If I saw an alian and he was single I'd invite him in for tea.
But a ghost is not breathing and therefor not an elagible bachlor so that might be less inviting.......

I know it is late but I'll post anyways.
An alien sneaking through your window sort of peeks an interest. Though a ghost coming from the ground is questionable, if I would freak out or not.
my answer is aliens depending on what type are they.

This may be a lame answer, but it would depend on what the ghost and the alien looked like. A creepy a** alien could look scarier than a friendly looking ghost, and vice-versa.
