Yes, I know they're pretty similar, but there are some key differences.
The Welcome Hall is just a place for your first 'come and say hi' post. It's your greeting and introduction, nothing more.
Here you can keep us updated on your life, how things are going for you, ect. This is for those who have stuff in their life (real, online, or both) that they want to share.
If you have any questions, feel free to pm me, or even post them in my thread.
