Youroka Kage has requested for me to take her away from her duties as a Vice Captain of the guild for personal reasons, and we will leave it at that.
Okay everyone, this is a time that I will be allowing you all to make a vote of who you think should take her place for a temporary time, and if it is enjoyed we may even keep the new vice captain on on for good along with Ace, and Kage when she returns as a Vice Captain.
Please bring up your name if you wish to be a vice captain, but if you really don't think you can handle the duties of Kage, and Ace, and all you want is just to be titled as Vice Captain, then do not name yourself because you will need to preform duties.
So please come in, make your votes, and if we cannot make a full agreement I will make a decision on whom I think is the best instead, however I would like if the guild made a full choice on who they think would be best for the job.
Kage will speak with the Vice Captain who takes her place and give that member information about all of her duties so that the new Vice Captain may be able to carry them out.

I personally nominate Born-of-shadow for the job. He is active and creative. I've seen his work and I believe that he would be well suited to this job. He's responsible and has also contributed the Sword Arts system to the guild.
Edit: After a little thought on the matter I would also like to nominate my name is u know for the job, for much the same reasons. He is equally as capable of holding his own in this position as well as remaining calm and helpful.

I agree with Sadhbh on her choices, but I would like to add one, Sadhbh. She is reliable, trustworthy. I think she could also do the job.
My main worry on this is weather the the person will be able to keep up with what I do. It's already starting to drive me crazy. @.@

Aw...wow I feel kinda shocked that my name came up. Me I would do anything to help this guild out to make up for the trouble I cause before so if I am picked I accpet the duties. I will nominate myself for this.
I personally also nominate Sadhbh. She is reliable and a great assist for vice captain. Me and her have work a lot these past weeks and see no problem with her going up.

I agree with both choices and, i don't usually do this but I would like to nominate myself as well. I don't believe I was able to do much last time I was Vice Captain and wish to remedy that and be able to assist the guild in more ways then what i currently am. I haven't been feeling creative rp wise but when it comes to ideas or other aspects for the guild, for some reason I've gotten more creative or just had more thought on many of the things in general. It's up to everyone of course but I'll repeat myself now so no one over reads what I said before
I agree with the choices of Born and Tystra being Vice Captain.

I have been informed by U Know that this vote is mandatory and the fact I have not been in this guild long enough makes it hard for me to decide, so my vote is undecided. I just don't know enough to make an educated opinion without it becoming biased, and as such I'm keeping my vote as is.

Well I'm glad that Kage is getting the rest she deserves, and its hard to put someone else in the same position because I doubt anyone can truly put in the same amount of work and time as Kage, herself has put in. However, if I were to choose anyone to best represent the guild and make it better then I'd have to pick Sadhbh.

I have to agree that all the nominees will be suited for this position, and I also agree to the qualities that each person stated for each nominee. But even though with that said I have to say that I most positively believe that Sadhbh can handle the job not just because of what everyone else said but also what I have seen from her myself and and how she handle things ether if it is from her and I talking things that was in the guild to just normal life events.

I think all the candidates stated above would make great Vice captains but, My vote will have to go to My name is you know. He works hard and knows what he is doing. That and well look at the reasons above for him. Its all been pretty much stated already.
