- First of all, keep in mind that we are only human and we are not withholding owed
work to be malicious. Either we've honestly not been able to complete the work yet
or we've made the honest mistake of letting you slide off our 'To Do' list. If you deal
politely with us, we'll deal far more happily with you. None of us want there to be
any missing work, we want to fix the problem! Please grant us the chance to help.

• Work that is less than THREE months old. I know waiting is difficult, but we've probably not forgotten you!
Everything else is fair game!
We dislike having owed work floating around out there, so please post what you're
missing, so we can contact you if necessary and make sure the owed work is taken
care of! We're here to do our best to make you happy.
- There are basically three solutions ::
• The original artist finishes the work. We understand this may be off-putting as you've probably been waiting
• a long, long time already; but we're all only human and things slip through the cracks. At least give the
• artists the chance to fix their mistake if they can.
• We refund you if you've already paid for something but received no pet. We don't have huge amounts on hand,
• but should be able to cover a few things. This only applies if your trade was accepted, you've received nothing
• in return, and you no longer want to receive anything pet-wise.
• A new colorist picks up the work. In most cases, it will be Kiareii; unless the edits are more than she can handle.
• In which case, you'll still have to wait for one of the other artists to have time to take on additional work. Sorry!
