| Plot | Rules | Info | Game Play | Guild Index | XXXXXIn what used to be North America, resides the dystopian country of Panem. It consists of 12 active districts, the 13th having been destroyed in an act of rebellion. As punishment, the Capitol, the sadistic rulers of the districts, have ordered two children from the ages 12-18 to fight to the death in what is known as The Hunger Games. There was only meant to be one victor.
However, it’s been a century or so since the first of the hunger games, and the rules have changed. We’re going to pretend that Katniss didn’t change the country for the better of things, and everything went on as it should’ve according to the Capitol. Since the districts have been decreasing in rebellion, the Capitol changed the rules.

Please follow and listen to the Captains and Crew of the guild. We are all trying to make this the best experience for everyone and would appreciate it if everyone follows the rules.
Be respectful toward others in the guild. We are all trying to have fun and meet others who are just as interested in the Hunger Games Series as you are. We won't tolerate anything rude at all!
There will be violence. If your character becomes a Tribute they will most likely die off as well a many others.
Romance is accepted, but please don't go overboard. Keep it PG-13!
No Godmodding! Please know that every character has flaws and weaknesses.
You must create a character in order to RP! Also follow the rules about the profile codes, if you don't your profile will be deleted!
Please be dedicated to the Roleplay! If you are not active for a while then we will kill your character.
This is a literate to adv. literate rp. I'm looking for quality over quantity. Please post from 200-500 words per post. It's really not that much, just a couple paragraphs. You may write in 3rd or 1st person in this rp. Whatever you're more comfortable with.
You are allowed to make as many characters as you can handle.
More rules will be added if needed. Please ask questions if you need to. I may have forgotten something, and your input can help make this RP better for everyone.

The way things are happening here is the beginning of the uprising never happened. Katniss's actions never caused the other Districts to want to cause an uprising. So the Districts remain under the control of the Capitol. Each District has an Industry that they specialize in. Such as...
District 1 specializes in Luxury
District 2 specializes in Weaponry & Masonry
District 3 specializes in Electronics
District 4 specializes in Fishing
District 5 specializes in Engineering & Power
District 6 specializes in Medicine & Transportation
District 7 specializes in Lumber
District 8 specializes in Textiles
District 9 specializes in Manufacturing & Grain
District 10 specializes in Livestock
District 11 specializes in Agriculture
District 12 specializes in Mining
If your character is living in one of the following Districts then they will more than likely take on a job, once they are an adult, that has something to do with your District Industry. As for the younger Citizens they must attend school until they are 18. Also citizens between the ages 12-18 they will get a chance on Reaping Day to be placed into the Hunger Games. A once a year event that at random the Capitol places 24 children, a boy and girl from each District, into an arena and forces them to fight to the death. | Plot | Rules | Info | Game Play | Guild Index | XXXXXThere are several things you should know about the game play of the guild. It's a very important part of the roleplay and needs to be understood.[ Injury and Death System ] XXXXX[ Injury and Death System ]You start with 100% Health.
You will have to use the Random Number Generator numbers 1-10 to see if your attack hit or miss. Here's how the numbers work...
1. Critical Hit
2. Miss
3. Hit
4. Miss
5. Hit
6. Miss
7. Hit
8. Miss
9. Critical Hit
10. Miss
You can attack the person as much as you want. There are unlimited number of attacks that each person can use.
Each group of Weapons have a points that causes damage.
Fire Attack causes 10% Damage
Physical Damage 5% Damage
Small Weapons & Crafted Weapons cause 5% Damage
Medium Weapons cause 10% Damage
Large Weapons cause 15% Damage
Critical Hits add +5% more damage to your attack.
For example if I have a Medium Weapon and have made a hit on someone that that causes them 10% damage from 100% so they have 90% now. Same with the other weapon damages.
Now there is also a Flee Option added as well, that way it's not as easy to escape an attack. Use a random number generator with numbers 1-5. Odd numbers mean you Stay in the fight. Even means you can Flee.

Once it is I'll add a link to it. ____________________________________________________ [ Gamemaker Attack System ] XXXXX[ Gamemaker Attack System ]Gamemakers can attack tributes in arena by random number generator, numbers 1 thru 4. There will be 4 choices of attacks they can choose.
Plant Attack
Animal Attack
Element Attack
Gamemaker Attack
The Plant and Animal attacks can be used once every page.
The Element and Gamemaker attacks can be used only every other page.
Then those attack groups will have options...
The Plants will state 3 plants to attack/or are edible and one choice will be that nothing happens. This can be used unlimited times.
The Animal attack will have the 3 animals to attack or eat and the choice that nothing happens. This can be used unlimited times.
The Element attack will be 4 element changes (rain, thunderstorm, sandstorm, volcano, or anything that fits with the arena area) and one will be nothing happens. This can only be used 4 times per Gamemaker. Can be used only after the bloodbath.
The Gamemaker Attack will be 4 attacks (fireball shooter, poison gas, muttation release, or something else that fits the arena) and the other will be that nothing happens. This can only be used 2 times per Gamemaker. Can be used only when there are less than 10 tributes left. ____________________________________________________ [ Tribute Selection System ] XXXXX[ Tribute Selection System ]Once a character is created they will be put into the Reaping Ball in their District along with a number.
Each character will receive the chance to take tesserae each year. Which gets them more numbers in the Reaping Ball and more of a chance to compete in the Hunger Games.
There will be a random number generator used to determine which character will be sent into the games.
When it comes to volunteers, if someone wishes to volunteer in place of that person the person chosen must state that they are willing to have someone volunteer for them. Then the first 3 people who wish to volunteer and the person chosen must use the random number generator to see who can get closest to the number that was chosen. Whoever out of the four gets the closest number to the original chosen number gets to volunteer or stay in the games!

Info :: The Reaping & Volunteering ____________________________________________________ [ Tribute Supplies Selection System ] XXXXX[ Tribute Supplies Selection System ]You will use the number generator in order for fair distribution of supplies. Each tribute may generate a number only once for the beginning of the Hunger Games. Once the character are selected, I will create a list of who can choose their items in the order of who responded to being chosen first, and in that order, you may roll and choose your item.
1 = You may take two large items and and injury (-15pts)
2 = You may pick two medium items
3 = You may take two things from small, and one from medium
4 = You are injured & take one small item (-10pts)
5 = You may pick one medium item
6 = You may take one item from small, and one from large
7 = You may pick one small item, and one medium
8 = You may pick one large item
9 = You may take one medium item, and one large item
10 = You may pick two small items
