Spirit’s Biography:
Tomoshibi Tategami has the somewhat eerie habit of appearing in human form. This is the form of a neko-like girl with golden skin and a shrew-like expression. Where Hiro is somewhat lacking in personal ambition (his notebooks take up most of his time),Tomoshibi Tategami is all for rising through the ranks of Soul Society. Unlike, perhaps, most Zanpakuto spirits,Tomoshibi Tategami dislikes being trapped in Hiro's Spirit World, preferring to 'sneak a peek' at the world Hiro lives in every now and again, generally causing confusion and reveling in this.
A common characteristic with Hiro is Tomoshibi Tategami's all-encompassing curiosity and most often appears when Hiro himself finds himself struck down with this infatuation of his. The idea that Hiro should figure out how Captain Shoechii Fudo gets his hair that way originated from her, for example.
Hiro does not know much about the spirit's before life, or does not what to divulge, but that much is certain that it was through her insaible curiousity that Tomoshibi Tategami met her doom in her former life, a fact that she keeps on trying to get Hiro to understand as she is very fond of him, despite her overly sharp tongue; she likes to call him 'Baka-chan'.

Shikai Ability:
Sunburst, a light that appears as an aura of gold that may blind anyone who looks directly into it. But seen from the corner of one's eye it looks like a rainbow of many colours.

Shikai Attack One:
Bull-Charging. Hiro is a large man, and can charge like a bull, effectively trampling and cutting down anything in his way. The down-side to this attack that he cannot change directions easily once he has got going.

Shikai Attack Two:
Sun-Slashes. These are powerful blows are quickly and devastatingly doled out by Hiro in an X-slash-form. This is initiated by his Zanpakuto carving X-es in the air, after a repition of two of these figures, the "X" itself becomes a tangible X of yellow light than then targets the opponent, shortening in length as it approaches the opponent until it becomes a fireball that explodes on impact.

Shikai Attack Three:
Counterfeint Rythm This is a sly move for someone so big and seemingly ponderous. Here Hiro lulls his opponents into thinking that anyone so big cannot move too fast, but Hiro has a great supply of speed to call from when needed, usually to an inner beat. This he does by humming some melody to himself and attacking in rythm to this beat. This has a somewhat hypnotic effect on the opponent, the exact power of the opponent depends on whether he/she realises what Hiro is doing. In the lull of this hypnotic effect, Hiro pulls a strike that is out of rhythm, and, thus, completely unanticipated by his opponent. Obviously, if the opponent catches onto what he is doing, Hiro is less, and less able to manipulate him/her.

Bankai Attack One:
Hi-houka (Fire gunfire) Bursts of energy, not unlike an Arrancar Cero, only this is orange-gold in appearance. These come off as a range of 10-20 shots, depending on Hiro's state, and it takes 1-2 minuets to recharge, also depending on Hiro's state.

Bankai Attack Two:
Enka no Kami (Beacon of God) This is a large burst of power that, if it hits anyone, will case that person to catch a fire that cannot be extinguished, unless the opponent realises that is also is an illusion. If he/she realises that this burning alive is an illusion, then this attack is rendered all but powerless.

No on has yet been able to get him to explain this strange behaviour. Anyone asking would probably get no more than a shy grin and a shrug with him saying demurely: "It's just a hobby of mine...".

Biography Before Death:
Hiro was born in the 1960s, the first generation after Hiroshima and Nagasaki. He was born in Hiroshima, actually, getting his name from this very place. He grew up to become a painter, dying when a car ran him over while trying to get to his very first exibition that was held in the attic of a friend, and which ultimately was, not to put too fine a point on it, an unrivaled flop.

Biography After Death:
Hiro entered Soul Society almost immediately after he heard about it. He simply wanted to know more. The fact that he has quite a bit of spirit power was besides the point, in his mind, and was just a means to attain his goal. Many would have thought that due to his knowledge of Kidō (鬼道) that he would most definately join the 5th Division Kido Corps, but he found that boring. Rather the mission report of the 8th squad caught his attention and he made it his absolute goal to join this squad.

He makes friends easily, but annoys most people my making notes about absolutely ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that strikes his fancy. Not once has he whipped out his infamous notebooks to jot down something someon had said in the middle of a conversation. Most people say he should leave and join 12th Division, but his usual answer to this is:
"Ah," (waving a hand) "It ain't no fun over there." to the upmost annyoance to all, especially the 12th Division.

Biography at Soul Reaper Academy:
Hiro mastered Kido as fast and easily as he suffered through the drills. He dislikes anything with a predescribed form and the soildering really chaffed him, only barely passing. Despite this, he has earned a reputation as a serious fighter, but one that is hard to discerne on the battlefield: no one knows what he's going to do next, sometimes not even him. But whatever the case he is absolutely fearless as has something of Mayuri Kurotsuchi in his manner in that he simply lacks any person fear, every situation is interesting and, therefore, above any instinct for self-preservation...

Biography in Division:
Hiro joined the 8th Division for plain fun, making most of his colleagues take him for a useless idiot who shirks "real" work and would rather while away hours climbing all over the Seretei making his stupid (or not?) notes about everything. Hiro doesn't take any of these comments to heart, shrugging them off and continuing with what he does best. He does, dispite all appearances idolise his Captain Shoechii Fudo, mainly, he says, because he has no idea "how he gets his hair like that".

Hello Zamat, I am Sadhbh 0210. You may call me 'Hisoka' as it is my character's name and I am Captain of the 6th Squad and I shall be judging your profile today!

There are a few things I noticed, some are just general but I'll leave those until the end as they are easy to fix and explain. Now, on to your Shikai attacks. They are attacks that can be performed with your Zanpakuto, not by the person themselves. Look to your Bankai attacks, like that and in that much detail. "Slashes" is too broad, how many, how long can he go until he has to rest and for how long does he need to rest?

I like the counterfeit rhythm idea if you could put it into some form of Zanpakuto attack that would be great.

Now, your Bankai ability needs a little more description, at the moment it's borderline godmod. I need you to add that description of how it may blind.

Your Bankai 1 is fine but, again, the bankai 2 needs to be dulled down a little bit. There cannot be a way that the fire can't be extinguished. If it can't then the opponent will die so put a time limit on how long it lasts. It is a very powerful attack. I can see that from just reading it so you're going to need to have a long enough recharge time to buy back reishi reserves. Also think about making a drawback of some type for this attack.

The way Vizards work in this guild, you must firstly prove yourself activity wise as well as posting accurately and to the best of your ability. You then make a request to the guild leader and a vote is taken by the Vizards in the Crew who decide whether or not you would be a suitable Vizard candidate.

Just one thing, this is 2000 years after the Bleach series you know so there is no way of being related in any way to the characters in the series, ie Kisuke Urahara as you've indicated in your profile.

Finally, just add an application to the 8th Squad if you haven't already done so. If you get accepted as Lt your kido are fine, if not then we'll see about editing it.

Well basically every Squad has something called "Squad Ability", these Squad Ability give a character a little something that can help them in fights and even just straight up RPing as well as it shows how each Squad is different from other Squads. If you look here ||✪Squad 8✪|| Squad Ability, this is Squad 8's Squad Ability but now there are some Squads that once you join it you get the ability automatically and in other Squads like mine for example in order to obtain the Squad Ability you have to get trained by the Captain first.
