Here I will be posting the six story line WIPs.
I would like you all to read through them and fill out this form and post it here in this thread.

#1 The Sins of Evolution
Set during medieval times, a passage of mankind's existence remains off the history books. Mankind is faced with the curse of vampirism and no longer remains the top of the food chain. Ruling with an iron fist, the vampires have gathered and trained the humans in the aspect of class, social hierarchy, science and art. As the vampires continue to rule over humanity, problems arise as humans being converted are becoming lessers, unable to understand what went wrong, the vampires attempt to contain the threat. As a lesser escapes, it continues to feed and hunt and feed, spreading the flaw throughout the land. (Rp could use subforums to encompass just how large the land is)

#2 Betrayed by the Fates
Feeling betrayed by the fates upon the death of his bride, King Lycoan becomes obsessed with attempting to find a key to longer life for his sons. Dwelling within the realm of magic, King Lycoan splices the genetics of human beings and animals, essentially creating hybrids that should not exist. Angered by his meddling in their domain, the Fates demand the death of the children, only to be met with refusal from the king. The fates curse the king's children, promising that there would be no peace amongst the children. As the children grow, they are set out into the world, creating their own clans. The Katagarias are born as animals but upon maturity, have the ability to garner human appearances. The Arcadians are born human but upon maturity, they are able to gain the appearance of animals. As the clans grew, the Fates took it upon themselves to place a sense of paranoia and mistrust amongst the clans, leading to a battle for the sake of the land.

#3 The Balance, Overthrown
Throughout mankind's existence, there has been an ongoing battle waging from beyond our sight. The Warriors of Light have been living behind the scenes, battling the forces and creatures of darkness, seeking to feast and destroy humanity. The battle has overwhelmingly favored the Light, causing them to become arrogant, ruthless, careless and corrupted by their own power. Yet, a dark storm has been brewing as the forces of Dark continue to await the fulfillment of a prophecy claiming that a Warrior of Light and a Follower of Darkness would mate and produce a being that would throw the balance of power to whichever side claims it.

#4 Those Whom Walk With Shadows
In a land filled with violence, in a time of aggression, a ruthless tyrant has begun his march to claiming the land for himself. Those who opposed him formed a league of opposers, known as The Quorum. Deeming an outright attack would leave them vulnerable, the Quorum have put together a team of assassins and mercenaries to attack the tyrant and his army from the shadows, as they prepare to battle head on.

#5 Dark and Light: The Battle from Beyond
From deep within your mind, a battle dwells between the Dark and the Light. The nightmares that haunt your sleep are growing and becoming more powerful. The most powerful of all, King Night Terror has become irritated at the lack of power being able to be weld. Amongst his creatures, six powerful entities have arisen to earn the rights to be his underlings. Plotting to bend the realm between sleep and alert, he has sent his six underlings to six humans, forcing them to control the humans and spread terror. The Queen of dreams, sensing his actions and realizing the horrific outcome that would occur, has sent six of her best followers to six human beings, in order to intercept them. The battle will commence as the dreams attempt to defeat the nightmares and save the humans, as the nightmares will attempt to kill all who stand in their way.

#6 Turf War
The streets no longer belong to the average joe. Gang warfare has been brewing, as the italian mafia have claimed their stake and taken over the streets, claiming them for their own. A new threat has encroached on their turf, as the Yakuza have stolen the grand daughter of the Don, as a form of retribution for the death of a high level yakuza member at the hands of the Italian Mafia. The lines have been drawn and blood will fill the streets.

What WIPs do you like?: #1, #3, #4, & #5
What do you like about them?: I like #1 because there isn't many stories with vampires, as a whole, are the good guys. The two I've read where they were like that were good. So, I'm willing to give that one a shot.
I like #3 because I have always been a sucker for secret wars behind the scenes. It makes life more interesting.
I like #4 because while it is a bit cliché with the whole rebellion thing, it is a good cliché. So, I'm willing to give it a shoot if need be.
I like #5 because the idea is interesting, and a lot of stories don't deal with dream's influence on reality.
What do you think could be changed?: For #5, I would suggest not making it seem like there is a number limit. If there is a limited amount of people on each side, then it would be hard for everyone to join in on it.
For #4, if there was a way around the cliché, or to make it less cliché, then it wouldn't be bad to do so. However, there is a reason why clichés are used. It makes things more relatable. Thus, it is your choice.
Any ideas you want sent to Kanaka?: I really don't have any ideas per say. I have some, but they are more novel oriented than roleplay oriented. Thus, I don't think they would make good giant roleplays, let alone good roleplays in general.
What do you not like about the WIPs you don't like?:#2 I don't like it mainly because I know the book series. If we went with that idea, it could turn the guild into a series based rp, and I'm not exactly pleased with that idea.
#6 I have a like/don't like relationship with it. I like the idea of a turf war and such, but I haven't really joined many roleplays with this kind of theme. So, you could just say I'm neutral to it.
What do you think could be changed to make them better?: As said, my main issue with #6 is more of a personal preference than the idea being bad. So, if we did choose that one, I would be willing to give it a try. But, I do prefer the ideas I actually like over the something I'm neutral to.
The main thing with number #2 is how you are going to approach it. While it is heavily based off a series, you could make it less based off it using your own imagination and creativity. However, I do realize some of the other ideas are based off series of their own. But, I feel those could be turned into more original ideas a lot easier than #2

What WIPs do you like?: 1, 2, 3, 4
What do you like about them?: I enjoy those story types and have written or played out a few of them myself.
What do you think could be changed?: Well, in the 5th one, which i do think would make a good one, it might be a little limited. Maybe if there were allowed to be lesser nightmares and dreams, and the people who played the dreams and nightmares could play their humans as well, instead of having someone make a new profile for them.
Any ideas you want sent to Kanaka?: I do like the idea of the animal splicing one, but what about faeries? I know I am hopeless with that kind of stuff.... >.<'
What do you not like about the WIPs you don't like?: I'm just kinda neutral on them. I remember doing a turf war one once, but I controlled a whole gang in that one. It was quite difficult. other than the difficulty of the posts, it hadn't been that interesting other than the fact that the gangs were trying to take over the world of the humans from a much skewed world of Faeries. but, as to the two i didn't mention, i am not all that interested in playing in them.
What do you think could be changed to make them better?: Eh, i think i mixed up the questions, but oh well. i think i already answered somewhere on here...

What WIPs do you like?: #1, #4, #5
What do you like about them?: #1 sets up an interesting conflict that allows a typically "evil" race to play the part of the hero. #4 has that underdog story flair, and it could turn out really well if it contains an expansive world for both sides. #5 could have an interesting plot, especially with the fact that not many role plays these days dip into the dream world. Plenty of interesting character motivation, I think.
What do you think could be changed?: #5 should be opened up a bit to allow for more characters than just the 12 bonded pairs. I wouldn't mind seeing lesser nightmare creatures, or agents of good that aren't related to the six followers.
Any ideas you want sent to Kanaka?: Sure. I've got plenty of plots that I don't mind sharing, so long as I can get an idea of what everyone's looking for.
What do you not like about the WIPs you don't like?: The animal gene splicing thing is a bit overdone, I think, and you almost always see the same animals and same characters. I'd rather avoid that, thank you very much.
What do you think could be changed to make them better?: Nothing to be done for my dislike of #2's genre, but #3 and #6 just didn't really strike me. Nothing to be changed, it's just a matter of personal preference.

What do you like about them?:1. The vampires struggling to prevent a race from dominating over them just as the humans had to.

6. I'm a big mafia fan so I would always like the ideal of a turff war~
What do you think could be changed?:1. I think there should be some other race that is involved. Like they influenced the creation of the lessers.
3. Try to make it sound less like ff3 for the ds
5. No one can be people/dreams outside of the chosen 6 for each side
6. More gangs~ Most turf wars involve multiple gangs fighting for one space or their pride.

4. Way to much like Assassin's Creed.

What do you like about them?: 1. I've never done a vampiric role play before. 2.
What do you think could be changed?: Idk... It's a neat idea. But using different subforums instead of one IC makes it messy, the story is disjointed. I wouldn't support this idea at all.
Any ideas you want sent to Kanaka?: I mentioned a Zodiac/Astrology rp that I'd like to do. However, I leave running the guild to you guys as I'm not any good with that.
What do you not like about the WIPs you don't like?: Idk... perhaps if they were fleshed out more. 2 is a series based rp. And if it's going to be done, then a full background, not just a short paragraph needs to be given. Also, credit to the original author, as otherwise it's a form of plagiarism.
What do you think could be changed to make them better?: More detail.

What WIPs do you like?: #1 #2
What do you like about them?: #1 is cool because it kind of addresses an issue not of good versus evil, but of survival. I mean, renegade vampires running around nomming the whole "food" supply. Could lead to starvation, not to mention other problems. Humans might rise up and rebel, stuff like that, there's lots of potential for action.
#2 I like because it's not really the typical werewolf type story, and I like the idea of having animals that turn into people rather than vice/versa.
What do you think could be changed?: Nothing really, maybe just be a bit more detailed about the endgame of #2
Any ideas you want sent to Kanaka?: Well, not really, no
What do you not like about the WIPs you don't like?: mostly it's a matter of preference, I'm not really into the whole mafia thing, and light vs. dark just seems so cut and dry to me...
What do you think could be changed to make them better?: I don't really have any ideas for improvement, the other plots just didn't quite strike my fancy.
