IntroBatsu sat dormant at the edge of the bed in his room and absent-mindedly stared out the window. It was a seemingly calm night outside and the town bustled slightly with a few of the late night wanderers. "BOOORING!" Batsu said as he sighed with boredom. Usually he'd be out doing something. But alas, he was confined to his room. His eldest brother came home home for a visit and his mom requested that he stayed home while he was here. It, for lack of a better term, sucked. The only thing that was transpiring was being called "pipsqueak" every once in a while and hearing laughter while he and the parentals chatted.. What else was to be expected? They loved him the most since he was the eldest and made it to the semifinals of the chuunin exams. ******** the boy sat and lamented about being confined to his room, a heavy mist swept across the air outside. As the patch of mist passed by, the air became less thick, but still somewhat dense. The boy noticed that there was a letter at his windowsill after the cloud passed..How weird... The male stood up to his feet, walked over to the window, opened it, and grabbed the letter. The boy opened it and examined the contents. It talked about some sort of boat trip that he hadn't heard of. Nevertheless, it sounded interesting and ominous at the same time. But it was something to get him out of the house. The thing about it was getting out undetected. [Pass]This was gonna be a doozy considering that the parents knew damn near every trick that Batsu did. Even worse was the fact that his brother was here and HE was a ninja. Oh well, it created a nice little challenge for him. The boy opened his bag and slipped the letter into it. Now he needed to get out the house. The boy put his head to the door and listened for a small bit. It seemed like everyone was having a grand time. And soon, Batsu would too. The boy cracked the door open and slowly started cracking the door open further inch by inch. [Fail] Batsu kept opening the door further and further so he could slide himself through. Everything was going smoothly thus far up until the door decided to let out a creak. Batsu's eyes shot wide open as he heard it and stopped moving for a bit. The last thing he wanted was to be caught while he tried to escape. Laughter and talking continued on and he had decided that he should keep going forward with the operation. Batsu continued to open the door more and more until it was a big enough opening to slip through. [Pass]Great. The boy was still undetected up to this point, and with a little luck he would continue going through unnoticed. The door opening was now wide enough for the young shinobi to escape through, so now Batsu was able to proceed into the hallway... and he did just that. Batsu slipped out his room and planted himself against the wall. The boy made small steps as he went forwad. He was getting a bit closer to the enemy, so he had to be more careful about getting out of the house. [Mega-fail]Batsu continued his route towards the front door. As he continued on, his foot caught a hold of the wall by the sole. Batsu later tried to fix his footing and did anything but. The boy hit the ground and tried his hardest to make it somewhat graceful. Boy, was that a miscalculation. He landed with a loud thud. It ended up catching his older brother attention. Shin jumped up from the table and ran to the entrance of the hallway... kunai in hand.. The older male was ready to whoop some intruder a**. [Pass]Shin looked around in the hallway only to find his younger brother Batsu on the ground in front of him. For some reason, he was fully dressed in his ninja gear and looked pretty suspicious. Seeing no real threat, Shin twirled his kunai around his finger and back into his bag. Shin sighed slightly as he swept some hair away from his face. "Gotta be careful, pipsqueak. You were two seconds away from being killed."Batsu gathered himself and stood back up. He then slid his hands in his pocket and looked up at his older brother. "Sorry nii-chan. I was on my way to the bathroom and my foot ran up against the wall... AND STOP CALLING ME PIPSQUEAK!" Batsu huffed as it finally hit him what Shin had said. Shin did nothing but laugh as he turned around and walked back towards the parents. Meanwhile, Batsu calmed down and walked a little further through the hallway. [Pass]Batsu was happy to know that Shin was exactly the smartest character in the family. Batsu outfit was a dead giveaway to his true intention. Oh well, Batsu kept making his way out of the house. Too bad he couldn't just up and leave like he wanted to. It would've been easiest, but his mom was not having it... and nine times out of ten, she'd get dad to agree with her. Geez, what a bother... and all this for a trip on a boat. [Fail]Batsu crept further and further into his own house. It was a damn shame that he had to be stealthy in his own house, but it wasn't like he could get out by just leaving. Batsu eventually made his way up to the bathroom and went in. The boy, once in, ran to the window and tried his hardest to open it. But after a while he gave up. The window didn't budge an inch at all and he had no choice but to get out and find some other means of escape. [Pass]So the bathroom was a no-go. So he had to keep going through the house as quietly as he could. He kept creeping on through. He was definitely making sure that he didn't get his foot tripped up again. If his mom sent him to his room, then he'd have to start all over or quit trying all together. As bad as he wanted to leave, the boy wanted to make sure everything was perfect in order to do so.This opportunity was something that shouldn't be passed up, and he wasn't about to let it neither. [Pass]The boy grimaced as he made his way towards the storage closet. He brushed his back against the doorknob, but it didn't make any noise, which showed how slowly he was progressing. Meh, at least he wasn't just stuck in his bedroom anymore. But god, he wanted to get out so bad. In due time, he'd be outta the house, but who knows what awaited the young shinobi once he made his way out the house? [Fail]Batsu passed by the broom closet and slid his body down against the wall. Who know trying to go undetected would be so much work? Hell, even a mission was exponentially easier than this. The boy's butt hit the floor and he sighed. Batsu curled up into a ball and folded his arms against his knees. He just sat there motionless and prayed that this wasn't some kind of sick joke. Boy, Batsu would be pissed if he had to all this and end up getting nothing for it. Keon saw a note on his winow sil. He didn't know what it was or where it was from but he knew it was ominous. However that just piqued his interest more. As he opened the folded paper he could feel a shiver creep down his spine. As he read it a smile stretched across his face. He could only think of how much fun it would be. But first he would have to get out of the house and meet up with the rest of the group.
((8+3=11 )) The kid folded the note and began his attempt to sneak past his parents room. He carried his shoes in hand and walked with only his socks. Trying to sneak past his sister's room. However it was empty and she was gone. He thought it was a good thing and with his brother's room only a few steps away. He thought he would just climb out the window.
To his surprise he could hear footsteps approaching from behind. His sister had been taking a shower and was now returning to her room. He ducked into a closet in the hallway to hide crime her but as trained as she was he was unable to fully conceal his presence. She knew something was there and went to check out what it was.
((18+3=21 )) As his sister drew near the door in his pajamas, he managed to grab onto the ceiling and hold himself up, just out of sight. He held his breath as she opened the door. She looked through the door only to see a few cleaning supplies and a broom that was knocked over. Thinking nothing of it she closed the door behind herself as she went back into her room to sleep.
((7+3=10 )) He sighed and wiped the sweat from his forhead. However he didn't think about wiping it off his hand and when he placed his hand back on the wall he lost his grip falling on the cleaning supplies breaking the broom he knocked over on his way up. He managed to wake up his brother and once again getting his sister's attention.
((11+3=14 )) Moving quickly he managed to sneak out of the closet and hide behind his parents open door. As the all walked out he slipped past his parents and into their room. He looked back to see them all looking at the closet, his father holding one of his katanas over his head and instructed Leon's older brother to open it again. Knowing he would only have a few more seconds before the broke into a search he looked the window, which was now his only escape.
((15+3=18 )) Keon moved closer to the window and opened it slowly. He went out feet first to keep an eye on his family. The last place he wanted to be was outside hanging on the windowsill with his armed and angry father coming toward him. They walked downstairs and as they did Keon dropped down and rolled nothing damaged he would only have to make it out to the front yard and out of the gate.

Gin read the note on the window sill and it didn't really interest him all that much but he didn't have much else to do. But his parents were used to him and how good he was at getting what he wanted so they were extra suspicious of him unlike with most kids his age. HE was very young but it wouldn't be easy, but he was feeling confident with his ability. Part of winning someone over on a topic was in the confidence that one potrayed.
Some people would laugh when someone said a only partly funny joke as long as the presentation was great. Another part of it was to build up an arguement beforehand. A lawyer wouldn't walk into a court room and completely free style it no matter how good they were. Gin was good on his feet but he needed to make a better arguement than that he was going out to go meet up with Scooby Doo and to fight people who were running around in costumes and who were mentally unstable.
He rubbed the side of his head, he could use that he was going out to get something to eat. I don't think they'd believe that though, after they the last time he said that they found out he didnt go to do that. Plus they would just have cooked him something so that wouldn't have any excuse and at that point if he asked for something else it would prove obvious that he truely was just trying to go out.
He only had one chance to do this right but he was in no rush because going just was something to cure the bordeem and nothing it at this point it wasn't life or death. He traced his finger along the wall in his room trying to think of a viable way to get the hell out of this place. He thought up many of the excuses that he could use previously so it didn't very well leave much room to do much.
He thought that maybe if he asked his parents to go get him something from somewhere then maybe that would lead them to go and tell him to go. Then he would deal with the consequences later if need be. Or maybe he could just put a genjutsu on them, well that might not be the best idea since his only genjutsu consisted of considerate damage so that was no good. All he knew was that his parents were hawking out the area before the doorway because that's where they hung out at the table mainly.
(( So I have to get a 10 no matter what, a natural 10. But I have a diplomacy of 8. ))

[9+1= PASS] Masaraku had finished passing out the invitations and now it was time to grab her things and go to the one place that here clan always spoke of, the ancient chunin exam stadium. It was a crumbled mess now, but she hoped to scare the new kids and prove that she had some leadership qualities. Deep down she hoped that her teammates would turn out too, because this was mainly in an effort to impress them. Once she gathered her sword, cloak, and looked out the window to make sure that nobody was patrolling, she slipped outside, back into the darkness. Escaping a second time would hopefully be as easy as the first.
[13+1= PASS] Masaraku quickly ran down the path to escape the Hoshigaki compound, knowing that the gate leading out of the compound was right around the corner. She watched her reflection in the koi pond as she ran past it, illuminated by the nights brilliant moon. Masaraku quickly stopped as she saw the guard patrolling ahead and flattened herself against the wall. She would have to be a bit more creative to get past her fellow clansmen. She waited until the watch began to walk away from the gate and then she began to sneak towards it.
[6+1= FAIL] As Masarku walked towards the gate her foot landed in a puddle of water, splashing loudly and causing her to step back into the shadows of the night sky as a flashlight swept over where she had been all but a moment ago. It was a narrow escape, but the guard returned to his patrol as if nothing had happened at all.
[15+1= PASS] Masaraku ran for the gate and made it out of the compound and onto the street, then she began to look for corners she could slip into, knowing that there was a lot of ground to cover and running on the main street was probably not the best way to be stealthy. For now she crept in the shadows of the buildings.
[4+1= FAIL] Masaraku saw a spot to dip in to, but as she did she came face to face with a dog. The dog began barking loudly, and soon enough surrounding houses were turning their lights on. Not wanting to get caught this soon she ran down the street as fast as she could, praying that she hadn't been spotted along the way.
[17+1= PASS] Masaraku found an alleyway to hide in. She waited a bit before heading further into the darkness, knowing that it was a shortcut to the wall. She lurked and sped through the darkened night of Kirigakure with her cloak pulled tightly over her. If she got caught she didn't want to be recognized.

Tenshi was up in his room, minding his own business. The day was rather long, the basic Fubuki business of walking around, looking at all the cool scenery. The academy had been proving rather helpful with the jutsu and the different skills he had been taught. He really wanted to put it to the test, however, being only a student limited his opportunities to actually do anything. He sighed and went to look out his window. He looked at the piece of paper laying there. He didn't recognize it from before. Perhaps it was from his mother. He picked it up and after reading it almost fell over.
4 Fail Tenshi liked to learn about the history of Kirigakure. He didn't like to learn the history of anywhere else, seeing as he didn't find other villages matters being linked to their own. He walked down the marble stairs when he saw a familiar face... his mother, Karin. "Where are you going this late in the evening?"
"Just down to the dining hall to get something to eat," he answered with a smile on his face.
"Nice try young man... the dining hall is closed for the night.
20 Success "Oh yeah, silly me... forgot about that," he nervously scratched behind his head. He had to think of something quick. "Well I can't sleep. May I just walk around for a bit. Maybe wearing myself out will tire me out." He prayed his mom would buy it.
She looked at him skeptically for a moment, trying to read him, "I suppose... but don't leave the compound. You know how dangerous it gets outside. What time will you think to be back?"
4 Fail It was like playing twenty questions, "I'm not sure mother," he was getting agitated, "I can not predict what time I fall tire and fall asleep."
His mother was put aback by what left his lips, "I am appalled by that tone of voice! Perhaps I should think twice about letting you up and leave you into your room for the day tomorrow and letting you out only to eat. You know better than to lie to your elders and your mother. Perhaps tomorrow will teach you a lesson in honesty and integrity."
10 Success Great... now I did it... "I'm sorry mom. I guess I'm more tired than I thought. I apologize for my tone and will accept the punishment you have given me. I do not know when I will be back, hopefully not too late."
His mother let out a breath between her lips and placed a hand to her temples. "Alright... one last thing before you leave. You do plan on staying within the grounds?" She raised an eyebrow. She could already see it in his eyes. He had no intentions of staying on the grounds. He didn't know when he was going to be back, but he did know where he was going. It was nowhere near the confines of the compound.
3 Fail "Would you believe me if I said yes?" There was no use lying to her if she already had guessed it. He knew the next words that were coming from her mouth.
"You know how dangerous it is out there, especially when it is this dark. You could be attacked by a bear, lost in the woods, freezing in the cold, or worse yet. I would feel better if you would stay inside the compound."
"But mom."
"But nothing. You will do as I say. I will let the guards know not to let you leave. Don't think of asking them..."
He watched as his mother turned and walked down the stairs to follow up on her word. Now he had a handful on his plate... A big handful. He sighed as he walked down the stairs. He could convince some of the guards, who were related to him, to let him out of the compound.

[Pass]Batsu stayed on the floor and sat for just a little while longer. He wasn't really in the mood to stand back up again, so he got onto his hands and knees instead. He wouldn't move as fast as he used to, but at least it would be harder to hear him move, provided that he wasn't dumb enough to run into something that made a bunch of noise. The boy started creeping down the hallway at a snail's pace. He looked stupid doing so, but at least no one was actually paying attention. [Fail]Creeping around wasn't amusing in the least bit and seemed to be a bit more taxing than walking. Batsu's arm kinda started to wobble as he kept going. Strength was never his thing and this was definitely requiring that. The boy decided to just collapse and stretch out for a bit. At least he didn't make a sound when he did so. It was a slight advantage of being so close to the ground in the first place. [Fail]The boy just lied there like a rock and groaned. Ge knew he was still fairly weak. Oh well, he'd be okay once he learned some more jutsu later on down the line. First things fist though, he had to get the hell out of the house first. The boy rose back up to his feet since it was more convenient got him and stood up against the wall. The boy inhaled and scowled a bit. The boy was ready to end it all. No more breaks, no more stalling. It was time to go. [Pass]The boy pushed through it all and walked up to his parent's bedroom The door stayed closed pretty much all the time and he had to make sure he was quiet while he went in. Batsu grabbed a handle on the sliding door and slowly slid it open. It remained quiet for the most part and Batsu entered into it. He then turned around and closed it back to where it originally was. He had to make sure that he left everything was the way it was in here. His parents had a sixth sense about their room ad the positioning of everything. [Pass]Batsu successfully entered into his parents' room. There was nothing fancy about it. The room just had beds and a closet. That was it... except for their window. It was large enough to fit Batsu through. The question was if the boy knew how to open it. Well he was about it. Batsu walked over to the window and examined it. He went to open it and to his surprise, it started to open. Great! Batsu was on his way out to the village exit. [Pass]Batsu opened the window up as much as he could and crawled out of the house. The boy noticed the mist wasn't as bad as he thought. Well... whatever. Batsu crouched on the rooftop and turned to close the window. He did so all the way and stood up and jumped off of the house. Batsu landed okay considering his house wasn't so big. He jumped from trees that were taller than his house was. The boy was free and walked around the village headed towards the rendezvous point the letter mentioned. Feeling bad now that he was going to go against his mother's wishes, he was going to turn around and go back to his room, however, the note was burning a hole in his pocket. The sheer accident it appeared in his room, and the mystery behind it... he had to go and find out. Was he the only one that got it? Did others that he know received it as well? He really needed to find out. The only thing that seemed to churn his stomach was the signature of the note. 'The Ghost of the Bloody Mist' didn't seem like a 'Welcome to the tour!' type of guy. He came to one of the clansmen guarding the door. He recognized his face, due to the fact he always guarded the door this late at night.
18 Success The guard crossed his arms across his chest, each holding a chakram. The guard peered at him, "And where do you think you are going?"
Of course he would ask that question. Need to think of something quick. "I...uh... I need to go outside and grab some herbs for my mother. She needs some to put into her tea to help her sleep. I would go into dining hall, but it is closed." He decided to use his mother's words to help him out. The guard seemed to buy it, seeing as it was true.
5 Fail The guard still didn't budge. From the looks of it he needed to do a little more explaining. "And why doesn't she go out and get them herself? Surely it would be safer for her to go out there rather than send a child."
"She can't move like she used to, and the cold can sometimes ache her joints." Surely that would be a good excuse?
The man chuckled, "I know who your mother is. Karin is not old, and the cold is far from her yet. Perhaps she would like to hear about you trying to sneak out? I'm sure she would be very glad about you sneaking about the Compound at such a late hour."
1 Fail Great just his luck. At least he had found out that his mother had yet to tell this guard, or perhaps she didn't intend on him leaving from this area. He decided to try the family card. "Judging from the robes you are wearing and the position you are in, I would say you are of the branch family? How would the elders think of someone like you preventing one of the main family from doing what he needs to do? Hm?"
The man stood there in fear for a moment and then looked at him in the eye, "It's not me who should be afraid, but you. How would the main family like it if one of their children ran off into the woods, and I simply just let him go? It would not only be my head, but yours as well. Perhaps I should let them know of your shenanigans. I'm sure that'll please them enough to make me lieutenant of the guard."
6 Fail "And what if the plan backfires on you? What then? You could be demoted, or worse. You know how ruthless the elders can be, especially at a time like this. You would be better spitting on the grave of the clansmen that died in the resistance." He wasn't sure if he was making the situation better or worse.
"Listen here you little child. I helped those escape that needed to. If it wasn't for our part there would be no Fubuki left for us to even be having this argument. I believe the elders would be pleased by my doing of protecting the main family branch from dieing out like they almost did before. If I remember correctly, your mother never bore another child. I would also have to deal with the likes of her if you were to get killed out there. I will not let you pass."
12 Success His mother... "But if I speak the truth then you would have to deal with my mother anyways... when she didn't get a good night sleep. There is no wrath like a woman scorned... or cranky..."
The guard must have really known his mother or else he wouldn't be second guessing himself. He was getting closer to leaving this place. He only needed to push the guard a little further. He would give himself a large pat on the back after making it through this. "I have come to a conclusion... I shall accompany you outside until you have gathered the herbs and then I will escort you back to your mother."
4 Fail That was the last thing he needed, this bloke following him around. The note specifically said not to tell anyone. He intended no one to find out about it at all. "You don't need to do that. I will be fine by myself. To ensure my safe return I will come back through these doors so that you may know I returned safely. Sound fair?"
"Nonsense. I will go with you. That is the proper way to ensure your safety. You would be defenseless against some of the creatures out there in the wild. You do not carry a weapon, and look to not even be trained with one. The Gamibuyou does not always work." The guard was smiling as he opened the door.
19 Success "What if someone else tries to leave? Wouldn't you want to be standing guard if someone younger and less trained than I tries to leave? Perhaps someone from the head family? I believe they are more important than I? Surely they would promote you." That seemed to strike a chord. The guard cared about protecting the clan, but more so for the honor and pride in promoting. After a long pause the guard nodded his head.
"You are right. Do not tell the elders I have let you out. If they find out, I could be in serious trouble. Return quickly with what you seek. Of course you still have to get through the other doors..."
He forgot about the other doors. Damn the good spirits for sally-gates...

Just going to bundle the fails.
((5+3=8 ) FAIL ) ((4+3=7 ) FAIL ) After falling to the ground, he stood up and crept towards the window. Hepunched the ground in anger. How am I gonna get out of here now? He looked around and realized he was stuck in the backyard for as long as his family was on alert.
((16+3=19 )PASS) His two siblings went up into their rooms to go back to bed and his parents walked out front. This gave Keon the chance to make some progress. He got out of his crouch and ran in through the back door and through the kitchen and into the living room he hid behind a couch and waited for someone to come back in or down the stairs. However there was no movement.
((11+3=14 )PASS) Keon took the period of calm and quiet to move closer to the door and listen in on his parents. They were asking the next door neighbors about seeing anyone suspicious in the area. They hadn't but promised to keep a lookout for anything and let them know if they did. Leaving the house had just gotten twice as hard.
((7+3=10 ) FAIL ) ((3+3=6 ) FAIL ) ((4+3=7 ) FAIL ) ((9+3=12 ) FAIL ) ((5+3=8 ) FAIL ) ((9+3=12 )FAIL) As Keon was looking out the open door his brother came downstairs and caught him. Picking him up by the arm, he took his younger brother out to let his dad know that it was just their youngest sneaking around. Keon was sent back to his room and was to stay there unless he was going to school.
Of course the letter was still beckoning him. He had to see what it was about. Even if that meant sneaking out again and again until they simply just let him leave. Now that everyone was asleep. Sneaking around should have become easier.

[Fail]Batsu perused the villlage with a sense of calm over him. The hardest part was over with in his mind. But he truly hoped that he left no evidence in his parents' room. He already knew that there was a good chance he'd get in trouble for sneaking out. The boy didn't wanna get in anymore trouble for going in their room without permission. That would be too much to take. The boy made a turn past the house headed towards the entrance to the village. However, he stopped and took cover when he saw guards right there watching the entrance. The boy leaned against his hiding spot and looked up at the sky. Great... he escaped one barrier just to be greeted with another one. To Batsu's credit, none of the ninja he saw knew the boy personally... so they didn't know what he was capable of. Perfect. Batsu made a few handseals and out from nowhere popped an exact replica of himself. The boy figured that he could use the clone to distract the guards and then escape once they were all distracted by the clone. He wasn't sure it would work, but it was worth a shot. [Pass]Clone 1: Batsu's clone turned and gathered the information needed for his creator to proceed. No problem. The thing took off running in the direction of the gate. The form went at full speed and went straight towards the group of guards... even though the apparent leader was shouting directions to make the "kid" turn around. The leader ninja watched the boy and put his hand up to try and make him listen. "Hey... we're not letting anyone through at this time! Please turn back now!" The male's voice was stern to address the severity of the situation. The clone kept going until he stopped, jumped onto a building, and kept heading towards the exit. "Bite me" he exclaimed as he proceeded to "escape" [Pass]Obviously the kid wasn't getting it, so measures had to be taken in order for rules to be followed. The head of the guards shouted out some orders and before long, all ten guards were on rooftops along with Batsu's clone. The boy stopped dead in his tracks with a frightened expression on his face. You have to hand it to the clone, he was playing his part. All the clone heard was "AFTER HIM!" and war cries from some of the other nine guards and it was enough to make the clone turn tail and start running in the opposite direction. Jumping from roof to roof, Batsu's product made every effort to not get caught and foil the original's plan... which was off to a great start. [Pass]Batsu stayed in his hiding spot and watched as his clone and the guards played a small game of tag with each other. Eventually it got close enough to him to where he could see their shadows as they all passed over him. He could have went ahead and made his escape, but he wanted to wait a while so the guards would completely forget about the entrance to the village. Batsu took a seat on the ground where his was seeking temporary refuge. The boy yawned for a little bit. It would have been nice to see the whole thing transpire, but escaping from the village took precedence over a cheap thrill to where the possibility of being caught loomed. So the boy stayed put and patiently waited until he could get out of the village and wait for everyone else... if anyone was even invited. [Pass]The clone jumped back down to the ground and dashed at full speed, leading the guards to stray away from the entrance even more. The clone looked back to see where every one of them were, and he npticed that the amount of guard had dwindled down from the original ten to about six. That meant that some of them had dispersed to various locations. It meant that he had to be extra careful now, because one wrong move and everything would fall apart. Coincidentally, right as Batsu's clone turned around to face forward, a guard was waiting a few meters ahead to catch him. His momentum was too strong for him to stop, so the boy had no other option than to jump back up to the rooftops.again and keep running. He immediately jumped over where the guard was that tried to trap the clone and they jumped back in line with the other guards as they also took to the air to get the kid. [Pass]Batsu's clone continued with his foolish shenanigans and had the guards in the palm of his chakra-formed hands. The guy hit a quick left and had the guards tripping over themselves and even had some of them crashing into each other. Batsu's clone could hear the commotion. Some of them were saying things like "OUCH" and "WATCH OUT" It actually amused the clone and he chuckled for a bit as he hit the ground again. The guards soon followed behind and jumped down as well. Some of the guards were already there as a result of them crashing into each other. Heh, who knew a young genin could create such a clone that caused this much chaos? Only one person... Batsu himself. [Pass]Batsu kept hearing the commotion that his clone and his guards were creating. It didn't bother the boy in the least. In fact, he was silently cheering them on. But it was time for the boy to make his move, piece by piece. The boy nodded as he stood to his feet. Batsu looked around the corner of his spot to make sure that no one was at the gate... which they weren't. In a dash, the boy went from his initial spot and found another where he could take refuge. The boy stayed there for a minute and made his way to yet another location. He thought it best to stay there for a while and wait until the stir intensified. He had the upper hand in the situation, but refused to let it go so suddenly. Who knew what would happen? [Pass]Up and down... in the air and on the ground, left and right. Batsu's clone kept zigzagging his way through the town of Kirigakure. At least it was a clone doing all the work, because had it of been Batsu himself, the boy would have been in some serious trouble. More than likely, he would have been thrown into the mercy of the Mizukage. It was a fate worse than his parents' wrath, but at least he couldn't be caught... the clone anyways. It kept weaving through the streets and all the while, it laughed cynical pissing the guards off. To make matters worse, the clone looked over it's shoulder and stuck its tongue out. [Pass]While this continued, the villagers were going about there normal way. Some even stopped whatever they were doing just so they could watch they event going on. Some were cheering for the clone, some wanted the guards to catch the troublemaker. But one thing they had in common... they were all getting a laugh here and there because of Batsu's antics. Batsu himself heard everything and felt it necessary to take one more journey towards the goal. The boy was almost there and could see the outside of the village. He just needed one more shot and one more good distraction. [Pass]The clone continued to toy with the idiotic guards. While in the air, though, it made sure to look over at his master's direction. Locating him to the point of being close to exiting. The boy went an hit a U-turn. The clone then dropped down to the ground in a strategic fashion. The guards were all now facing AWAY from the gate. The clone then jumped into the air and did a half turn. While traveling in mid-air, the clone hit a wall seemingly hard. The thing squirmed and winced in pain as if it was really hurt. Then, in a flash, the clone disappeared. Quote: Challenge 2 - Stealth Formula - 1d20 + Stealth (8 ) DC: 18 Results: 9/10

[Pass] The villager and guards alike were shocked to see the boy vanish like that.Everyone that witnessed the farce was beginning to stir in a surprised manner. The guards were puzzled, the villagers were stunned. Meanwhile, Batsu took this opportunity to make his final dash through the gate. It was about damned time too. He had to break out of his house and play tricks on the gate guards in order to make his way into this boat trip. But it was well worth it. The satisfaction of knowing that he was now scott-free was enough for him. If he had the chance to do it again, he would. He just knew that this ghost character better hold up his promise of great riches, because after what the boy went through, he felt like he deserved it. Gin walked downstairs to talk to his parents about if he could go outside. "Hey mom, can you go get some things at the store for me?" Gin asked her as sincerely as he could. He had hoped that she would deny and say that he should get them himself. "Yeah sure." The mom said and so she did. That's not what he wanted her to do but if he instantly changed his mind it wouldn't have worked.
If he went and said no and that he had something else to do in the same conversation, it would have been dead give away that he was trying to leave the house. He couldn't give his opponents in this discussion a dead advantage, he needed to gorilla warfare and take his time. He wasn't in a rush but when he got into something he had to see it through.
He went back into his room with the stuff his mom picked up for him that he made up. He didn't really want them but if he said nevermind then she would have gotten suspicious. One might think that he was thinking to much into this but his parents were very stubborn just like he was so he neededc to do it. He knew they would deny him just to deny him, he could have escacped pretty effortlessly but that wouldn't be any fun.
He tossed the bag with the stuff in it to the corner of the room like he didn't care for them at all as he looked over to read the note again. A ghost who wanted to show them how the village used to work, of the bloody mist. It must have something to do with the old grading system of kirigakure that he heard of at one time. But he was already a genin so why would he have to do something like that now. Then the vague and off put idea that it could be related to the chunin exams occured to him. It wasn't but it seemed like iet could be some sort of test to see who is worthy.
But what didn't make sense is that he didn't have a squad yet and now he was getting something related to the chunin exams. That didn't seem realistic so that favorable idea soon faded into recesses of his mind. He looked around his room as if to ponder what he should ask of his parents next. Of course waiting for the time to pass so it wouldn't be to obvious that all he wanted was to leave the house. He wasn't having to good of luck so far and hadn't really made any progress.
The problem was that he couldn't takes notes, that would leave evidence that his parents could find so he had to do it mentally. A friend maybe wanted to get a hold of him or something and he wanted to hang out. Nah that wouldn't work at all because his parents knew him to well. They didn't trust him with girls even though he was 9 only and he didn't like any guys as even a friend because they weren't girls. So that idea was useless.
He jumped onto his bad, landing on his back and brought his hands to lock his fingers behind his head as he thought. Taking deep breaths, this was to waste time so there would be intervals between each time he went to ask his mom something and the next time. That way it wouldn't be as suspicious, he was a pretty needy kid, rather spoiled so it wouldn't be weird that he went down every oncce in a while requiring something. He used this against his parents, he used what his parents thought of him against them, or he was going to atleast.

Gin took one deep breath and then rolled his way into a sitting position. He didn't really have a plan on how he was going to do this but he was getting seriously pissed, this was so annoying. He was a genin, he didn't even really need his parents did he? Why did he put up with their annoying bickering and all this.
He didn't have to be there by tommorrow but it's not like he couldn't have found out something else to do before then. He shook his head with annoyance as he slammed his fist against the wall, he was a genjutist so it didn't do jack s**t except screw up his hand with doing this. He rubbed his hand and showed slight pain as he groaned.
He thought of different things he could say to his parents to try to find something that was actually believable. He could say that he had some training to do but why would he have to go to the academy to do that, he wasn't a taijutsu fighter and there was a target board in his house that he could use instead of going. So his shuriken training couldn't be an excuse and he could easily practice his specialty of genjutsu in the house so that wouldn't help at all.
What if he told his parents that he just wanted some air or something, well it was tommorrow so that would probally be to long. Also there was the possibility that his parents would want to go on a walk with him to bond with him or something pathetic like that. That would compeltely ruin his chances of getting out of the house to go there since they'd be with him. If after they said that he brought it back and said he didn't want to run, they'd either realize his plan on get offended and angry at him since he would be avoiding them.
He also couldn't use the excuse of going to the store, he was good on shuriken and his parents knew that, he could pick them up at any time that he threw them mso it wasn't like he would very well run out of them unless he was in a dangerous mission. And to throw and lose 50 something shuriken would be way to rediculous of a claim so that was no good. Also his mom had already run the store to get him some other stuff that he would need. He had to treat this sensitively, as much so as when he focused on his genjutsu.
Another excuse was that he was having problems lately with the feel of the genjutsu and without his genjutsu he would only have shuriken. With that he would be all but useless, so he had to bring it back. He had trouble with the feel, so something was off. Of course his genjutsu was perfect and that wasn't an issue but he could fake it. The only problem was that his parents could use genjutsu atleast at his level that was he aware of so they could help him so that wouldn'tr work at all. There weren't to many things that would work but he had to keep thinking.
6/10
(( Rolls like this make me want to leave the mission, the reason I don't do training and do missions is to avoid repetitive things like this and now I'm stuck here -.- ))
