Name: Sang Gi* [Sang Gi is his first name. He does not have a last name. However if it did, he would probably take Jeong from Shin, making him Jeong Sang Gi. He's also happy to be called either Sang or Gi as stand alones, or any nicknames. He's rather irreverant with naming.]

Possessive
Gi is inclined to towards believing that the things (and people) he becomes attached to are his and only his, and he does not like to share. Sure, you can play with Shin for a bit if you want to, but don’t get too close or you’ll ruffle Sang Gi’s fur. He will proclaim loudly that somebody belongs to him so that everyone knows. Protective
If necessary Sang Gi will throw himself into harms way to protect the people he cares about. He’s near fearless when it comes to looking after what he considers his. Nothing will stop him from keeping his ‘loves’ safe. He’s also inclined to a bit of fussing and worrying when someone is ill.
Stupid Reckless
See that giant hole there, see it? I can TOTALLY jump that! Sang Gi doesn’t have a whole lot of good sense. If it looks fun, he’ll do it. He tends towards throwing himself into ridiculous situations that he then needs to be saved from.
Emotional
Sang Gi is incapable of holding back his emotions. If he’s sad, he will cry, if he’s angry, he’ll throw a book in your face and if he’s happy, he’ll light up the room with his joy. He’s is not a cry-baby or emotionally unstable, he’s simply expressive with how he feels.
Loving
This squirrel is full of a lot of affection. He’s quick to grow fond of people and not afraid to shower his adoration on them. Sang Gi is always happy to show off his affection for you with little things like coming home with a pretty flower or attempting to make you tea.
Likes: roller coasters, skate boarding, cuddles, adventures, pirate movies
Dislikes: having 'his' stuff messed with, seeing people hurt, being ignored
Why poor Shin?
The complete antithesis of Shin, Sang Gi is unperturbed by his new bff’s inability to give the world a smile. Its okay, Sang Gi will smile for him, ten fold, twenty fold! And demand they sleep in the same bed at night for warmth and go skateboarding and eat soba for lunch every day. His presence will both exasperate and grow on Shin. With a little luck, a very bitter man will open up a little.

The Red Squirrel

The red squirrel or Eurasian red squirrel (Sciurus vulgaris) is a species of tree squirrel in the genus Sciurus common throughout Eurasia. The red squirrel is an arboreal, omnivorous rodent.
In Great Britain and Ireland, numbers have decreased drastically in recent years, in part because of the introduction of the eastern grey squirrel (Sciurus carolinensis) from North America.
It is thought that the long tail helps the squirrel to balance and steer when jumping from tree to tree and running along branches and may keep the animal warm during sleep.
The red squirrel, like most tree squirrels, has sharp, curved claws to enable it to climb and descend broad tree trunks, thin branches and even house walls. Its strong hind legs enable it to leap gaps between trees.The red squirrel also has the ability to swim.
The red squirrel is found in both coniferous forest and temperate broadleaf woodlands. The squirrel makes a drey (nest) out of twigs in a branch-fork, forming a domed structure about 25 to 30 cm in diameter. This is lined with moss, leaves, grass and bark. Tree hollows and woodpecker holes are also used. The red squirrel is a solitary animal and is shy (not Sang Gi though lolol) and reluctant to share food with others.
The red squirrel eats mostly the seeds of trees, fungi, nuts (especially hazelnuts but also beech and chestnuts), berries, young shoots, and bird eggs are occasionally eaten. Between 60% and 80% of its active period may be spent foraging and feeding. Excess food is put into caches, either buried or in nooks or holes in trees, and eaten when food is scarce. Although the red squirrel remembers where it created caches at a better-than-chance level, its spatial memory is substantially less accurate and durable than that of grey squirrel; it therefore will often have to search for them when in need, and many caches are never found again.
The active period for the red squirrel is in the morning and in the late afternoon and evening. It often rests in its nest in the middle of the day, avoiding the heat and the high visibility to birds of prey that are dangers during these hours. During the winter, this mid-day rest is often much more brief, or absent entirely, although harsh weather may cause the animal to stay in its nest for days at a time.
