So in case nobody noticed this far, Phil is quite Majin-friendly and has been trying to transmit his beliefs and ideals to people that will listen to him. Therefore I decided to look for anyone interested to involve themselves in his 'Majin-friendly movement' and spread the word further for a brighter future > 3>

Now that has been said and done, let's break down Phil's ideals.
He firmly believes that Majin aren't monsters; Majin folk and humans are the same thing, the only thing that differs is their origin of soul. They take magic not because they want to but because they have to in order to survive, and many witch eaters probably just accidentally starved themselves enough they couldn't control their actions.
He doesn't deny that there are ill-natured Majin that only seek to further their power and consume witches out of their own, greedy, selfishness but just like with ill-natured humans they are exceptions and it can't possibly mean that the entirety of the Majin race is pure evil.
Majin are born of wishes. Whatever that means it's something beautiful in and on its own. You can't possibly blame someone for their wishes and dreams, can you?
Witches can recover the magic drained from them gradually, so there is nothing bad with sharing a little. Not sharing just seems selfish. After all, Majin do not require hearts to live, only magic that they have to steal in an underhanded manner just because the witches refuse to acknowledge them and share theirs openly.
If for every Majin there could be a witch willing to sacrifice just a little of their magic to sate that Majin's hunger there would be balance and therefore, no conflict.
Those we are looking for:
Humans
❖ that share the same ideals
❖ that have Majin friends or family members and want to help them
❖ that wish to do something other that fighting to settle the situation with the Majin and are willing to try something new
Majin
❖ that are trying to survive and wish not to be shunned for what they are
❖ that believe in the equality of both races
❖ that wish for a peaceful solution between them and the witches
That aside, really everyone is welcome as long as they are not here to start trouble even if they aren't here to help but just curious to learn more about the Majin; Phil has dedicated his entire life to their study so he will answer questions as well as he can. Even Reapers by trade can join if they believe in something more than what they fight for and abide by the general rules of the movement.
As a side-quest, Phil has spent the best part of three years studying on brewing a potion to limit or cure the effects of the 'hunger' the Majin suffer when deprived of magic. Of course he doesn't dream of removing the hunger as that would be impossible, only the physical effects of it on the mind and body of the Majin that drives them insane and causes a lot of accidents when trying to find sustenance. Anyone that can aid to this research please go directly to him.

Lea says sign me up as a human please. He personally thinks that this's a worthy and honourable cause that he'll be more than happy to support. =3
(OOC Note: Just be prepared for him to disappear/distance himself for awhile when he goes through his mid-life crisis self discovery that he actually had been a majin all along... which might require some people to give him a good knock over the head for him to regain his senses... orz)

Phil wants to cry right now... u Au; it's tears of joy, though, don't worry...
(pffft~ > u> understandable. Phil will just route him off to Kyu to help him deal with it in a more direct manner and most likely be there for him as well; it doesn't matter 'what' people are, just 'who' they are, after all~)

(True that... and I can totally foresee Lea being a stubborn a** about it and fight tooth and nail to get them to leave him alone. Yay for fail battle RP fun..? <.<)

B-but... certainly there're far better ways to express his happiness than with tears. Lea says a guy shouldn't shed his tears so easily and without a good enough reason... >3 *stoned*
(I would think so... and if you haven't noticed by now, me = drama queen..? Lol... 8D Lea says he'll certainly like to see Phil try though he'll probably try to hold back a little so as not to hurt Phil or anything. <.< )
