Welcome to the Oktoberfest October event planning thread. I am looking to put this event on with 3-4 co-hosts. If you would like to be a co-host fill out the following form. (Oktoberfest may receive complaints due to the alcohol nature of it.)

Theme: Costume Party
I am choosing this as it is the middle ground and will be able to welcome any guest who walks in. There will be guests not necessarily wanting to be a monster, while others do. So I find this a medium ground. If you have any comments or concerns about it please post them.
Time frame: A week or 2
I was thinking a week or two since this won't be a heavily advertised event, so it will take more time to attract people to it. So I think it could be a week long event.

I've also helped out with events in another guild, Vetus Gaianus. We have several events per year, and though I didn't run anything in the latest event (the Summer Festival), I did help with the planning. I also RPed (during a short-lived RP) in VG's summer event last year, as well as running a game. The Sands of Time Blow.... Looks good. I'm actually glad the Annual Ball didn't take on the "Monster Ball" Theme. That would of made it so you would of had to of been careful not to do anything to close to that theme. xD

Happy Oktoberfest Halloween!!!! I want to be a Drinker Co-host!!! Username: Any experience on events before: I was Apathy in the Sloth Room for the 9th Ball. My posts begin on page 9. Other than that, I was in the 8th ball temporarily as a game NPC, but I wasn't there very long due to being hit with a migraine. What ideas do you have for this mini-event: 1) An avatar contest, where the attendants can vote for winner. 2) A RNG Trick or Treat game. 3) Maybe a storytelling thing, where we post a line or two and then let then pick a person who signs up to come up with the next two lines? How often are you online: Every night almost. If I'm not on, I'm either sick, or at LilChibiusa's house. Best time to contact you: After 5pm CST. Your time zone: USA, Central Standard Time. If you can't make the event, will you tell me? Are you willing to compromise to make the event happen: Sure. How often are you online: I come on when I am needed or have something to do.
Best time to contact you: Anytime. Gaia is on my ipod and my phone right telling me I got a comment so just hit me on my wall and I will get on.

Username: SexistBunny Any experience on events before: I haven't hosted or co-hosted any, but I have been in countless events as a random character I created. I thoroughly enjoy it all, though!What ideas do you have for this mini-event: ⊱THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!(Possible copyright issues...?) I love, love, LOVE that movie and will do anything to be Sally or Shock~ ⊱Alice in Wonderland. Host is Alice and co-hosts can be co-characters. Everyone can be who they'd like:3 ⊱The Corpse Bride(possible copyright issues...?) Two Hosts acting as Victor and Emily. Co-hosts could be Victoria and Lord Barkis. ⊱The Headless Horseman. Host will be the Headless Horseman/Horselady. I love this story~ ⊱Egyptian City. The host can either a) be a Pharaoh with all of the subjects from his/her kingdom, or b) an Egyptian God/Goddess, and there could be multiple co-hosts for the room as the other Gods/Goddesses ⊱Haunted House. Simple and right down to the point. The Host will be the owner of the house, setting up many traps for the people. They can create NPC's who are ghosts, Frankenstein, Vampires, etc., etc. VERY realistic setting. ⊱Gender Switch. Everyone will be DRESSED as the opposite gender(Still have a female avi if you're female- NO gender switch potions) Host will ACTUALLY be asexual in their avi XD(Not recommended for the younger audiences) ⊱Time Switch. Everyone will be dressed as a person from a different time. Modern, 1970's Disco, 1800's Victorian, Egyptian pharaoh, etc., etc. ⊱Devil and His Demons. Everyone will be dressed as a demon. They can be specific, like a demon of sloth, of wrath, of lust, a succubus, etc. We could incorporate the theme from earlier this year into this one~ Host will be the Devil. ⊱Ghoul's Night. Girl's night except everyone will be some kind of monster. Host could be a Witch b***h. (At least, if I'm host I would XD) [Sorry for the long reply- I have a very active imagination] How often are you online: Everyday. Weekdays from 4 or 5pm EST to 10 PM. I will come up with the characters for you guys hopefully tomorrow. If you weren't chosen, it's not anything against you. Just I can't have 7 co-hosts. If you weren't chosen I would love if you'd be a role-player in the event especially in times that the host and co-hosts are not online. I will be accepting ideas from everyone as well. We will create our own thread for this event.
