999 caller thinks moon is UFO

The caller was in a state of panic, saying the object's lights were blazing.

But moments later the dopey man, not thought to be a prankster, phoned the operator again to say the mass turned out to be the moon.

I think the moon is one of the most commonly mistaken items for a UFO... as well as Venus (the morning/evening star). But I don't know where I heard that, though, so I don't know if it's true.
