Cannon is unchanged in the first season.
Sailor Moon R
Then, in Sailor Moon R, things go awry.
In the distant future, Sailor Pluto silently pines for Mamaru, and when catastrophe happens, she finds the excuse she's always needed. If Usagi and Mamaru aren't split up in the past, then the future will be destroyed. She sends Rini back to the past, with the pretense of finding the Silver Crystal, where she inadvertently writes herself out of history by helping Wiseman and Diamond break up the duo.
Thanks to the interference (in the Gemstone universe), Diamond succeeds in winning Usagi's heart during Sailor Moon R. Due to the clash between the two, the Black Moon Clan battles begin and ultimately end with the group turning into the Black Moon Royalty, with Usagi's influence leading them to convert from evil to good/neutral. Because of the time line changes, no one, --including Pluto--, is ever aware of Pluto's treachery.
Most of the storyline for the R season that deals with the Ayakashi sisters will remain unchanged. They're used as Rubeus' minions to fight Sailor Moon and the inner senshi, Sailor Moon heals them with her powers, and they lose the Black Moon mark and are reformed. In the anime, they open a cosmetics shop together. - Guardian Sailor Topaz
Sailor Moon S
Because Usagi and Mamoru are no longer together, Sailor Chibi Moon is ultimately never born, and is instead replaced with Usagi and Diamond's daughter, Sailor Ruby, who comes to the past for similar reasons. Her appearance breaks Mamoru's heart further as he realizes he's not getting Usagi back. Later in the season he is comforted by Setsuna and they end up an item.

Dimande (Prince Diamond) and Usagi (Sailor Moon)
Dimande and Usagi marry and have two daughters: Ruby, born in _, and Sophie, born in _. They grow up to be Sailor Ruby and Sailor Sapphire.
Unfortunately, thanks to alcohol and magic, Saphir, Dimande's brother, also slept with Usagi around the time of Sophie's conception. Because of the timing and hair color, Saphir thinks Sophie is his and kidnaps her.
From infancy to early adulthood, Sophie is unaware of the incident and believes that Saphir really is her father. Eventually, secrets are revealed and the truth is told about her real relations between him and the Black Moon Royalty.
To repeat: Sailor Chibi Moon was never born and doesn't exist (that's what she gets for time traveling!).
The Ayakashi Sisters
Calaveras has a strong respect for Usagi. Sailor Moon saved her when Rubeus turned Petz against her, and Calaveras follows Usagi as her queen. She runs her cosmetics shop with whichever of her sisters, and has taught her daughter, Sailor Topaz, to respect the Queen Serenity and protect the princess (Sailor Ruby).
Makoto (Sailor Jupiter) and Adrian Tyndall
Three years after the defeat of Galaxia, Haruka had gone out for a drive, when she almost ran over an injured man. She took him to the hospital, where he was treated. The other Senshi learned his identity: Adrian Tyndall.
After a short campaign against beings from his world, culminating in a battle with his sister, Adrian ultimately decided to stay on Earth. He received housing and transportation, and was an ally to the Senshi for awhile. Eventually, though, he began to notice Makoto, and she him. It took awhile for him to admit, because his small pangs of feelings for Haruka had ultimately ended with him getting hurt. Eventually, though, he put it behind him and the two started dating.
After a series of missions which took them to various locations around the world and ended with the death of Adrian's father, Adrian proposed to Makoto by hinting they could return to Greece (her favorite "mission" stop) as part of their honeymoon. The two were married shortly afterward.(I swear to god this is the only "crossover" romantic relationship [family lines are different] I will allow since Adrian's been a friend since 2008 so unless you got some super duper badass story you'd better not ask me if your character can hook up with [insert canon character here] because he/she is your favorite senshi. lol)
Sestuna (Sailor Pluto) and Mamoru (Tuxedo Mask)
Meanwhile, Odette (Sailor Onyx), born in 2001, and Charlotte (Sailor Charoite), born in 2006, are the daughers of Pluto and Mamaru. Because of the current year, 2026, they are now 25 and 20 years old.
Odette's were-cat storyline occurs while Pluto is pregnant with Charlotte. Pluto fights the creature, not knowing of her condition. Nine months later, Charlotte is born blind as a result of the attacks.
