MOC (Mod Only Character): MOCs are characters to be used by moderators only for specific purposes. These purposes can range from story to organisational roles within the Euphoria Universe.
Before submitting a character for MOC selection; the profile must be sent to Mt105 or Uchiha Roxas for approval. Once approved post the profile here with a small section stating whom may puppeteer your MOC. Multiple Moderators can control one MOC. So it is important to state who can and cannot take control of your character. Once this is done, your MOC is complete and ready to be used within RP.
