but then chinese stuff is better for preventing it in the first place.

Chinese medicines.. yeh, they taste horrible. I had to take loads when I was living in China.. but it worked, which is good. ^^;;
Once, my mum made this thing by dicing Chinese white radish, squeezing the juice out and then boiling pears and crystalised sugar in it. It was DISGUSTING. gonk

I'm still trying to find out how to say it in English instead of Romanizing it all the time.
