Additional Information
Each room will have its own subforum to use for room planning. This will give everyone much more room than the single threads they were allotted in the past.
The Advertising Committee and the Fundraising Committees are open and operating right now. The Plot Committee subforum has just been created, and it will take a few days for everything to be sorted out in there. Please be patient with us in the mean time.
Co-host applications will be run by each room. Check the subforums for each of the rooms to apply to be a co-host. Keep in mind that it might take a few days for the applications to go up because the subforums have just been created.
Update for 9/13/2011
The various room themes will be chosen in the plot committee subforum once the subforum is operational. Everyone will be more than welcome to suggest themes for each room. We'll take into consideration which room themes are best liked, but Broken and I will be making the final decisions as to the room themes for the sole purpose of making sure that the rooms are different enough, yet uniform enough. (An example of why we would do this would be to keep there from being five nightmare rooms.) Don't fret, though. Your opinions will carry a heavy amount of weight in our selection! Once the room themes are chosen, the plot committee will get busy on writing the main plot that will tie all of the rooms together. Hopefully, the main plot will be ready in a month's time. Meanwhile, once all of the rooms know their themes, each room can begin brainstorming for ideas for their respective rooms. If anyone aspiring to be a co-host is confused at the moment as to which room to apply in, feel free to wait until the rooms have themes. You may apply in as many rooms as you like, but you may only be a co-host in one room.

The plot committee subforum is open, and people are suggesting possible ideas for room themes and for the main plot. Most of the room subforums now have chatting threads and or co-host applications now. More co-host applications will be coming soon, so don't fret. Everyone will have a place.

We finally have our list of room theme assignments! We doubled up a few of the themes because we didn't want to waste any good ideas, and some themes seemed to go so well together! So, without further adieu, here are the room themes:

Princess Angelishia and eran no shi - Flying Dream
Shunatsu and Poyudi Hytori - Whimsical Dream (can have animals too)

Hester Peche and SorceressJacklyn have stepped down from their positions as secondary hosts for personal reasons. So, Broken and I went through the the list of host applications again, and have made new selections. Hikari Aijuntani will be working with Da-ku-chan, and Misty L Lake will be working with x_Silver_Starlight_x. Congratulations to the new secondary hosts, and our most heartfelt love and support to those who had to step down!
