Appearance:
Despite her European name, it is obvious that Scarlet is adopted. Contrary to her fair parents, her skin is a lovely brown sugar color... a trait inherited from her Native American ancestry. Additionally, her unique background gives her facial features a very exotic look from the angle of her bright hazel eyes, to the noticeable fullness of her lips. Her dark brown hair cascades down her back in long, loose waves reaching to just below her behind, and she rarely cuts it. Scarlet's overall stature is rather petite, and she stands at only a small 5'3''
Skills:
-Scarlet possesses a beautiful singing voice, and is exceptionally skilled at playing the Harp.
-She has a good memory
-Performs Charms and Mixes Potions well.
-Aced flying lessons last year
-Scarlet is also a very good cook and bake
Personality:
Scarlet has been described as many things. Weird, Eccentric, Strange...even crazy. She likes to think of herself though as merely different. She has a way with often tilting her head, or saying things that might at first come off as plain stupid, but with thought her ideas can actually be made sense into being quite philosophical.
Scarlet definitely sets herself apart from the crowd, and she is often smiling or doing something non conformist might like picking a flower or sitting in a tree. She is kind, gentle, free-spirited, playful, but passionate in how she holds herself. She is definitely not the kind of person you'd meet everyday.
History:
Scarlet can't recall anything about her real family, but she is nevertheless proud of her background. She was adopted at age 4 by muggle parents living smack dab in the middle of Europe, and Scarlet seemed to know that she was different. This idea was reinforced in school where she would sometimes get picked on by kids because of her unusally dark skin and hair. Unbeknowst to her, an ancient magic from Scarlet's ancestors had been living dormant in her from birth and one day it simply manifested itself in the form of an unintentional, yet powerful spell. Her letter to Hogwarts arrived just 3 days later, and Scarlet's parents though completely unaware of the magic world, proudly enrolled her. This is her third year as a student at Hogwarts.

-Cold weather (Her body just doesn't seem to have the ability to keep itself warm during Winter)
-Mazes (the thought of being lost scares her a bit)
