Bio: Carlota lives with her uncle because her parents died. She was one of the first families to live on Bastion, and her parents didn't make it, or so she thinks. For now she's trying to learn more about technology, and how to control her electricity. She is rather rebellious, and can be violent at times. She also works as a Sky Guard to earn money for her Uncle's debt, and because she wanted to make a difference. Her Glider is called 69 X.
