Each person is allowed one ticket, and it's free~
Newbies (Those with 0 Leawyn) are allowed two tickets.
No proxies are allowed since this lasts two full days.

Unfortunately, if you've already won a free Leawyn (i.e. from games), you cannot participate in the flaffle. This is to give everyone a fair chance at getting a fox from the event :]
