I'm sorry that happened to you. I see it at my school as well. Good for you for standing up for yourself! Well, your signature says it all. No matter race, sexual orientation, gender, beliefs, etc, we are all still human.

It sucks that that kinda thing happens, but its great that you stood up for yourself. At my school I recently came up and everyone is acting like I have some contagious diesease at much as it sucks that this happens to other as well it helps to know that your not going through this alone. It happens most everywhere and it can happen to anyone I know that at the new GSA club at my school we had to throw some girls out for making rude comments toward myself and other homo or bi sexual students. My school has the same number of members of the gay community in it as the other schools around where I live do, but we only have 500 kids compared to the 5000 at the other high schools the ones that I seemed to hear the most for awhile are that i am going to burn in hell because of my religion, now that has changed to im going to burn in hell for being bi-sexual i feel that as long as we arent trying to come onto them that the homophobes need to STFU i lost several homophobe friends when i came out but i also felt better for not hiding who i am i still wouldnt have been able to stand up and respond to those girls without it resulting in violence its good that you were able to do that i agress that we are all people regardless of our differences and that we are all still humans

I was listening to some chick talk about how sinful "gay culture" is- so I asked her if she was against all fornication or just the one supported by homophobia.

It is just one of those topics where some people are used to talking badly about for generations so it's hard for them to change their minds, unfortunately, as well as other reasons... And I agree with matrix, though for some reason it's worse for girls then guys, I don't really know why though.

This reminds me of a picture my cousin posted on Facebook.
On the left it shows two men kissing. On the right shows starving children, their arms are literally nothing but bone.
The caption: If the picture on the left shocks you more than the one on the right, you need to revise your views on immorality.
I think it makes a good point.
OP, lesbian kissing is no more disgusting than gay kissing or straight kissing. It's too bad you go to school with homophobic people. sad

That's rediculous. I love it how they automatically say "that's disgusting!" before they even think about what they are saying and then you ask them if they have a problem with it and you say no, but they obviously did because they said "that's disgusting" right off the bat.
