Good point. Only half the characters here have prior history with others, so that would be a good start.

Not sure if this helps much, what if we tried some "informal" roleplays where we had character interaction out of uniform?
We could maybe have some characters not be aware of their senshi form yet (up to the users; that's where I'm starting Sophie at least) and maybe start getting in touch with those who are aware or... I don't know, ugh. xD For the younger groups of senshi, maybe some of them could work out a school setting if their characters live near each other, or have a little clique and just... I don't know, basically my point is it'd be cool to develop our characters when they're not Sailor Whoever or SomeGemstoneName knight... it also gives people more time to work on brainstorming powers and getting a feel for everything.

I suggested this in our political forum, but decided that saying it here would be good too. c':
Perhaps, if we do decide on making our political history involve a devastating war, I think an RP either during the war or right after the war would be really interesting because during the war, a few senshi may go and become rogue senshi who fight only for themselves, I know Perlita would probably do that. And it'd be interesting to see how everyone reacts in a life and death situation.
Youma's could be be more NPCs, and like majority of the time the senshi would have to be hiding for their dear lives or planning another attack or saving someone or fighting a youma. Kinda intense, or so I'm hoping. xD
