Checklist for Being a good Crew member
► Ask the Captain what you can do to help him/her out.
► Extend a helping hand to members and the other crew members.
► Be one of the first ones to create a character and join in the Rp, this will inspire members and show your captain that you are devoted to the guild.
► Create new threads in the OOC Chat and get things moving, and active.
► Watch out for rules breakers and conflict, so you can alert the Captain.
► Help resolve conflicts, but if the conflict becomes to major or involves more then two people, report it to the captain as soon as possible.
► Do your best to make sure the members respect each other and other crew members. Disrespect can make guild members angry, and its hard for a captain to locate all of the places where disrespect shows on his or her own. It helps out alot if a crew member can report the problem but also suggest how to handle it, just remember that you are not captain, and that it is not your guild.
