Depends on the anime.
Detective Conan/Case Closed: Hakuba Saguru.
Pokemon: Riley from the Iron Island episodes. (I would also say Sir Aaron from Lucario and the Mystery of Mew but look and act so much alike... and both have a Lucario as a partner, I'll go with the present day one).
Digimon: Old school I say Matt (not sure his Japanese name)

I also wouldn't classify a lot of them as "crushing" as much as "so adorable that I just want to hug them to death".

Over the years of watching anime I have acquired many an anime love. Right now what comes to mind is that I love Gray Fullbuster from Fairy Tail... but I am also fond of Natsu and Gajeel. Then I love Spike from Cowboy Bebop he was like my first anime crush ever so I will always love him.I just have too many to list right now. redface

Fairy Tail: Gildarts and Zeref
Fruits Basket: Shigure and Kyo

Ninja Scroll: Jubei Kibagami (more so in the series than the movie)
