Handling conflict is a major part of being a good guild captain. You need to be able to make decisions that sometimes can be hard or frustrating. Keep in mind that its your guild and you shouldnt have to keep someone in the guild who you cant work with, or that angers you. Its your guild and you shouldnt be unhappy, simply because one members is rude.
If your crew is creating conflict, be stern. They are crew and should be role models, not trouble makers. Done be afraid to remove then from your guild as easily as you would a member. Just keep in mind to listen to both sides of the story.
We all make mistakes, and its okay if you side with one person, and later find out it was not as it looked. As captain its your job to do whats best for your guild, but just like parents, its not always easy to make a choice.
When you ban or warn a guild members, you need to try to be specific and tell them why, or what rule they are breaking. If they dont know what they are doing wrong, then its hard for them to fix the problem.
