my step dad got into and car accident and the lady that hit him (and totaled his car) is suing us again saying that "her injury's affect her work" even thou she was in a truck and her doctors said "she is fine cause we found no injury's on her" and she been stalking us ever scene randomly suing every year or so trying to get money from us.

Wow, so she's given up a lot of her time... just to sue you? Doesn't she have anything better to do than go out of her way and make people miserable?
Sorry to hear about this. Hopefully you'll win your case in court (if that's how suing works, I'm not sure)
