Description:
Originating in Kumogakure, a group of medical shinobi gathered together and settled, all of their children going into the medical field, since the beginning of Kumogakure these medical shinobi had been marrying and having children, careful not to cross breed until it was a distant enough relationship, but keeping one family pure and taking the best of the side branches to add to their family to make sure that the bloodline wouldn't obtain any mental disabilities. After centuries a generation was born that was capable of using medical jutsu so easily and effectively that when tests were ran, it became apparent that they had a completely separate chakra system that only utilized healing chakra. The discovery was amazing! It had never been done before, purposely crossing people with a natural aptitude for a specific type of jutsu and obtaining a new bloodline of people who grew a chakra system that was for that sole purpose! And so, the Ikai bloodline was born, from an organization, whose name it adopted as its own.

The members of the Ikai clan are all well known practitioners of the medical profession. They all are born with an odd augmentation, they all naturally produce healing chakra, and produce it in excess amounts, having a completely separate chakra system for healing jutsu.

Rules/Abilities

• All Saika members must have Strong Willed as an attribute.
  - If it is Primary then the Saika member can control their love no matter the circumstances.
  - if it is secondary, then they can momentarily control their love when their blade is drawn around allies, but unable to control it while in combat.
  - If teitery then they are unable to control their love when their blade is drawn, be it in combat, or with allies.
  
• All Saika members have a blade that they can draw at any time from their own bodies. It is treated as a summon, and costs 2 Stamina to draw the blade, and 1 Chakra.
  
• All Saika members have red eyes that glow when their blade is drawn. Only the Mother Saika's eyes glow bright enough to give a dim red light to an area.
  
• All Saika members aside from the Mother Saika must create their Saika blade as a custom weapon.
  
• Only people who succumb to Saika's love are capable of utilizing the bloodline.
  - The Mother Saika must cut the person, and the weilder of the Mother Saika must give some of their blood to admit someone to the bloodline.
  - The conversion must be consentual, and a bloodline application must be made and approved by the Crew member presiding, and the Saika bloodline Creator.
  - The love of Saika is of all humanity, since saika is a blade it expresses, Gives shape to, it's love by cutting. a cut to a Saika member is like a kiss, or a hug depending on the severity of the wound. Fatal wounds are considered proclamations of love.
  
• All Children Saika will obey small commands from the Mother Saika without hesitation.
  - they will not go against their morals to do so, nor will they kill the human that they love more than all the rest of humanity.
  - They act as if under hypnosis, and have no recollection of it afterwards.
  
• All Saika can communicate through thought the area of affect is as follows

  - the Children Saika must be within the same town to communicate, even back to the Mother.

Physical Description: He wears a shawl type robe top most of the time, although normally it hangs loosely off his chest clinging on by one shoulder. He wears jeans that are not constricting, but in no way can they be considered baggy. His eyes always have shadows around them, and even though it looks like Eyeliner, it is actually completely natural. His hair is long, and when down the back reaches halfway down his back, which is why he normally wears it in a bun. His bangs are long enough to reach his chest, and often drop infront of his face when he isn't doing anything. In battle his hair never gets in his way, and he has been known to place blades in it, so that if the bun should come undone, he can simply twist around quickly and slash his opponent. His skin is pale, and holds various markings. These markings range from a pure white birthmark which designates him as the sole heir to his family's throne, to the many piercings he has all over his body. The birthmark is of clouds, which covers a large portion of his body, most notably his face and his chest since those are often viewable. His piercings are actually required by his family's bylaws, but he got a little rebelious and obtained far more piercings than he is required to have. Inlaid in his chest is a Hiden mist village symbol. This is not only his identification device when entering the village, but also shows where he was born, and his status as the heir to one of the most, if not the most, wealthy family in Kirigakure.

Personality: His personality is that of a regular royal member, but he often acts like a highly intelligent person, and nly shows his true nature when provoked.

Behavior: Alone he is often brooding, wishing that he was with others, even though his dislikes the fact the people he commonly associates with are of a much much lower class than he hinself is. With others he is often known to be the one to instigate a problem, and always the one to finish it, unless it is a peasant's problem. although he does have his regal moments where he will stand up for a friend or collegue. In combat he is known to be calm and centered, until the exact moment when he can strike at his opponent, a fiercness that only those of his family have seen appears for a split second when he goes in for the attack, but once the attack connects, or missed, he returns completely back to his calm centered self.

Ki Strike allows a samurai to inmbune a single melee attack with both of their elements with the force of a single explosive tag, which gets progressivly stronger as the Samurai ranks up, and gains greater skill.

The ninja class fits with his personality, him having great apptitude, as well as him being of royal blood, they often knew the ways of the Samurai.


Attributes:

Primary Attribute: Agility

Benefit: An Agility Ninja receives a +1 rank to their evasion, and enables them to more easily dodge techniques, effectively making them more reactive and quicker to respond to an attack then even the typical Chuunin . Projectiles thrown by an agility ninja very rarely miss, and therefore must be in some way deflected rather then dodged. Agility ninja also cannot be knocked off their feet and can balance quite naturally on even the thinnest of wires without requiring the use of chakra. Somehow these ninja always seem to land on their feet, just like cats.

Combat Ability: Once per combat, a ninja with this attribute is able to invoke an 'Evade', whereby, even in the most impossible situation, they are able to find a way out of an attack or grapple hold, maneuvering their body nimbly in such a way to take almost no damage from an incoming attack and either completely avoid it, or maneuver around it to their advantage. (Cannot 'Evade' an attack from an opponent 3 ranks of speed higher then your own.)

Secondary Attribute: Speed

Benefit: Speed Ninja receive a +1 rank bonus to their speed, but can even outperform those above their rank by a fair amount. As a Genin, they would be faster in their movements then even the average Chuunin, requiring somewhat of Sp. Jounin to keep up with or catch up to them. Their speed makes their movements blindingly fast, but it does not increase their reaction speed, and therefore does not increase their ability to evade incoming attacks. Higher level ninja with this attribute have been described as simply disappearing only to re-appear closer without showing any sign of movement in between.

However, not just movement speed is enhanced, but attack speed and tactile manipulation as well. With such an increase to the movement speed of their arms and hands, the deadliness of their strikes is enhanced, making such attacks difficult to keep up with as their movements seem like only a blur.

Tertiary Attribute: Sexy

→ Sexy is the obvious choice for the tertiary attribute simply because of his status as royalty, and the fact that almost all Royal people were considered to be beautiful by their people, atleast in physical attraction.

He is naturally quick and agile, which is why he chose the life of a samurai, rather than walking in the footsteps of his Biological Father who died shortly after he turned 5, who was a weapon master. He is also amazingly beautiful, and he knows it, and uses it to his advantage. If he wants something from a female, he can normally get it, although like everyone else, he does have off days.


Specialties:

Tactical Support: All techniques, Taijutsu/Ninjutsu/Genjutsu/Bloodline etc... require 3 fewer posts to learn. In combat, they are particularly adept at evading incoming attacks (+1 to Evade) and they can easily identify the tactics and abilities being used by their opponents in combat (allowing them to identify tactical maneuvers and the breadth and power of the jutsu an enemy is signing). Teammates under a tactical support specialist's leadership gain +1 rank bonus to Evasion and Speed, and can combo more effectively, allowing their allies perform two jutsu per post... so long as they have had the plan laid out to them directly.

Combo: Whereas the average shinobi can only perform a single Nin-/Gen-/Tai-/Ken-jutsu in a post, Combo Specialists can perform 2 such jutsu in any combination they wish. In addition to this, when jutsu are performed back to back, one immediately after the other, both attacks always occur. The first attack can be blocked, dodged, or parried, but it cannot be negated or diverted in such a way that the second attack no longer occurs. The second attack always occurs after the first, making the Combo Specialist's opponent forced to deal with both attacks.

Unlike the name implies, this is the technique of a royal family of weapon masters, and Samurai. Use only by the Jushiro family, It is a style that earned it's recognition as the art of removing your opponent. The style was made by the Jushiro heir's, Jushiro Kasai, great great grandmother, Jushiro Millee, as a gift to her husband for accepting her into his family, and not merely as one of his mistresses. Over the course of her life, and her child's life, they both perfected it into what is now used today. The style is ever changing as new instances arise that it can't combat, but since it has been reduced to a single person who knows the style, It is just trickling it's once great evolution. Jushiro Kasai is the only one to currently know the style, and since it was always passed down orally so he knows all of it's techniques. If he can preform them or not is another story.

Rules -
Must be of the Kasai family ( Blood relation isn't necessary, and you must be admitted by the heir. )
Must have the attributes Speed and Agility in either your primary or secondary slots. ( BOTH are needed for the style. )
To advance to the next stage, the user must learn every technique, and be one rank above that stage in order to prove pure mastery of that stage. In that reguard, only the heir to the Kasai family is able to know the final stage of the style. ( To achieve chunnin stage, you must be chunnin rank and prove to your teacher that you have pure mastery over the Genin techniques. )
Teaching others this style will get you killed by your sensei, especially if you have yet to ask them for permission. ( You learn a rank, then go teach another, you're gonna get cut. )

Stage One - Academy
In this stage, the student is treated as a child, all of the degrading speech, but with none of the compassion, nor the feeling of guilt, or pity. The student is expected to preform as if they were ten times in better shape than they already are.

Training -
Speed training -
In this portion of the training, you are required to run laps around a village, each one draining you of your stamina, then after a nap, you are required to wear weights equal to your standard weight and then go to the various places your sensei lists. ( Places must total the student's stamina/5 Round down, then just have them jog in place for a single post to burn off the extra stamina. ) ( Five posts per place, demonstrating your speed in the first portion, and then demonstrating your halfed speed in the second portion. )

Agility training -
In this portion of training, normally you'd use arrows, with neon paint on them, but more sadistic teachers will commonly use Kunai, shuriken, or Senbon. The student must be able to dodge each one, while having their arms tied behind their backs to allow for greater teaching in movement of the body as a whole to dodge. Because Kasai's grandfather got shot with an arrow in the hand once, and so they began tieing their hands behind their back in oder to never have that happen to a child again. ( Ten posts of dodging consecutivly. If you are cornered or fall down, you have to start all over. )

Sword drawing training -
This is the only training that The student will have in which they will be allowed to touch their sword. The sword will be kept at their waist, and they will have to continually draw it and sheath it. however, they only draw halfway, and the tip of the blade is never meant to leave the sheath at this level. This teaches restriant, and that you don't always have to draw a blade to use it. ( Ten posts of blocking the sensei's blade at the speed of a Genin slash, it should be easy to see, and on the final three posts, the speed increases to Chunnin, which is why the student must become genin in order to finish the final bit of their training. )

Techniques -
Instantaneous Halfdraw Block -
This technique is detailed slightly in the sword drawing training portion of this stage. The technique is exactly what the student was using themselves, but the practice behind it makes it reflex for when a slash goes anywhere from the shoulders to the waist. The user will instinctivly draw the blade only halfway and twist so that their katana, or other blade is in the way of the slash. The draw of the blade is Instantaneous, in the sense that it happens instantly as far as the user's speed goes.

Stage Two - Genin

Speed Training -
Like in the end of the speed training for the first rank, You must preform that training once more, and then, to further increase your speed, You must run through a viscous liquid. Water will not work. The student must run through a syrup like liquid, and stopping their motion for even a second will result in them being stuck until the teacher either washes the liquid around them, or it rains, often the latter. The liquid looks exactly like water, however when the technique of water walking is used on it, The liquid surges up and coats the student's legs, up to their knee and hardens. This makes them unable to bend their knees, effectivly making them unable to move easily, and fast enough to not stick in the liquid. ( Requires the student actually achieve chunnin rank to be able to move through the liquid quickly enough, Special Jonin to move through it after getting their legs hardened. )

Agility Training -
This time around, the student will be tied standing up, their ankles together, and a pole holding them up. They will have to move their torso ( As their arms are still tied behind them ) in a way to evade incoming sword slashes. all of the sword slashes are one rank lower than the student aside from the backslashes, when the teacher stops their swing and reverses the motion hitting the student with the blunt side of the blade, which while not fatal are commonly used on smart students who just stay in one spot where the slashes won't hit them with minimal movement.

Sword Drawing training -
This is the second half of the sword drawing training before it gets into actual striking from a draw. The student must block slashes that start exactly like the first sword drawing training attacks will come in, but after about four or five consecutive attacks, the teacher will aim a slash at their student's legs instead, and the student must draw their blade and block, or else they'll suffer a minor cut to the leg. The teacher will not accept the student quitting after getting cut, and will continue to atack, stepping forward if the student steps back, or following a student's movements. The point of this is to make the student learn to block, be it to save their legs, or to save their life.

Techniques -
Instantaneous full blade draw -
At this level, the user can instantly draw their blade to parry a strike. This technique has a full frontal range, and is capable of blocking side attacks at the one rank lower rank, and back attacks at two ranks below the user's rank.

Physical Description: Normally a smile is upon the lips of this particular Kaguya member. unlike his relatives, he was born with blonde hair that only ever seemed to reach his shoulders. The golden locks of his hair only seem even more golden when combined with the peircing yellow gold of his eyes. He is the only known human that he knows of to have such eyes naturally. He is often in his work attire, as he finds it easier to just buy ample amounts of white coats, collared shirts, and jeans. Although his jeans are specially made to allow him to maneuver well. He often wears a tie, although after a recent run in with a schizophrenic patient, he wears it loose, almost always undone now. He also normally has a stethoscope around his shoulders along with his tie.

Personality: He is a laid back man, normally spacing out, however when he needs to be focused, He is well known for being the most focused.

Behavior: While alone Nagato is known to merely flip through books, or review things he has trouble with over and over in his head. It is because of this that he has yet to fail on a single patient because all medical procedures he knows are imbedded in his memory. While with others, Nagato is normally just a background person, although he will jump into the conversation if it intrests him. the only time he is ever in the main body of the discussion is during scientific meetings. In battle, he is calm and collected, unlike most of his clan members once were. He is known for calculating every attack ahead of time, knowing what he'll do next if one situation arises. This however is normally only against those who's techniques he knows, and who's mannerisms he has studied for a period of time, normally just over an hour.

Special Ability: [ AUGMENT ]

The Medical Ninja Class is able to utilize a specialized technique wherein they can concentrate immense amounts of chakra into a single spot, generating an incredible amount of force behind any one of their attacks. This enhanced strike, or [Augment] allows the medical shinobi to channel their energy into a single devastating attack which can reduce stone, earth, or wood to rubble, or leave an opponent completely crippled, or worse. Beyond this, they can also use the ability to grant a kind of super-human strength, allowing them to, for a brief period, accomplish tasks no one normally could, such as lifting heavy slabs of stone, or ripping a tree from it's roots and swinging it around.

An augmentation costs 3 chakra points to perform and this cost cannot be reduced by any means of chakra cost reduction. The [AUGMENT] lasts for only one attack/action, and the Medical Ninja must allow for a one post cooldown between uses.

Not wanting to be known as a war hungry member of the Kaguya clan, He became a doctor for most of his life, and only recently began to dabble his hand in that of the ninja world. He needed to learn the techniques of a medical shinobi in order to keep up with his peers, and gain the upper hand, he figured this would be a good choice. He's always traveled a bit, so this could give him an excuse to travel more.


Attributes:

Primary Attribute: Intelligence

Benefit: All jutsu, for the purposes of learning, are considered one rank lower and can be learned at an accelerated rate, of 3 fewer posts required. (Example: If a Genin wishes to learn a Chuunin technique, it counts as a D-rank and has a -3 learning counter... meaning he can learn it in 2 posts, when others would require 8.)

Combat Ability: Additionally, a ninja with this attribute can spend a post to "Analyze" an opponent allowing them to learn something specific about them, or understand the secret behind a technique or style. This also allows them to more easily dodge whatever attack is coming next, or make their next attack more likely to hit.

Secondary Attribute: Endurance

Benefit: Ninja with this attribute treat themselves as having stamina which is one rank higher then their current rank when placed in the Primary or Secondary Attribute slot. If placed in the Tertiary slot, it gives an additional 3 stamina per rank.

Tertiary Attribute: Sexy

→ Sexy is in the teitary slot because that is one of his better attributes, He is known for being an above average male.

With his extensive knowledge of the human body, biological sciences, and many other fields of science, his intelligence is a force to be reconed with. He is a known man amoung the scientific field, and is a respected individual because of it. He is naturally more enduring of tasks due to his clan's old traditions of being a waring clan. His body is naturally energetic due to it's normal need to be on the battlefield. however, that isn't the life he chose to lead. He is naturally charismatic, and not too bad looking, which is why he has the sexy attribute in the tertiary slot.

Description: Long ago, there was once a group of shinobi capable of drawing demons from the depths of yami. however, these demons were unable to travel in the light, and were severely weakened because of it. The shinobi were a fearsome force at night, but their summoning technique was their trump card, and without the cover of night to sheild their demons, their demons died within the first few seconds. Then one shinobi bound a demon to his own shadow, dribblig his blood onto the shadow, and summoning the demon from beneath, shrouding it in his own shadow. The demon was resistant to the sun's light, and was capable of defending the clan. That clan has long since been dispersed, and scattered throughout the lands. Only a select few people can reproduce the original summoning, and most succumb to the demons that they summon.

Rules:
- The users can not have animal companions, animals can sense evil, and this summon is very, very evil.
- The user can not have another summon, as the summoned beings don't like the aura of the user being tainted with hell.
- Summons have a time limit before they turn on the user if they kill their target. Once they kill their target, they'll kill others until they turn on their summoner.

Physical Description: Tobias is known for his bleach blonde hair, normally it looks more white than blonde, but seeing as he isn't old enough to have white hair, and he isn't a Hatake, Most just say he has blonde hair. His eyes are a dull greyish blue, and they seem to shimmer. His skin is pale, extremely pale for his ethnicity. He is around normal height, and he often is seen slouching, even though his back never has any problems. His peircings are all jumbled together, however they are spaced perfectly that they hold eachother perfectly still, therefore eliminating any noises they would create. While Tobias still has both of his eyes, He has a scar over the left one, and He doesn't like people to know this fact. Since his appearance in the village of Sunagakure he hasn't taken the eyepatch off once. So no one in Sunagakure knows that he still has both. He doesn't deny the fact, but he leads people to believe that he has only one eye.

Personality: tobias is a keep to himself kind of person, although you would just think he was a nut. He will respond to any question, normally in a way that is honest, and respectful.

Behavior: Alone, Tobias is normally polishing his weapons, or meditating to keep the pain from welling up inside himself. With others, he is respectful, and willing to do anything he is ordered to do by his Sempai, his teachers in both life and his ninja career. In battle, he is known to be cool and calculating, often wishing to end the batle quickly as he dislikes drawn out battles because they cause him pain, even if his opponent can't touch him.

Taijutsu Class ninja can [TRAIN], enabling them to increase their Speed, Strength, Endurance, and Toughness. Every Taijutsu Class user must choose however how they will Train their RPC. Each RPC must make a choice... Either they can train each stat once, eventually raising them all by 1 rank, OR they can train just two stats, but one of the stats can be trained twice.

- Training Speed: Using [TRAIN] to increase your Speed stat will make you a better fighter by allowing you to quickly close in on your enemy and perform your maneuvers at blind speed. When trained, your RPC's speed is considered 1 rank higher. (Note however that though this does stack with the Speed attribute, it does not stack with other Speed rank increase received from another ability(Bloodline/Cursemark/etc...)

- Training Strength: Using [TRAIN] to increase your Strength will make you a literal Force to be reckoned with. You can lift much heavier objects then your peers and can more easily perform strength-based feats, such as breaking down doors, or punching through obstacles. When trained, all of your physical attacks and Taijutsu maneuvers act as if they were 1 rank stronger. (Note however that though this does stack with the Strength attribute, it does not stack with the rank increase associated with the Offensive Specialty, or any other Strength rank increase received from another ability (Bloodline/Cursemark/etc...)

- Training Toughness: Using [TRAIN] to increase your Toughness makes you a tank, turning your muscles themselves into hardened battle armor. Attacks which at one time would be bone-crushing assaults become nothing but mere annoyance. When trained, your resistance to physical assaults increases by 1 rank, making taijutsu strikes against you much less effective. - Training Endurance: Using [TRAIN] to increase your Endurance strengthens your muscles to a degree where actions which were once difficult can now be performed with ease. As this stat is directly linked to a user's Stamina, training Endurance reduces all stamina costs when using ninjutsu, taijutsu, or kenjutsu techniques by 1. Double training Endurance reduces all stamina costs by 3.

Tobias was raised to be a living weapon, not having his biological parents with him, he had to endure severe amounts of pain. He was raised to be a weapon, and at the heart of all living weapons, there is a basic hand to hand combatant. However, he appears to be a basic hand to hand combatant, but he is truely a defencive fighter and relies on his wit and cunning to trap his opponents.


Attributes:

Primary Attribute: Intelligence

Benefit: All jutsu, for the purposes of learning, are considered one rank lower and can be learned at an accelerated rate, of 3 fewer posts required. (Example: If a Genin wishes to learn a Chuunin technique, it counts as a D-rank and has a -3 learning counter... meaning he can learn it in 2 posts, when others would require 8.)

Combat Ability: Additionally, a ninja with this attribute can spend a post to "Analyze" an opponent allowing them to learn something specific about them, or understand the secret behind a technique or style. This also allows them to more easily dodge whatever attack is coming next, or make their next attack more likely to hit.

Secondary Attribute: Strong Willed

Benefit: Ninja with this attribute treat themselves as if they were 1 ranks higher when resisting Genjutsu. Also, these ninja are capable of learning one ninjutsu which is 2 ranks higher then their current level, but it requires 1.5x the normal posts to learn. Additionally, certain bloodlines which are mentally taxing to the user, or jinchuuriki will find it easier to resist falling to their own weaknesses in times of stress. (The exact benefits will be determined when relevant and on a case by case basis)

Tertiary Attribute: Cunning

→ tobias is able to judge people for what they are, he can resist tempation more than most.

In his regular life, Tobias is known to analyze nearly everything, and nearly everyone. He learnseverything he can, about everything he can, and has the capability of remembering it all. Tobias is also exceptionally strong willed, which isn't unusual for Konagas. Tobias is cunning enough to get himself out of bad situations, and reverse them, as he has done for most of his life. He's only ever been unable to do it once.


Specialties:

Tactical Support: All techniques, Taijutsu/Ninjutsu/Genjutsu/Bloodline etc... require 3 fewer posts to learn. In combat, they are particularly adept at evading incoming attacks (+1 to Evade) and they can easily identify the tactics and abilities being used by their opponents in combat (allowing them to identify tactical maneuvers and the breadth and power of the jutsu an enemy is signing). Sensor: Sensor ninja have an innate bonus to detect the chakra signatures of those around them at all times. They are the only ninja who can intuit another shinobi's position or movement purely by detecting their chakra. In all situations regarding [Stealth], Sensor ninja act as if they were one rank higher then their actual rank. Sensor ninja can also innately detect any ninja that does not have the stealth specialty or the [stealth] ability active that is in topic as them. Information gathered by the sensor includes:
1. Rough direction of the target (you could point toward the target, but not directly at him/her).
2. Distance from you to the target.
3. Current general chakra reserve levels: (0-40 = low)(41-100 = medium)(101-150 = High)(151+ = Massive)
Inactive cursemarks do not add to the passive total of your opponent, but you can sense the chakra of active cursemarks and classify that target as having "Evil Chakra." Jinchuuriki (bijuu hosts) and Konaga members always show up as having Massive reserves and are marked as having "Evil Chakra."
4. Sensors can tell when chakra is being manipulated.
5. Chakra signatures are like fingerprints that only exist inside the body. You can tell who someone is based off of their chakra signature if you have been with that person and sensed his/her chakra signature at the same time.
Note: A chakra signature cannot be described like a person's body can. If another sensor were to feel a person's chakra and have heard what that signature feels like and who it belongs to, they would not know who it is based off that information. You HAVE to have been with the target before while sensing their chakra signature to be able to identify someone purely through the sensor ability.

Note: Chakra Control is one of the specialties on this list that allows the user to control the flow of chakra in the body more easily. If a shinobi has Chakra Control and Sensor as his/her two specialties, then the user gains +1 effective rank to detecting ninja with the Stealth specialty.
