Appeal for Sendo (Nightbringer) Captainacy (Not Passed)

The title should say it all but the following is a pm between myself and him. In which, as you will read, I suggested he make an appeal to the council and I would post it up for him. Within the pm is the appeal, it's where he starts numbering things. Please look and read over it carefully.

I have two points up.


1.) Council Activity: One point regarding my council activity seems overlooked and as such, I believe its contradictory. Ever since I got word of my inactivity in the Council from Redd in his post on my extension of my Captainship, I have since then tried to remain on top of Council decisions and votes but some things have gotten in the way, but mostly, I managed to stay on top of it. The things that have somewhat hindered my capabilities in Council will be mentioned later. I mean, if you can, check the dates or at least make guesses and connect the time of when I was promoted back to Crew member and the dates of all the other Council threads after that. I also worked on an RPG, personally and by myself, that took me at least a week to finish. And the last point here is what I personally have told Kage, herself, that I would remain as active as I possibly could in the Council.
2.) Leadership: Another such point that has been mentioned to me, personally by Redd is regarding my “leadership.” This is a bit ambiguous to me, but I will mention points of leadership as I understand it. I have asked continuously from GladexDeraxCloud and Tystra to do things for me, such as splitting up the prosthetic projects with Dakota and Kage and Tystra about times when we’d be meeting each other in RP. I also recall disciplining a member of Squad 11 for bugging Kage. If that’s not leadership, I don’t know what is.

3.) Enforcing Rules: This point is somewhat more understandable than the leadership point, but still, I have little idea what Redd means here so I’ll go by how I understand it. I have reminded GladexDeraxCloud about the rules and what you should or should not do. As such, that is rule enforcement, although that may be not what Redd is talking about.
4.) Number of members in Squad 12: Redd has mentioned the number of members in my Squad weren’t sufficient. I’m not sure what he means here, but I guess he means I did not get enough people in it for Squad activity. I have personally asked GladexDeraxCloud and Robotic Ziamat to join my squad (even though Robotic Ziamat did not join my squad) as well as Tystra if he was interested and he agreed to join through storytelling. 3 members may not be huge, but then again, most newcomers are mostly going to Squads other Squad 12, really, and there aren’t many friends that are Bleach fans, so I was kind of in a tough position here.
5.) The reason for my performance, overall: The biggest reason for my performance is because I was stuck in Montana with a family that loves to start drama, personal life problems like my good friend dying from a brain tumor, and the fact I had bad connection while over there. If I was not able to do certain things it was because of those three biggest limitations on me, personally, which made it difficult for me to post.
