STUDENT COUNCIL VOTING BOOTH The overly-eager student council volunteer was back, serrated teeth bracers and all. She flashes you a huge smile. "Guess what time it is?!"
You almost run screaming for your life, but by sheer determination, make it past her.
The VOTING BOOTH lies ahead of you, a small, surreptitious desk with a large stack of papers. Next to the desk is what looks something like a stolen, upturned mailbox. Very roughly painted on it are the words "VOTES GO HERE".
It is time to make that decision that will change students' lives. Or just make yourself feel self-important and all.

Roch headed into the booth with a frown on his face. He had already picked who he was going to vote for, and it wasn't because of friendship or anything, which made him feel slightly disloyal. But hell, he'd made up his mind, loyalty or not.
He took the sheet and the pencil, filling in the voting sheet quickly, with no hesitation, then slipped it into the box, walking away with his hands in his pockets.
Maybe, just possibly, that crack about musicians and playing fast had pissed him off a bit, he thought with a hint of humor. It still irritated him. The fact was, a good musician knew his chords so well that he COULD play fast and accurately. If you couldn't play fast and accurately, when needed, then in Roch's mind you weren't that good of a musician. But dueling guitars was one of his favorite things. He was probably biased.

Malodore padded into the voting booth, musing on how things had changed since the last time it had had occasion to vote. For one thing, it actually cared about the school now... or, at least, the students. With all due consideration, it filled out its form and dropped the piece of paper into the ballot box.

Somewhat begrudgingly, Shun made his way to the voting booth with his hands shoved into his pockets. The speeches, for the most part, were a little painful to sit through. He thought of trying to ditch the whole voting process, but he decided against it. This kind of did impact the future a little after all.
He had a fair idea of who he felt would be ideal for each of the positions. For the others, he'd have to think about it a little more. Outside of the speeches, he tried to recall any moments where he had interacted with the candidate in particular, to help him gauge what they were like and if they seemed capable of the position they were after.
In any case, he was going to have to try and read the ballot very carefully to avoid him getting mixed up of who was who. At least the names were pretty different for the most part. Still, he spent some time staring at each name to slowly read before ticking off his vote. Once that was over with, he dropped the pencil and walked off. If he misvoted.. oh well. He tried.

Tomoko had known she was going to be voting for a long time. Since she'd sat down and helped Junko with her booth. However, now it was time to actually vote and all of the student council speeches had left her floundering over her options of who to vote for.
She looked over the list of parties running, pursing her lips ever so slightly as she carefully..so carefully marked the parties she had decided, excruciatingly so, on for her future student council. Oh man, oh man.
Okay...okay okay okay.. she was going to vote for...vote for.. ..
someone.
Oh man. This was hard.
She bit her lower lip when she finally relinquished her ballot to the votes. She'd done it. She'd picked one person over another and she'd done it. Alkfsdhf;dslfd. Ahhhhhhhhhh!!!! The kitsune made a rather hasty retreat from the booth after the fact.

Taryn had listened to every speech with the diligence of a true student. Elections so often became popularity contests, and she refused to take part in such a fallacy. With all of the information she had gathered, she hunched over her ballot and hastily marked off her chosen candidates. Feeling somewhat self-important, she folded her ballot in half and dropped it in the box.

Hel was one of those students more on the impatient end of the scale when it came to listening to speeches. Her mind was pretty made up in regards to certain candidates from when she visited during the Festival, and a few other speeches here and there had caught her attention, but if they didn’t, her mind had wandered. The reaper was all too eager to get to voting, stepping into the booth and looking over the names.
She felt pretty excited about this, actually. When she had met some of the candidates, she didn’t think she’d be able to make a difference and vote, but now that she was enrolled in the Academy, she could! After making her selection, Hel folded up the paper, slipped it into the box, dusted her hands on her apron, and marched off, eager to hear the results later.

The time had finally come. Mitsu had sat through the speeches and now it was time to vote. Tentatively moving to the booth Mitsu took up a form to look it over. There were so many choices she had to make. Everyone had made such an excellent standing but who would be best suited for the job?
Contemplating her options carefully Mitsu filled out the form after her decision was made. Once it was complete she moved to hand it in. She just hoped Shun didn't have too much trouble. This was one time she couldn't really help him.

Voting for student council. It felt like something he was obligated to do, more than he actually wanted to. This was a responsibility as a student though. He knew doing this would effect the school year after all.
Mot quietly wrote down on his ballet, the speeches having helped in some aspects, since he'd not visited all the booths.
With that wrapped up, he slipped his choices into the ballet box, spun on his heel, and sashayed out of the room, whistling a tune, loudly at first, the sound getting fainter as he exited.

It had only been a few days since Jack had found his way back in to the school through the window of his unfortunate brother-in-arms - only to be told that he should vote by faces that he had only seen recently, his green eyes wide through the whole fiasco.
Didn't thinks happen last year . . . ?
Regardless, he grabbed a pen in his hand and swept across the page deftly, picking names that he felt comfortable with, based more on feelings and the windswept feelings that came over him when they came to his side, asking questions and probing interest.

"I'll vote for you and you and you and you, and you and you and you.
And you.
Oh and maybe You." Pepin hummed to herself merrily as she dropped off her ballot.
Bul hadn't been paying a great deal of attention to the student election booths that had been going up apart from visiting Riley's once during Florecstival. He did however stay and listen to every single speech when they were given. Though not a candidate himself he had a lot riding on this as a second year. Amityville was going through changes and he needed to make sure that the right people were leading him and his peers on. Lest they find themselves wasting a whole nother year to empathy and a lack of FEAR practice.
Silently he went to the booth to cast his ballot.

Willow's ears twitched as she looked at the overly-eager student council volunteer. The ghoul was a bit... too chipper. Willow chuckled looking taken aback, until it was her time to vote she tried to sneak past watching the student before slipping into the booth and looking at the candidates that were listed before slowly picking her choices.

Lattice was in the booth as soon as she figured out who to vote for but sadly this conflicted with the ink. It seemed one particular constituent had won the ink's vote despite it not being on the ballot. This particular batch was not her own and it was also particularly stubborn. As she write down her votes sometimes her hand would wander and in her handwriting there would be 'COUNT CHOCULA FOR EVERYTHING EVEN THE BEDROOM' several times in repetition only to be crossed out or doodled upon to try and make it go away.
"No, ink. We must take this seriously." She tried to reason with it.
'This is serious! COUNT CHOCULA FOR INK RIGHTS!' was written somewhere off to the side of the ballot. She didn't bother to cross it out.
Ugh! Did the Count even talk to the ink? She doubted it.
By the time she handed in her ballot her top and face were ink stained and she looked rather displeased.

Oh so it was time to vote again, was it? This actually made the she-wolf excited! She definitely had a few fellow students she planned on voting for. Plus, it was always exciting to see who actually won in the end. Their last student council body had been pretty good. So LW had hopes for this year's Student Council being equally as good, if not better. She quietly filled out her ballet, checking off those she was voting for. Happy with her decisions, the she-wolf dropped her ballet in the box (was that a mailbox?!), stepped back to allow the next student to do the same, and left with her tail swishing behind as she walked.
I have my fingers crossed for you guys. She thought as she left.
