Just so everyone understands how the Reaping & Volunteering to be a Tribute will happen I've decided to make a fake one so you can see how it will be done.

First off there will be the lists of the children and teens that are able to be chosen to become a Tribute in the Hunger Games. Each of those lists will be in each of the Districts 'Welcome' page.

Those lists name each character along with a number. That number is their number, they can gain more numbers by taking Tesserae. More information on how to obtain Tesserae will be given in different Info thread.

Alright lets get started with this fake Reaping & Volunteering...

If your wondering why some of the names are in Gray that's because those are the names of the people who taken Tesserae, and so they are in the Reaping ball more than once.

Alright moving on! Next off the Reaping!

First I will do the Girls. I will use a Random Number Generator numbers 1-41 to determine who is chosen...

The Boy Tribute for District ? is...

Now that both Tributes are chosen for this District we will wait until all the Tributes are chosen for all of the Districts. Once that is done we will go threw all the chosen characters. If someone has more than one character chosen to take place in the Reaping then we will address them and ask them to choose only one of their Reaped characters that they wish to definitely take place in the Hunger Games. Once they decide then their other characters must go threw the Volunteering.

The Volunteering happens like this.
Lets say Patty is my character and I'm allowing her to go threw the Volunteering. Now myself and the first 3 people to post the Random Number Generator with the same numbers as the Female Tribute numbers, 1-41, will be eligible to take Patty's place. Whoever gets the closet number to Patty's number, 21, gets to take her place. But if I get the closest number then that means I get to keep Patty in the Hunger Games.

Here is how the Volunteering will happen...

Now because the original chosen number was 21 and the closest number to that was Alice's 22 that means she gets to Volunteer and take Patty's place.
