This is my new RP guild, Bastion:6. I'd suggest you read the Guild Page to get a little info on what the heck is going on. But, heres a general idea.

Massive crystal pillars called the Cores have suddenly burst up out of the ground all over Earth (there are like....20 or so in total, i'll explain later on in the Story Line threads). It's caused some sort of wave of death all over the world, like a sort of radiation that killed off almost 3/4ths of the human and animal population.
Freaky creatures started coming out of the Cores, and caused a whole world more of problems, and the Human race was almost gone for that period of time. But thanks to a strange city called Bastion, what was left of the Humans survived, or at least for now. Bastion is a huge city that floats high in the sky, out of the range of most of the creatures.
Bastion was really the only safe place in the world, but then one of the Cores shattered and pieces of it rained down all over the world. Lot's of it landed in Bastion, and instead of being killed by the strange Radiation, the Humans began to develop almost Superhuman abilities. But they only lasted as long as they carried a piece of the core with them, and the pieces would deteriorate over time when being used, so people began to fight over them.
Now, the world is starting to crumble in on itself, creating massive rifts in the land. But it's been found out that these Rifts, or "Planet Holes" can be repaired using the powers of the Core Shards.
It's your duty to help preserve the world and stop the Cores from forever killing off the Human Race.
