Okay everyone I am here to talk about Yunna Zee, it has been a month since she has even posted, or contacted one of us. I know activity is slow in the guild for a large number of our members, but we do need out captains to be active so as to keep our lower members in each squad as active as possible to.

As much as I hate doing this to any of you, since you are all pretty much like my family... most of which I have to act like a damn father too when you argue... but aside from that I love all of you, and always will, to the maximum of my capacity.

But Yunna Zee as I said has not even made contact with any of us from my understanding, and this isn't the first time she has done this. In all truth I am sure this is her second, and probably her third time as Captain, proving her activity to gain it, but very quickly losing her activity once she has it.


What is sad to think about is that getting rid of her Captain's seat from demotion will leave the squad open, but this will also increase some activity, which makes this seem rather rude instead of needed for her inactivity. So though it is a demotion, we should also look at this for a chance that more members will get active for the hope of getting an open Captain's seat.
If she returns and wants her seat back, she will have to earn it again, and this time we will have to keep her activity in check so that she doesn't keep it for a month without posting and no warning.

While I might not be active, I'm still good for voting... The "Keep-A-Crew" for me'll come later on, but my vote for in here will have to be "No."

She hasn't kept in contact, like I have. ._. Which is pretty much my lifesaver in this situation.

I'm voting 'no' on this one. I haven't seen her around since the change of skellys discussion. Like Redd said, if she kept us up to date about how she was ill or injured or something it would be fine but we are trying to increase activity as best we can so we need to just have an open squad. Who knows it might pick up guild activity with the prospects of becoming a Captain open to the members?

I agree with everyone else. Yunna should not keep her seat if she is not active enough, or has not forewarned us a head of time.

Oopsie, assumed that it was a 'should she keep her seat' type vote. Then it's a yes. This morning the votes were for no so that's why I said it lol
