Mellago

Mellago is called the island of the drunks, as well as being a popular place for pirates to stop for supplies. The town is full of taverns and bars to serve the drinking pirates, selling supplies on the side. Bounty hunters are common and the only reason Marines ever come to the island. They rely upon the bounty hunters to capture what they can, as the island is generally over run by pirates. The island is very small, with the town covering the entirety with a very flat topography. The island itself only rises five meters off of the sea level when it is at its highest.

"Er, it is? i thought it was only Monday. Maybe my wife is screwing with me again...
"Wife!? You mean that lady that keeps hitting on you so that you will give her cash? You call her your wife? You make me laugh, friend!" Erravi noted, laughing as he talked. By this time, Erravi's laughing had lightened the mood of the once dangerous atmosphere of the bar, with people now laughing and listening to their conversation. "Come on, everyone! Let's party!" Erravi called out to the people before walking over to the nearest woman and began to dance with her. Soon the whole bar was up and dancing, enjoying the moment.

Marv ran over to the partying Erravi, shaking him to get his attention. "Erravi! Did you hear that? It sounded like a fight! Let's go see!
"A fight means nothing here, Marv!" Erravi replied, quickly cutting off his dance to talk. Grabbing the nearest liquor bottle, Erravi took a swig. "This place is full of pirates. Surely they are bound to fight. Sides, it's more fun here where the party is!" Erravi replied before smiling and returning to dance and drink with the rest.
Marv went outside, grumbling to himself how he would much rather see a fight than dance and party. Seeing William in his transformed form, Marv stood there, shocked at what he saw.
"What the devil?..."

Marv returned to the bar, running as fast as he could to Erravi before ripping him from his dance. "Erravi! I just saw a half man, half bull person! He was huge and he did something to this pirate and and..."
Erravi interrupted Marv with his usual charismatic laugh. "I think the alcohol has done a number up there in your noggin, friend!" Erravi said, tapping Marv's temple. "What you need is to go home and sleep. Don't worry 'bout the drinks, I handle it somehow this time. Just get some rest before the alcohol makes you forget everything and see everything!" Erravi said, interrupting Marv's attempt to explain. Marv finally agreed, heading back to his home. Erravi was, however, intrigued by Marv's supposed hallucination. Erravi told the bartender to put the drinks on his tab before heading out, searching for this supposed half man, half bull person.

Noticing William's comment, Erravi walked silently up behind him. "I'd say you did! You nearly convinced me that my drinking buddy had gone insane!" Erravi shouted as he stood behind him. "Say, what's your name, kid?" Erravi asked, extending his hand for a handshake.

"Ah, nice to know. However, I don't believe I'm the one who saw you. My friend Marv said he had seen you. You okay kid? Sure you didn't drink something weird?" Erravi asked with concerned, questioning eyes before letting go of William's hand. "Ah, well, excuse my rudeness. Say, are you perhaps a pirate?"
